You just rejected my recent request to replace a tire which worn out prematurely. Chunks of rubber are missing from the entire tire all around it after only one year. In fact it is a safety concern due to potential blow-out. Poor business decision on your end.

This is my 4th time buying tires from you and I have always been very satisfied with your service.
I expessed a concern that the Firestone installer had talked about a higher installation price. It was (less than $10) but they included lifetime rotation and balancing which I wanted. I ended up happier with that addition.

It came down for me between the Continental and the BFG tires. I've bought the BFG every other time I've bought from you. But I chatted with a Tire Rack employee and he convinced me that the Continental is a better tire.
