Every time I have bought tires either picking up or shipped it has been beyond easy. Recently have hit nails with both of my cars and the road hazard warranty took care of it with out any hassle. The first time i bought tires here was the last time I bought tires anywhere else. TIRE RACK FOR THE WIN. Don't snooze. Especially if you're anywhere near one like I am in reno. Pickem up your self and save even more.

What I love most about this website is the research and advice option, it allows me to educate myself on the tires and be more informed about what I am purchasing. The website is easy to navigate and easy to search for items. The entire experience is smooth.

I ordered a set of 4 trailer tires on 10/3/2024. I was informed that they were temporarily out of stock and would receive shipments on 10/15/2024. They said tires would be delivered on 10/18/2024. I got home after work on 10/8/2024 and they were already delivered.

I have been purchasing tires from Tire Rack for many years. So many to choose from. They have a lot of information and testing, reviews and resources to assist in making a good decision on tires. Alway professional. I have never had a problem weather I pick up or have them delivered. I will continue to use Tire Rack as long as they are around. Thank you!

Buying tires from Tire Rack was easy. I choose the tire I wanted, had them shipped to a Discount Tire store and scheduled the installation time and date online. Tire Rack sent me an email to schedule the appointment.

The tires for my 2018 Ford Edge were delivered to the dealer, only to find out I ordered 20" tires instead of the correct 19" tires! I contacted Tire Racks customer service who walked me through fixing the issue. Within 3 days, the correct tires were delivered and the other tires were sent back! Excellent customer service! I will definitely order from Tire Rack again (but I'll make sure to order the right size the first time!)

I use Tire Rack for all my tire purchases. I really like the Tire buying guide and the tire tests. Tire Rack has never disappointed me. I have been very happy with the tire that I have bought based upon their recommendations

Disappointed in the fact I ordered a set of tires because of the 80k warranty and free road side hazard then get told I have to pay out of pocket for new tire I might get reimbursement for it. I will probably purchase my next set though a local tire shop next time.

Very good product and review info, an excellent price and very fast delivery! My only complaint is the website picture of the tire tread does not match the tread on the product delivered. Tire Rack staff said that was because my 165R15 tires are smaller than the ones illustrated on their website.

The service rep explained that the picture of the tires on their website showed a different tread pattern than I received because I bought a small size tire - 185/65-R15.

Difficult to use the mobile site. Not many installers available in my area. Called customer service but only got the voicemail system. However, got a great tire at a good price delivered quickly, and customer service called me and emailed me to make sure that it was the right size and that I found an installer. Got them put on at Walmart, easy-peasy.

I was told i selected the wrong option and that's why they didn't mount and balance the package. Seems strange that nobody questioned this and contacted me to ask. Why wouldn't i want free mounting and balancing on a wheel tire package?

Bought a set of these Blizzak DM-V2 tires two years ago. Magnificent product. Best snow tires for my specific vehicle. Same arrangement. Pick up from warehouse in Burien, get them installed by Discount Tire in Shoreline. Great prices, great service. I put 120,000 miles on these tires. They still have 5/32nds of an inch left, and Discount Tire rotations let them wear evenly. But a cold winter is on the way, and I live and drive on a series of hills in north Seattle..

The last time, I selected an american tire (BFG) for my Miata, which were not round. I blame myself.

The Sport Edition wheels were fine and do not bend like OEM Miata wheels.

Tire rack handled the tire return and sent my next, more expensive selection, was all set and happy to shop again.

This time I select from the top 3 highest rated in my size and type for my Audi.

Had an excellent experience with these tires. Have been running with them since 2020 with zero issue. I using them at R22 under my SUV and the experience has really been great. I am buying them again now.

I always order from tire rack, great customer service and quality tires. They always last and they keep to their word if something happens to your tire with their road Hazzard warranty. 8 years and haven't been disappointed.

Discount Tires has a 5% discount for Veterans and Active Duty members of out Armed Forces. Their tire is one cent more than yours. Also installation is about $45 more with TireRack than Discount Tire. If Discount Tires wasn't so far away I'd have gone with them. :( Boo TireRack. You got me for an extra $100 plus dollars this time and I'm living on Disability every month. That's almost 10% of my take home from my Social Security. Might not mean much to you, but to me, a Disabled USMC Veteran, it means a lot. My old Suburban with 320,000 miles on it is still running but it needed new tires and I've bought from you at TireRack before so I know you have quality products and a great warranty with road hazard. Just wish you'd be a little more competitive like you used to be. Thank you very much, Douglas

When purchasing new tires and rims. Tire rack was recommended by both car dealers. My Tesla model Y has tire rack wheels and now I've purchased tires for my Chevy Tahoe Z71. I will continue purchasing rims and tires from Tire rack. The website is super intuitive to use with great customer service.

Bought a set of 4 tires for a VW Jetta from Tirerack.com specifically for the warranty (2 year road hazard, included with purchase). After 1 year, I had a tire fail from a pothole and had it replaced under warranty. 2 months later, a second tire failed and the warranty was refused by tirerack.com saying that I didn't obtain authorization even though I purchased the replacement tire from them at double the original cost from my first purchase.

If they weren't going to warranty the tire, I would have bought a cheaper replacement locally and not waited 4 days for the replacement to be delivered.

I stopped using Tire Rack Because they tried to not Honnor a warranty. So I went over to Discount tire and have been happy every since. I'm back because Discount bought them out and they don't offer delivery anymore.

I have lucked out with 3 different deals on high quality name-brand tires. I have 2 sets of wheels and with the money I save by switching and looking for deals, they have covered the cost of the additional set of wheels.

All good 👍 Was easy peasy. One thing could have made a big difference though. Since I went with a Tire Rack partner, and I financed the tires, the labor for getting them put on put me in a jam. The price was good etc. but I had to scramble to get that money together. Would have been better if the labor could have been part of the financed offer.

If you know what you're looking for, super quick and easy. Tire shop that I had them shipped to was not able to install the size of tire, luckily they worked with a shop across the street to take care of me.

I like the selection, and the honest reviews that are available. Also to be be able to see the miles which the tires are based on. It is also helpful to see the Tire Rack review. Haveing Discount Tire as an option is A+ for my area.
