Just ordered a replacement tire for my wife's Honda our son decided to jump a curb and puncture the sidewall. I expected this process to be a pain, most things like this are. So far, it has been very smooth! Impressed.

For the most part, tires that are close out and clearance are a great deal. Have not had any issues with ferment. I always appreciate the courtesy call to confirm if I order a custom size for one of my cars. Great service.

2 of the 4 tires ordered did not get delivered on time. When I called to find out, I was told that they would put in a new order. When I received the last 2 tires it was 8 days after the first advised delivery date. It caused a delay problem in my travel plan.

This year finally ordered sets of wheels and tires already mounted from tire rack to have a extra set of winter tires for are vehicles. If any questions, problems with order, they text or call. Which is awesome now days as far as customer service goes!

Even though I have to pay the extra fees and junk to local tire shops to install I still end up saving over $100 everytime I buy from here. It has been upwards of $300. I've stopped comparing prices if I'm being honest.

Had my tires for two months in Colorado. Had our first big snow/ice storm. These tires were amazing. The handle the weather just like the reviews said. Driving past people who spun out or couldn't get traction was hilarious. They should have went to tire rack!

I did not know that option existed for warranties because you don't show them. It's like you have a specific tire you really want to show me for some reason! Buyers are savvy now, so showing all options is a good idea

Carrier left tires right on sidewalk in front of steps - anyone could have walked off with them. There's a sign on door to leave packages on left side of porch.

Looking all over for a full set of Blizzaks for winter and stumbled upon this clearance deal which I could not pass up! Little over $400 for a fresh set of a couple year old Blizzaks?...Take my money! Representatives were caring to hold my order to confirm that the not standard size I chose. I understood it was slightly larger by was confident they would fit. Expedient delivery the next day and even the shippers listened to my instructions to deliver them to the rear door to prevent porch pirate theft! A++ Experience!

As stated, Legit tires and you never know with Internet sellers.
Also, road Hazard included and no additional cost. A++

Used to live in Reno NV. I ordered the tires to the Tirerack warehouse just outside Reno, picked them up myself and then had a local tire shop install them. Everything was quick, easy and inexpensive!

Maybe tire rankings and testings need to be updated more frequently. But talking to someone to obtain expert advice and make an informed selection was a breeze.

Tire Rack allowed me to purchase my preferred tires and mounted them to wheels that enhanced the appearance of my car. The snow package offered by my dealer had no options as to tire selection or wheel choice. I am very happy

I purchased a set of wheels and tires. Purchase and everything went great. 3 days later my order was delivered to a shop that was going to install them. Well, here's where it went downhill. 3 of my 4 wheel/tires were delivered as estimated, bit 1 was missing. Ontrack shipping they use somehow sent 1 to a whole different state to a completely different shop. I've tried contacting them over 20 times, all I get was, a trouble ticket has been submitted. Tire rack was notified, they only said they will investigate and let me know later. It's been 4 days since they told me they lost it. Looking at tracking, shows it's still at the other destination. No one is giving me any info, shipping company can't even figure it out. I'm on the verge of sending them back and buy local. I just ordered a whole new wheel/tire set to be delivered to my house. I'm going to be super pissed if that one goes missing too.
