I've been buying tires from Tire Rack for 20+ years. Never any disappointments. The tech advisors are fantastic: courteous, knowledgeable, and car enthusiasts. Delivery is quick and always right. Great selection of tires and wheels.

Always great except when I had a problem with one out of a set of 4 tires. Your company made the process so cumbersome to get a replacement that I gave up and left tires on car. One of them is out of round and it was silly that your required a thrust balance or something like that vs just a regular high speed balance which has been an acceptable standard for many years. That was disappointing. Everything else with the company has been fine.

Tire Rack offers good and thorough descriptions and reviews of what they sell, as well as competitive pricing. My orders show up when they're supposed to, and are what I ordered. I've bought wheels, tires and brake parts, all have been top-notch.

Easy shopping and great price! Wheels/tires were delivered in reasonable time, packaged and marked what side of the vehicle they were for, because they are directional tires,which I did not know, the delivery driver was outstanding for bringing them up to my house on a steep driveway! I will buy from again, thank you tire rack!

Tire Rack always makes it easy. Allows me to order tires by size without listing a vehicle, which is important because i am always changing tire sizes vs. what the factory offers. Discount Tire does not allow me to do this, so they lost my business. Thank you for making my purchases easy!

Besides the Mobile installation guy dropping and scratching my wheel once, it's been a lot of tires for a long time with perfect everything for me and many family members. I don't use anyone else.

I love being able to look at all the detailed information TireRack provides and compare to other sources to make an informed decision. The problem I have with shopping in person is lack of information. I need more than a pretty tread pattern and I don't want one salesman's opinion.

I accidentally bought the wrong size and didn't realize until after I installed. But because i figured out my mistake within 30 days I was able to return my tires and buy the correct size. Of course I had to pay for the costs of installation etc. but that is my fault and way better than having to scrap a brand new set of tires. Thank you for having a flexible return policy which makes buying online so much easier to accept for large purchases like these!

I've shopped Tire Rack for my tires. They have been good to do business with. The last tires I ordered and had mounted were good until I have a soft sidewall. I am still in the process to get the tire replaced. It seems like too much to go through to correct the issue. That is my only complaint. Too many Hoops for something out of my control.

I am a shop but they can't tell me what my discount will be forcing me to sign up to "find out" also takes 2-3 days process sucks doing business without any information gives me Facebook marketplace vibes unprofessional

I've lived in a new neighborhood (and frankly, town) undergoing lots of construction and have gotten 4 flats in the last year due to nails. No one will patch them because they're run flats, but TireRack has honored the warranty each time.

Easier then I thought. Bought the tires online, scheduled it at the same time for install with a mechanic near my house. Went to the shop, they already had my info from tire rack and it was done in an hour

Reps are helpful if you need to call, and often follow up to check on small details after an order is placed, just to ensure you've gotten things right. Always appreciate the large scope of choice on the site, and that I can easily find the right size for my modified vehicle.

Always have good service, received one tire that had a defective spot probably from being piled up and shipping, but it was replaced immediately, it's my go-to place. And since we have a race car we buy a lot of tires.

Carrier left tires right on sidewalk in front of steps - anyone could have walked off with them. There's a sign on door to leave packages on left side of porch.

The website is easy to navigate and rich with detailed information, test results, product comparisons, and videos. The pricing can't be beat and the service is excellent. I've been buying my tires here for years. Any time I've had an issue with a road hazard or product defect, the replacement process has been quick and seamless.

My car keeps getting flat tires. Potholes, road edges and always on the sidewall. Thank goodness for tire racks insurance because I would have to file bankruptcy if it weren't for the hazard insurance!

The tire expert option was helpful when there are hundreds of tires to choose from. I also find the online installer scheduling feature really helpful. Will be able to get tires installed within 2 days of me first looking for tires.

Have ordered numerous tires from TireRack, each and every time they arrive exactly as ordered and in perfect condition with new date codes. Don't mess with the other vendors, TireRack blows them away!

Last time a specialist helped me find a specific out of production, low inventory tire quickly and got it sent asap.It was the main reason I came back. Tried to wait out some sales on Sparco wheels but oh well, at least you had them in stock. Thank you!
