Tire Rack

My previous experience was ordering tires with an expected shipping date the following week or two. Was quickly notified in the same week of a delay to end of month. Then a few weeks later another delay, then another, and a final before I had to cancel my order as we were 5 months out now from when order was placed. Supplier issue or false advertising or mix of both, not sure but wasn't a great experience. Let's see how this new order goes along.

Good experience. Would have liked to see options for multiple Discount Tire locations based on my zip- but the site only showed one per zip and not the close location I wanted. I put it in manually, so all good.

Different locations are busier than others. Do your research or you may need to just drop your vehicle off to avoid a long wait time (even if you have an appointment).
Make sure you realize you have Road Hazard protection and roadside service! I did not until I did live chat!

I love the great selection and the affordability of these tires cheaper than any tire store you find. They may want to match the price, but it's not worth it. Stick with the proven winner with Tire Rack! It has literally been a couple decades that I have bought my tires from nowhere else except here.

I love having every option available. I can send the tires to any installer I want, or I can send them to my house and set up install when I'm ready. These tires are widely available now, but when I first got this vehicle, they were not. Lower prices, more selection, and the ability to choose where to ship have made me extremely loyal.

One of the last tires that I purchased was defective. It had a continuous slow leak that required me to repeatedly fill the tire with due to the leak. As a single female that constantly transported my children and commuted more than 80 miles twice a week I was always anxious and afraid I would have a blow out or some other incident with this tire. I really should be refunded or be given a replacement.

I have used Tire Rack for over 15 years. I like ALL the options they provide along with in depth reviews. The price and free shipping to the installer of your choice is comparable to local tire dealers.

2 of the 4 tires ordered did not get delivered on time. When I called to find out, I was told that they would put in a new order. When I received the last 2 tires it was 8 days after the first advised delivery date. It caused a delay problem in my travel plan.

I have loved being able to save some money by picking up tires myself and then bringing them to whomever I wish. I know that many of the shops I would go to for tire mounting use Tire Rack anyway! This way, I can save also on a "convenience charge" of them clicking "buy".

I had tires shipped to and installed by your recommended local installer. I arrived about 10 mins before my appointment time, it took more than two hours for installation. I thought that was excessive time with an appointment.

I've been buying from TireRack for years and have always been satisfied. Next day delivery to my installer, easy tire selection with customer reviews. Used the road hazard to replace a tire one time and it was no problem.

For the most part, tires that are close out and clearance are a great deal. Have not had any issues with ferment. I always appreciate the courtesy call to confirm if I order a custom size for one of my cars. Great service.

I bought a set of winter tires/wheels for our Volvo XC60 Recharge. Tire Rack had all the info needed to narrow down the selection. Price, service, delivery time and product were all excellent. Package came with everything needed including the right spacers and lug nuts. And their recommended local installer did a great job. Very pleased overall.

Was easy, cheaper than most and allowed ME to be 'in control' of the experience.

FedEx being slow caused a day delay, which caused a reschedule. Could've done without that, but it's over now.

I have purchased tires from Tire Rack for close to 10 years now. They always have the widest variety of selection in every available size imaginable. Their testing standards and thorough reviews make every other tire seller obsolete.

Looking all over for a full set of Blizzaks for winter and stumbled upon this clearance deal which I could not pass up! Little over $400 for a fresh set of a couple year old Blizzaks?...Take my money! Representatives were caring to hold my order to confirm that the not standard size I chose. I understood it was slightly larger by was confident they would fit. Expedient delivery the next day and even the shippers listened to my instructions to deliver them to the rear door to prevent porch pirate theft! A++ Experience!

I've been a Tire Rack customer for years. I've ordered many sets of tires, and have never been let down. From my experience, the customer ratings and rankings are honest feedback and provide great information. I've found them to be one of the things I really rely on when choosing tires for my vehicles.

Just ordered a replacement tire for my wife's Honda our son decided to jump a curb and puncture the sidewall. I expected this process to be a pain, most things like this are. So far, it has been very smooth! Impressed.

Your tire hazard warranty is provided by a 3rd party. You should clearly describe that in your tire listings. My experience with this 3rd party is simply, their entire narrative is to make the process of filing a claim to be the most difficult. In theory, the claimant would simply "give up" and therefore, no monies paid out for the tire hazard warranty. Similar to an insurance companies business motives. Collect money (I trust Tire Rack is paying for the service) and pay none out.

Great prices fast turnaround. Wish claims process for tire insurance was direct instead of having to pay and get reimbursed. Also wish it was more clear during claim process that you have to turn in installation receipt. Don't know why that is necessary and had claim denied because I couldn't find installation receipt.

I typed up my experience. Afterward I find that I cannot submit YOUR survey/feedback because Tire Rack will not allow submission without me agreeing for you to share it on social. Why is the feedback not for Tire Rack's own use. This is not a review it's feedback. If it was a review I would understand.

Have been buying tires from Tire Rack for a while now. Enjoy having tires delivered to my home. Not being held back by just what a local shop has or can get. This year finally ordered sets of wheels and tires already mounted from tire rack to have a extra set of winter tires for are vehicles. If any questions, problems with order, they text or call. Which is awesome now days as far as customer service goes!

Used to live in Reno NV. I ordered the tires to the Tirerack warehouse just outside Reno, picked them up myself and then had a local tire shop install them. Everything was quick, easy and inexpensive!
