Tire Rack

Many brands of tires available at all price points. Great experience in the site. Delivery was slow. Order was split into two and one was delivered on time but the other one lagged 4 days behind. No doubts UPS's fault but delayed the installation.

Nate in customer service found the rims that fit my car perfectly. I knew what tires I wanted, Tire Rack mounted and balanced them - and I received them not only quickly but in perfect condition. Excellent packing job, which is normally the weak link. They make most other companies look bad..

The tires on my used Bronco had an obtrusive tread noise, so even though they had life left in them I wanted to find the quietest all terrain tire I could. Tire Rack's rating system was invaluable because it's based on real-world experience for hundreds of customers who are rating the exact tire that you're considering. On top of that, the ease of getting advice was surprising and refreshing.

Great website, reviews are helpful in making decisions. The convenience getting what you want and scheduling appointment with Discount Tires for installation was great. I was surprised however that Discount Tires employ tried to upsell me on a road hazard Protection when it was already included on the tires from Tire Rack.

Super easy. For 20 years now I only buy tires (and wheels) through tire rack. I also appreciate this great company has partnered with Dicount Tire Co. I tell all my friends and clients about Tire Rack whenever they bring up the need for tires.

Great price. Able to compare brands side by side. Was unsure about ordering tires on line but after seeing the network of dealers that installed in my area, I was sold. Tires arrived at installer within two days. Free shipping. Scheduled installation. Was in and out in an hour. Great experience.

All good 👍 Was easy peasy. One thing could have made a big difference though. Since I went with a Tire Rack partner, and I financed the tires, the labor for getting them put on put me in a jam. The price was good etc. but I had to scramble to get that money together. Would have been better if the labor could have been part of the financed offer.

If you know what you're looking for, super quick and easy. Tire shop that I had them shipped to was not able to install the size of tire, luckily they worked with a shop across the street to take care of me.

Very convenient. However, I was out of town and kept checking delivery date before ordering to ensure I would be home. When I placed the order on Fri, it said they would be delivered when I was home - great. Except not great... they arrived Sat and were left in the dirt at the side of the road and it rained. Ya, my house is having construction - hence why I wanted it delivered when I was home - You can do better than that!

Easiest large purchase I've ever made! Tire Rack knows what they're doing! Efficient, easy to use website for ordering, speedy! My tires arrived next day! By end of the week I already had my paper receipt and form for tire rebate. I told my fiancé, I'm shocked at how good the customer service is with Tire Rack. He said - isn't that sad? It's come to being shocked when we get good service! Thank you again for the ease and speed!

I had an unexpected blowout and my mechanic said I need 4 new run flat tires. Ouch!
Then he told me it would be 3-4 days to get them. I looked on Tire Rack, saw they were in-stock and could arrive in 1 day, and the price was very competitive.

I went on a 4-hour highway and fast two-lane trip yesterday and the Falken Sincera SN250 A/S SL seems much quieter than my previous Yokohama Avid(?) tires. The Mazda 3 iSport has minimal sound insulation so tire noise can be a factor. I was expecting some tire squirm with the new tires compared to my well-worn ones but the car handled great with the new Falkens!
One caveat is the local recommended installer. The Mazda is my "daily-driver" but I keep it clean and shiny. Discount Tire was careless with my alloy rims, leaving all four rims pretty scratched up. I won't be using Discount Tires for a tire install next time.

Great experience; I like that I could select my preferred local installer and schedule an installation date/time with them directly through the Tire Rack website. The tires arrived at the installer promptly and seem to be performing well so far.

Site is easy to use and search for what you need. Lots of good information regarding various options. Nice to have local installers to select from. Overall, very easy shopping experience.

I appreciate TireRack being linked with Discount Tire. I'm a professional and was just planning to mount and balance these myself, but having the ease of roadside paired with Discount Tire's locations made this installation cost a no brainer.

Great online experience. Easily ordered the tires I wanted, which were at a great price, and within 24 hrs they were delivered to the local installer that I've used in the past.

Good interaction with the website. I was able to visually see what I was ordering with their on the car visualizer. Having it here in 3 days, balanced and reward to mount with the hub centric rings and new lug bolts, I was able to put in my tires in 30 minutes. You could not go to a shop, pick out rims and tires and have them ready to mount before lunch 3 days later.

Very easy so far. Very fast and easy. Delivered to my local tire shop for them to install. Did not shop around much for a better price so not sure the price was the best but knew they had what I wanted and was trouble-free.

All 4 tires arrived to the installer on time as scheduled, and I was able to arrange the installation the next day. The installation cost was very close to TireRack estimation. This is my third set of tires from TireRack in 10 years. Very happy with TireRack service and cost.

Easy to shop, compare, and find installation. Reviews were easy to filter and sort, plus Tire Rack consumers seem to leave more detailed reviews which helped me make the right purchase. I'm very happy with the tires so far and the price was a great deal and I price compared everywhere.

Found tires specific for my vehicle and was able to choose the best option and price. Tires will arrive in very short time span which will get me back on the road with fresh rubber under me. Thanks for the experience.

Tire Rack is the only place I shop for tires and wheels! If you need assistance they have a live chat feature or you can call and get a live person to assist you.

Quick selection and ordering process was easy. My installation price was higher as installer said they had notified Tire Rack repeatedly their price had increased. Only $20 more but still irratating.
