Tire Rack

I love being able to look at all the detailed information TireRack provides and compare to other sources to make an informed decision. The problem I have with shopping in person is lack of information. I need more than a pretty tread pattern and I don't want one salesman's opinion.

I accidentally bought the wrong size and didn't realize until after I installed. But because i figured out my mistake within 30 days I was able to return my tires and buy the correct size. Of course I had to pay for the costs of installation etc. but that is my fault and way better than having to scrap a brand new set of tires. Thank you for having a flexible return policy which makes buying online so much easier to accept for large purchases like these!

I've shopped Tire Rack for my tires. They have been good to do business with. The last tires I ordered and had mounted were good until I have a soft sidewall. I am still in the process to get the tire replaced. It seems like too much to go through to correct the issue. That is my only complaint. Too many Hoops for something out of my control.

I am a shop but they can't tell me what my discount will be forcing me to sign up to "find out" also takes 2-3 days process sucks doing business without any information gives me Facebook marketplace vibes unprofessional

I've lived in a new neighborhood (and frankly, town) undergoing lots of construction and have gotten 4 flats in the last year due to nails. No one will patch them because they're run flats, but TireRack has honored the warranty each time.

Easier then I thought. Bought the tires online, scheduled it at the same time for install with a mechanic near my house. Went to the shop, they already had my info from tire rack and it was done in an hour

Always excellent choice and ease of use at Tire rack. Reps are helpful if you need to call, and often follow up to check on small details after an order is placed, just to ensure you've gotten things right. Always appreciate the large scope of choice on the site, and that I can easily find the right size for my modified vehicle.

Always have good service, received one tire that had a defective spot probably from being piled up and shipping, but it was replaced immediately, it's my go-to place. And since we have a race car we buy a lot of tires.

I have always respected TireRack.com for their in-depth information, test results on products, and free delivery and road hazard.

I give high regard to Mitch Sears as he has always assisted me in my tire and wheel purchases when I was dealing with him at DiscountTireDirect.com.

I have never purchased tires from any other place than Tire Rack for as long as I can remember. They have never disappointed me and I always recommend Tire Rack to all my friends. It's just a great business that keep the customer first.

Fair price - several family members have bought from Tire Rack previously. The Blizzaks give excellent traction.

Carrier left tires right on sidewalk in front of steps - anyone could have walked off with them. There's a sign on door to leave packages on left side of porch.

The website is easy to navigate and rich with detailed information, test results, product comparisons, and videos. The pricing can't be beat and the service is excellent. I've been buying my tires here for years. Any time I've had an issue with a road hazard or product defect, the replacement process has been quick and seamless.

My car keeps getting flat tires. Potholes, road edges and always on the sidewall. Thank goodness for tire racks insurance because I would have to file bankruptcy if it weren't for the hazard insurance!

The tire expert option was helpful when there are hundreds of tires to choose from. I also find the online installer scheduling feature really helpful. Will be able to get tires installed within 2 days of me first looking for tires.

Have ordered numerous tires from TireRack, each and every time they arrive exactly as ordered and in perfect condition with new date codes. Don't mess with the other vendors, TireRack blows them away!

Last time a specialist helped me find a specific out of production, low inventory tire quickly and got it sent asap.It was the main reason I came back. Tried to wait out some sales on Sparco wheels but oh well, at least you had them in stock. Thank you!

A tire rack expert followed up with me to make sure I knew I ordered non OEM tires, and that's appreciated.
I disliked how long it took for the tires to arrive.
The tires were delivered at the end of the day on the given date; which was annoying because I made arrangements under the expectation that I'd have my tires installed same day. The shop was about to close, so I had to get it done the next day after making further accommodations for it. That's understandably the shipper's fault, but it would improve the experience to work out a way to better coordinate this so that these minor occurrences don't become an inconvenience. Especially since convenience seems to be a target for Tire Rack.

Originally wanted to go pick up tires / wheels for winter and self install….but since my preferred tire was coming from another warehouse that wasn't an option. Gill helped me suss out my options in chat and I found my independent as an approved receiver/installer. Easy and fast transaction!

My previous experience was ordering tires with an expected shipping date the following week or two. Was quickly notified in the same week of a delay to end of month. Then a few weeks later another delay, then another, and a final before I had to cancel my order as we were 5 months out now from when order was placed. Supplier issue or false advertising or mix of both, not sure but wasn't a great experience. Let's see how this new order goes along.

Good experience. Would have liked to see options for multiple Discount Tire locations based on my zip- but the site only showed one per zip and not the close location I wanted. I put it in manually, so all good.

Different locations are busier than others. Do your research or you may need to just drop your vehicle off to avoid a long wait time (even if you have an appointment).
Make sure you realize you have Road Hazard protection and roadside service! I did not until I did live chat!

I love the great selection and the affordability of these tires cheaper than any tire store you find. They may want to match the price, but it's not worth it. Stick with the proven winner with Tire Rack! It has literally been a couple decades that I have bought my tires from nowhere else except here.

I love having every option available. I can send the tires to any installer I want, or I can send them to my house and set up install when I'm ready. These tires are widely available now, but when I first got this vehicle, they were not. Lower prices, more selection, and the ability to choose where to ship have made me extremely loyal.
