Had a little issue with placing the order online but after a few attempts it did go through. The tires were even better than I expected, almost like brand new for a fraction of the cost. I picked them up from the warehouse that was very close by. Everything went as smooth as can be with the pickup. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Easy site to shop for tires. Will know more about service and product, once I receive shipment. Tires arrived, all tires were in decent condition and tread was accurate. One tire was patched and I did not recall seeing that disclosed on the website description, but overall very satisfied with my purchase.

Third time ordering a pair over the last 5 years. Never a bad tire - never out of round or any other hidden kind of problems you run into buying from a want-ad. Confident that these guys would replace any tire that had a serious problem. Some were patched, but done professionally and none ever leaked. 8 and 9/32 tires last at least 2 years, 10/32 even longer. Brand name, well reviewed and well rated tires with good performance. Down side? They don't last 4 years. At less than 1/2 the price, I'm ok with that.

This what I do, so I'm not "Average Joe" that just looks at the tread...I see everything. I have been a customer for years.

Great experience. This is my third time ordering from here and I've also recommended them to many friends who have ordered here as well. The only issue I heard was that one of the tires a friend ordered had a plug repair but the tire was still fine. You really can't beat the price compared to buying new tires and these are usually near perfect.

I bought 4 Michelin tires that looked almost new and they were delivered in two business days. One was defective but it was replaced immediately at no charge. A local tire dealer mounted and balanced the 4 tires for $50 so my total cost per tire was $80.50. Brand new Michelin would have been $127 each so I saved a bundle.

I had a really hard time buying two tires yesterday online. Your representative, that I talked over the phone with, was not helpful. Your software kept making me sign into Fedex creating a new account etc...not fun! I lost the two tires in the sale also. My basket got emptied, maybe by non payment! I told the agent all I wanted to do was pay for the two Michelin used snow tires. Oh hum. I bought two different ones the next day when I was able to proceed through payment. Thanks. It took place on Saturday.

Very pleased with the shopping experience, the website and how quick they were delivered though I live only a mile away and could have picked them up myself. Excellent tread, my only concern was that one tire has 2 patches on it, though they look professionally repaired. Haven't had time to have installed yet, but they do guarantee them and appear to have a great return policy. Looking at another matching pair on their site but may want to look at them in person first before purchasing.

It was pretty awesome, filters for kinds of tires (summer, all season, winter, sport, drag, performance) would be nice. I had to do my research outside and then go and look for them.

Also manufacture staggered tires sets should be put on there by just combining them from your existing database should be helpful.

After having the tires installed, one had a nail in it. :( Cannot say for sure if it was there before or after installation. We only found the nail because the tire went flat. Thankfully it was able to be repaired.

Overall, satisfied with the tires. Not being a car guys, I appreciate someone doing the legwork for me at finding good tires without spending an arm and a leg. Especially since the tires are for a lease that goes back in 2 months. Who wants to spend the $ on something they will only have for a short time?

Been very happy thus far after several orders. Good tires at a great price. Good customer service that actually held up my order rather than ship less than acceptable tires. Alternative tires were offered and delivered within a few days, which is fine by me.
