Tires arrived in (I could not believe it) 24-hours after making payment. They were exactly as advertised, and are now on my Honda Pilot. We had an ice storm days after they were installed, these tires were a great upgrade to my all season touring tires for the winter weather here in New Hampshire. I am greatly pleased!

I have used Best Used Tires many times in the last year or two. I have always been satisfied with the product and feel that they are always well priced and great value for the money. The one time I did have a tire failure they immediately sent out replacements that were perfect. It is too bad that more companies do not use their high standards of customer satisfaction. I am a customer for life, or until I cannot drive anymore!

I've made many purchases from this site and will continue to use it in the future. The only place I know to get good used tires with a huge selection unlike locally you get what they have which is a very bad selection.

The time frame that it took was far too long compared to the last order of tires I got a few weeks back. Other than that the whole experience was great and obviously I will be using this web site for future purchases.

You guys get 2 thumbs up from me twice in a row, thanks. It would be perfect if you could modify your warranty program for the purchase of snow tires. I bought in July. I won't install until November, 90 day warranty is useless for this purchase.

Interesting experience.

I ordered a tire from them with 9/32". They called the next day and said that tire was compromised and offered me an 8/32" tire instead.

I then received a call a couple of days later from them letting me know that they were sorry about the initial order and that they were concerned about my overall shopping experience.

I have to commend them on both their business (great website, very good selection, competitive prices) and their approach to business (fair, honest, customer-oriented, exacting record keeping and good out-going inspection procedures to catch the original compromised tire before shipping it to me).

I've purchased used tires in the past using EBay. BestUsedTires was a completely different experience than other suppliers. Overall, a very positive experience.

The price listed changed between screens 35% on one screen and then changed to 30%. I had to check out three times to get all of the constraints met. I have bought through Ebay before and was very happy with the product. I hope this is constructive feedback that helps further develop your website.

I have been offered and responded to coupon offers more than once, yet no coupons have been sent to date! Also, one of the four tires from this purchase has a hole in tread/sidewall and I'm not sure if the plug will hold. This is the fourth tire with a puncture (out of I'd say 20 tires purchased over the last few years) of which only one was not repairable. You have always remedied the problem to my satisfaction, thank you!

My cart was emptied overnight while I waited til morning to phone in a question.
After I received my tires, one of them is complete junk and you know it because it was all marked up. Very disappointed.

These 4 tires had a bad wear pattern and one was plugged. I returned them. They originally did not want to take them back but finally agreed. I have not confirmed that I received a refund with my cc company yet. Assuming that my payment is refunded without hassle, then I would consider ordering from them again.

I had no idea a used tire site existed before finding this one. It was the perfect solution to a single damaged tire, if you don't wanna add a new one to three worn ones! This is the only place I will buy tires from! Cuts out the middle man, they have Amazing prices, guarantee (though I've never needed it) and shipping is free. If you can mount and balance your own tires you can save big money over going to the 'tire pro's' shop.

Easy transaction, fast shipping. New tires are such a waste! I bought 4 used Michelin Latitude Tours for an ML 350 for about $90 each, 1/3 the price of new, only one had a plug, 90% tread. Just recently I bought 2 Goodyear LS-2 run flats for BMW 535 for about 1/2 the price of new, both were plugged but that is sometimes what you get. 90% tread. As long as you don't mind plugs you are good to go!

Been buying tires from Best Used Tires for years. However this time one of the 4 tires that I purchased not only had 2 plug repairs but 2 internal patch repairs. Looks like this tire sneaked by the Quality Control team. Their policy states that if a tire is received with a plug it does not get sold. I reported this to their customer service folks and they have sent me a return label plus will be providing a full refund. Will continue to shop for this tire replacement but they should provide compensation as this Quality Control escapement has caused me an additional time and expense trip to the fedex drop off location. But most of all has caused me to keep the car in the garage for additional time while the return process takes place.

Helpful people on phone helped direct me to site to deal with ebay blocked from bidding problem to complete sale. On line order tracking not readily available but as stated previously one phone call got me all the info I needed thanks

The tires arrived promptly via FedEx. When I went to a tire shop to have them put on my rims and balanced, the store clerk commented that I received an excellent deal. I am very pleased with my purchased and saved over $300 from buying new.
