Love the fact that my tires came with a free two year road hazard protection. That saved me hundreds of dollars on replacements when life inevitably happens. Ordering and Claims process is super easy and user friendly. 10/10 would recommend

Straight forward, fast and discount prices. Remembers past orders. All of those hours researching tires are not needed when you find some you like and need replacements. Says it will be delivered in two days and delivery is free.

As the title says... its an easy shopping experience and then having the install scheduled and tires drop shipped is great. As prices stay competitive with Costco I will steer far away from that madness for more dedicated tire store.

Everything was smooth, I ordered the same rims from another place and had to order 2 more because they didn't send them out. All I can say is Tire Rack is fast and A++, they even wrapped the rims in a bonnet cover! You guys are amazing! I will do business with you again.

There is always fast delivery and ease of use. I've used a tire rack for years. I highly recommend it. The road hazard warranty is an underrated luxury. I've had to do a claim a time or two, and that was simple and easy as well.

We never consider any other option for tire installation on all of our vehicles. We've been using them since 1991 when we were living in Detroit. As fate would have it, we now live only 40 minutes away from the same store so we get the added bonus of having their team do the installation as well. Never any issues or problems

Great until my last set of tires that Monro declined to install. Perhaps add a note that they cannot install XL low profile tires without damaging the rims. Would've saved me a bunch of time. BMW installed them quickly with no fuss.

I used to deliver tires to tire rack when I worked for Goodyear and they were the only ones that could unload you in less than an hour. I thought if they are this good at receiving then they must have their stuff together and I've used them for many years and they've always been helpful and I normally get my tires in 1-2 days.

I've purchased from TR for well over a decade many times. On the rare occasion that the was an issue of my own doing, they took care of it, didn't charge me anymore and did it very quickly. I highly recommend using their installer network. I didn't once and it cost a lot more than had I. A+++++++
