I tried tire rack around 2016. Haven't looked back. Confidence is knowing that, when a sudden downpour hits you in the highway exit. (And, you are a "spirited" driver who enjoys turns) Tirerack.com suggested a tire with a wet tread pattern. (And gave video tests & customer feedback for additional input) Or, when you move back to the mountains, and it's snowing. And, Tirerack.com recommended an all season tire with outstanding winter characteristics, before the move. You're going to make it, to the top. Tires & that little moving contact patch, can make big performance & safety differences. Tirerack.com has never steered me toward something more expensive. And, they will answer ever question you have. Without, being salesmen. Though, they are internet based. They have an old school, look you in the eye, and shake your hand kind of feel. They are more than ok with, earning your trust.
The Perelli scorpion, active weather tires have a very loud drone when driving at high speed. I read all the reviews and everyone said that they were quiet, but unfortunately they are not. I do not like to tire at all. I cannot return them because I've already put them on the car so I will be purchasing another set of tires from the dealer and taking these off.

Purchased a newer tire, 4 months later it got a bubble on the sidewall. Tire Rack made it easy to submit a claim. The tire is being shipped to the shop and life is good.

Easy fast and good prices
I have been super bummed with my Toyota wheels for some time. A dull finish and no matter what I used to try and make them shiny it just made to make it worse

Very easy so far. Very fast and easy. Delivered to my local tire shop for them to install. Did not shop around much for a better price so not sure the price was the best but knew they had what I wanted and was trouble-free.

Good interaction with the website. I was able to visually see what I was ordering with their on the car visualizer. Having it here in 3 days, balanced and reward to mount with the hub centric rings and new lug bolts, I was able to put in my tires in 30 minutes. You could not go to a shop, pick out rims and tires and have them ready to mount before lunch 3 days later.

All 4 tires arrived to the installer on time as scheduled, and I was able to arrange the installation the next day. The installation cost was very close to TireRack estimation. This is my third set of tires from TireRack in 10 years. Very happy with TireRack service and cost.

Easy ordering and inventory
Tire Rack is the only place I shop for tires and wheels! If you need assistance they have a live chat feature or you can call and get a live person to assist you.
Selection and price
Quick selection and ordering process was easy. My installation price was higher as installer said they had notified Tire Rack repeatedly their price had increased. Only $20 more but still irratating.

I had to ask because the shipping info wasn't clear to me that the contact name and phone were for the installer. Perhaps that could be reworded on your website?

I have ordered CrossClimate2 for four (4) of my vehicles. Yet, when ordering a single (1) replacement, the TireRack search did not identify a CrossClimate2 for my 2012 RAV4 V6 4WD. I had to search for tire size to find the CrossClimate2.
