I needed a set of studded truck tires and my first choice grabber arctic LT tire was no longer available from TR. I settled on the winterforce LT. The turnaround was insanely fast. They were studded and delivered to my door in 26 hours! Thank you tire rack.
I tried to create a wheel/tire package. I selected the wheels, then went to add tires, and it wouldn't work. I finally figured out that if I go shop for wheels separately it will add them to the package. This took forever for no reason, it must have taken an hour of trying all kinds of things before finding that solution. Then, I chose to have them mounted and balanced and shipped to me. They never confirmed this at checkout, so now I have wheels tires and sensors coming and I have no idea if they're really coming ready to put on the car or not. I'm a little bit pissed off at that, but the price was good lol
Easy ordering. Installation at Pep Boys turned out to be very slow, but not Tire Rack's fault.

Confused a little on when my tires will be delivered.
I was confused on when my tires would arrive at the mechanic shop. It showed one date by the tire price then a different date at checkout. Tires ended up coming at the date next to the tire price. So if came on time for my scheduled appointment to install the tires on my car. Custom service told me to reschedule my date but I did not need to.
My wife recommended it to me.

I dislike how tirerack regulates the installation.
I got a puncture while within the road hazard protection window, I need to use Tire Rack in order to replace the tire under the claim.
