I called because of issue on the website regarding where to delivery tires and making an appointment was the source of frustration . I couldn’t get passed “schedule appointment “ button. Was told to change browser or over ride option and to phone installer. This isn’t very friendly customer service, only to find out that you can’t truly schedule an appointment online because possibility of product not arriving on time? If that’s an issue then why offer “schedule appointment “ pop-up window?? It’s a terrible customer service experience. When I contacted the first installer, he had an attitude on the phone , so I asked Allen (specialist at Tirerack) to find me a different installer which he did and rerouted my purchase to second installer which was slightly more expensive to install my new tires. It went smoothly w/o issue and he was very friendly and appreciative. In the end, I was happy spending my hard earned money. All this could have been avoided but removing “schedule appointment “ button as it’s misleading since you can’t schedule an appointment!
