Tire Rack

Prices are high but the warranty provided is nice. I think you can find them cheaper but I mean its hard to differentiate in the market as your going to pay the same amount when shopping at any one of the major online shops. Save a little here and pay for it at the install counter so I use tire rack they have always been where I go by default.

Web ordering page is horrible. Repeatedly asks for the same info: Credit card details.
Address-es, already entered. Multiple times.
Phone numbers already entered. Multiple times.
"Call Us" phones not operated on Sunday.
No way to order or verify that mount & balance are included.
I was ready to abandon the order.

I built a winter tire/wheel package and am having it shipped directly to my residence since I am capable of installing them myself. The tools for selection were great, and I found exactly what I wanted. However, my problem was when I went to check out there was no confirmation that I had selected that the package come mounted and balanced. So, I started the process over again, and made sure I selected that option.

Simply a note/line at final checkout that states they will arrive mounted and balanced would be very reassuring in the future.

Installer was not prepared or coordinated with Tire Rack. Installer took over 6 hours to install 2 tires, even though we had an appointment and almost installed wrong tires, since it didn't know the delivery was for my car.

If Tire Rack's ostensible OEM steels rims had their valve stem holes aligned with their lug bolt hole pattern I would give my experience 5 stars. I actually threw away the steel rims I bought with a set of tires a few years ago because the stem holes were not aligned and I could not get the wheel covers on. It would be worth another $5 a rim for this small detail.

I have purchased winter tires on my old car from Tire Rack for many years. Now ordering for a newer car. Always easy. Chat was helpful in choosing the right tire - was a few days ago so I don't remember the name.

Our daughter in law suggested Tire Rack and we will never go anywhere else for tires again. Easy to order, tires arrived early and prices are great! Just placed our second order and tell everyone we know to shop here.

Last time, I purchased cooper tires from your company and was promised $100 rebate which i never got. I am still trying to buy from you the second time. This is why I waived the rebate part. I hope you can check my account for my history.

Very good product and review info, an excellent price and very fast delivery! My only complaint is the website picture of the tire tread does not match the tread on the product delivered. Tire Rack staff said that was because my 165R15 tires are smaller than the ones illustrated on their website.

The service rep explained that the picture of the tires on their website showed a different tread pattern than I received because I bought a small size tire - 185/65-R15.

Discount Tires has a 5% discount for Veterans and Active Duty members of out Armed Forces. Their tire is one cent more than yours. Also installation is about $45 more with TireRack than Discount Tire. If Discount Tires wasn't so far away I'd have gone with them. :( Boo TireRack. You got me for an extra $100 plus dollars this time and I'm living on Disability every month. That's almost 10% of my take home from my Social Security. Might not mean much to you, but to me, a Disabled USMC Veteran, it means a lot. My old Suburban with 320,000 miles on it is still running but it needed new tires and I've bought from you at TireRack before so I know you have quality products and a great warranty with road hazard. Just wish you'd be a little more competitive like you used to be. Thank you very much, Douglas

I like the selection, and the honest reviews that are available. Also to be be able to see the miles which the tires are based on. It is also helpful to see the Tire Rack review. Haveing Discount Tire as an option is A+ for my area.

Quick simple accurate. Delivery was super fast and well packaged to protect. Only gripe would be the balancing is off. I'll be getting that redone ASAP

Discount Tire should have been able to handle this entire transaction for me when I visited them rather than have two separate transactions, since it's the same company.

Ordering and products are good. I rated 4 vs. 5 stars because delivery was delayed multiple times. Aways a good experience, however delivery hasn't always been reliable.

My first choice of Tires was Yokohama Geolandar G96B P245/60 R20 107H on special for $265.77. It could not be completed do to a need to clarify a price discrepancy which could not be resolved due to Tire Rack centers being closed. This is my second choice.

The installer location I've previously used many times is no longer listed within your platform. Actually there are no installers that show up for Wesley Chapel, FL.

I was told that I have to pay $60 for the tire rotation service in the future because the order was from Tirerack, not directly purchased from Americas Tire.
If I ordered 4tires from Americas Tire directly the tire rotation service in the future would have been free. I regret that I did not order to America's Tire directly.

I purchased a pair of Pirelli tires that close out for my C6 ZO6 corvette. I did have to fudge on size just a tad because OEM sizes 325-30/19. And tire rack sales rarely featured that size or any Corvette size tire for that matter. But considering it's rear wheel drive and will not be driving much as soon as a single snowflake Falls things will get me by at the width of 305 mm. Which is just three quarters of an inch more narrow. And I've already used that with on the rear Wheels prior and since I do not track the car it's a non-issue at a total delivered price of roughly $215 per tire! The price I can absolutely live with for a set of semi temporary rear tires that will definitely be replaced within 9 months. But at least now I can wait and see if any deals anywhere, lol! Odds are slim to none but I need the tires now but I can't swing $1,000 price tag I just wish they had more than two installers in their list. Mine's not on it and I can't contact them to certify their participation because the time of day other than that outstanding. More extensive installer list would add the fifth star!

It's easy to order from Tire Rack. They assist in everything from recommended selections to recommended installers. Prompt delivery. Besides, I hate physically shopping for tires. Always have.

Toyota Corolla was marked as 15 inch factory tires on website. My corolla actually has 16 inch tires, so be sure to double check. Returning the original order was rather painless though.

So far, all is good. Ordering and delivery was simple and on time which is good, because I had an appointment the following day to have the tires mounted and balanced along with an alignment.

Good, tires showed up and I saved 500 from previous store (a/t). I go through a lot of truck tires on these Sierra roads. It's nice saving at least 1k a year on tires.
