The delivery was delayed, the gift certificate was missed on the check out screen and I couldn't get anyone to make it right for me! They could've sent me a credit card credit or something more tangible than maybe next time or we would have to cancel the order and reorder the tires...
This is extremely disappointing!
They could not satisfactorily fix my issue. I had a gift certificate which I didn't get to use and I just wanted the value to be refunded to me.
They said the only way they could fix the issue is to cancel the order and reorder the tires. There were a limited amount of tires and I didn't want the order to be delayed. Reordering the tires could have been affected by both items. Ultimately, I accepted that nothing could be done and my order was delayed anyway.
I thought it would be easy and painless. It was not. I also could not schedule an appt from the order screen.
I have an EV and it is a noise canceling product. Pirelli is also a well known, quality brand.
