I needed a set of studded truck tires and my first choice grabber arctic LT tire was no longer available from TR. I settled on the winterforce LT. The turnaround was insanely fast. They were studded and delivered to my door in 26 hours! Thank you tire rack.
I tried to create a wheel/tire package. I selected the wheels, then went to add tires, and it wouldn't work. I finally figured out that if I go shop for wheels separately it will add them to the package. This took forever for no reason, it must have taken an hour of trying all kinds of things before finding that solution. Then, I chose to have them mounted and balanced and shipped to me. They never confirmed this at checkout, so now I have wheels tires and sensors coming and I have no idea if they're really coming ready to put on the car or not. I'm a little bit pissed off at that, but the price was good lol

I've been using tire rack's website and customer service reps for a few years now to research tires and possible purchases. Both have been great and I just an order for tires at a great price with free shipping to my new home in FL. When looking for tires this is my starting point and usually where I end up buying.

I purchased 1 Kumo tire in August and just purchased my second. The same tire went up $7 dollars within 4 months which is not good, however the offer free delivery to my home where I can have it installed conveniently at Discount Tire locations for $25. This is a good service.

Purchased for my Volvo XC40 Recharge EV. Arrived at installer in 2 days as promised. Installation ran about $88. Satisfied with purchase experience. Verdict out on whether these ultra high performance all seasons will be acceptable in Northeastern US winter weather.

I've appreciated knowing that the wheels and tires are going to fit my vehicle perfectly and safer than trying to buy used on any marketplace. Prices are competitive and I like that I can pick them up to save additional money (delivery is never free--someone has to pay for it).

I have had a constant issue with tirerack's web site. My orders are not archived and when I need to file a claim, the order information is always not found in their site!

Purchasing a wheel and tire kit and it doesn't tell me if they are coming mounted and balanced and just need install on car or mounting/balancing is needed too, thankfully I have a mechanic who can do, but clarification would be nice. Thank you!

I've purchase a few sets of tires from Tire Rack in the past for my previous vehicle. The all-season and winter tires have always held up well. When a tire got destroyed by a sidewall puncture, the road hazard coverage was a godsend and an easy process.
I chose Tire Rack because of the competitive prices, huge selection, fast shipping, and excellent past shopping experiences. Before I purchase my brand new 2025 Mazda CX-5 last week, one of my first thoughts was getting a winter tire and wheel package. Bridgestone Blizzak winter tires will keep me safe this winter and make my work commute a bit easier. The black Sport Edition wheels will look awesome with the Turbo Premium trim package on my Mazda.

Needed optimum grip for longer distance winter travel plans and chose 4 Bridgestone Bizzack tires mounted on new clearance priced aluminum wheels. Fast delivery with everything needed to install them myself. Made the difference on my first trip on roads with packed snow and ice with a confident feel of control and much lower chance of a slide-off. A worthy investment. And they look good too!

I am happy with my tires that I purchased from Tire Rack. They have a great selection of tires to choose from. I appreciate the free road hazard warranty that they offer. It gives me peace of mind to know that if I happen to get a flat, they will help me out. I also like that I can get a quote for local tire installation from Tire Rack. Never had issues, have needed to due warranty in the past and it was a no hassle no questions asked experience, I have found cheaper prices but would rather pay the few extra bucks to go through tire rack.

Have been ordering tires/wheels through Tire Rack for years. Love the idea of saving money and being able to compare almost every tire out there before ordering. Recently my father in law passed away leaving my mother in law with a vehicle with a sketchy tread for winter driving in heavy snow. I thought new tires would be a perfect Christmas present for her!
