Pep Boys had an install fee, then when I got there said I needed to pay an additional $70 for alignment or my warranty would be voided. They should just be more transparent with the advertised fees, so we can better choose who the tires are delivered to.

Prices are high but the warranty provided is nice. I think you can find them cheaper but I mean its hard to differentiate in the market as your going to pay the same amount when shopping at any one of the major online shops. Save a little here and pay for it at the install counter so I use tire rack they have always been where I go by default.

Always great service. Discount Tire treats customers the way customer should be treated.
As a long time customer, I've never felt their business is just about the money. They will take losses to make customer happy.

I've been getting my tires from Tire Rack for over 25 years or so. Always received them within days. Usually best prices out there. I haven't had a reason to do it any differently. Had to do a return once. No questions asked and was sent a free shipping return label.

I've always tried to make my common vehicles stand out with some personal touches. Tirerack.com is the perfect source for making that happen. I've purchased three sets of wheels from them and have never been disappointed. When I have questions, their customer service team is right there to help. Their site is easy to navigate and I especially like how you can put your desired wheels on a picture of your car, so that you can see what it will look like!

Buying from Canada over the last 15 years, Tire Rack just makes the whole process easy. Might pay a bit more with the difference in exchange rates today, but my time is more important with this purchase taking a whopping 10 minutes and the installed wheel package will be at my door next week.

Have ordered at least 7 sets of tires over the past two or three years from Tire Rack online and then have had them installed at Discount Tire. I had one problem when they stripped a stud but they paid to have it replaced without any issue. Buy with confidence!

I purchased a set of 4 wheels n tires, mounted and balanced. They were quickly delivered in quality packaging with correct centering rings and lug nuts. I bolted them on and they were smooth as glass and trouble free for over a year now. They were cheaper than the tire store would have been and arrived at my door. Putting them on was easy for me. If you are capable this is the way to do it. I cannot give enough praise for Tire Rack. I hope they made enough money I would have paid more if they asked.

When I asked for the rebate I found online, Denny dropped my call. It could have been coincidental, but unfortunate either way. After just placing the order online, everything was smooth...like a baby's butt.

Web ordering page is horrible. Repeatedly asks for the same info: Credit card details.
Address-es, already entered. Multiple times.
Phone numbers already entered. Multiple times.
"Call Us" phones not operated on Sunday.
No way to order or verify that mount & balance are included.
I was ready to abandon the order.

Somehow I had the wrong delivery address entered in, but my phone number was also on the shipping label and the person that received the tires called so I could get them from their house. It all worked out fine. Great experience all around with Tire Rack!

I built a winter tire/wheel package and am having it shipped directly to my residence since I am capable of installing them myself. The tools for selection were great, and I found exactly what I wanted. However, my problem was when I went to check out there was no confirmation that I had selected that the package come mounted and balanced. So, I started the process over again, and made sure I selected that option.

Simply a note/line at final checkout that states they will arrive mounted and balanced would be very reassuring in the future.

All the information is contained in the ordering menu, which makes it easy to find details about the product I'm ordering.
I've ordered from tire rack many times over several years and will continue to do so.

The prices may be a little more than others, but the service is worth saving any hassles. The rebates and sale can balance that back out too. Have done business with them before and will always come back to review prices and availability and info on my interests.

I paid half-price for premium tires in the size I wanted on a closeout sale. After receiving what looks to be a better product (the tires i got were newer than advertised), I am a very satisfied customer. The only complaint I have is UPS screwing up the delivery by dropping off half my order four days late.

I love the prices (sorta, I mean who really loves tire prices, but they are less expensive than others). I can compare tires, watch and read reviews and get them shipped and have a replacement order all in one shot.

I avoid the first snow panic at the tire shops and install them in my garage. The prices and selection are industry leading without the extra "insurance" that most tire shops pressure their customers into purchasing.

Got my tires for a great price and they shipped in 1 day! Customer service was great too as I had to email them about my order and received a quick response and resolution. The tires I got were rated much higher than what my local tire shop had amd tirerack.com had better pricing, I then found an installer from the website as well. Over all I saved about 120$ by using tirerack.com

Ive bought a few sets of tires through tire rack which has been fine. I recently ordered a set of wheels and tires mounted and balanced and it saved me from having to go to the shop to have them installed. Just received a set of shocks as well. Having other parts besides only tires is nice and the promotional financing through their credit card has helped me a couple times when i had an emergency.

The website is easy to navigate and prices are good- my car has two different sizes. A representative emailed and called me to ensure there was no user error. I appreciated the follow through and help in making sure the delivery was completed.
