I left it on order and it came a few days later than expected but what doesn't with this covid crap going on. Seat what in perfect shape and was the cheapest place to get it from. Ordered a part on May 4,2023. Originally told 2-3 weeks for delivery. Receipt said 4-6 weeks. It is now over 4 months later and we don't have the part and every email and voice message to Titan has been ignored. Can't get anyone to answer the phone there. They'll take your money but good luck getting your parts. Buyer beware!
I ordered my mustang seat online when I was told by the manufacturere that the seat would be on back order a minimum of 8-12 weeks. Not only did I get immediate correspondence with Titan via email, but I saved over $300 and recieved my front seat with backrest and rear seast in less than a week.
My seats were delivered way ahead of the 2 weeks originally expected. I had a question after my order via email and Titan responded via phone within 10 minutes of my posting. Fantastic customer service and incredible savings. I will most certainly recommend this company. Thank you Titan.

I ordered s set of custom wheels and tires for a Harley Davidson motorcycle from titancustoms.com on July 24 2018. I paid when I ordered. The salesman's name was Chris Dading (I wonder if it was even his real name). In October 2018 I received an email from the salesman saying that there was a problem with the coating on the wheels, the manufacturer was working to correct the problem. It is now February 2019 and I still have not received either my wheels and tires or a refund. I have tried to call and email, only get recordings when I call, no real response when I email (I received one reply, someone named Danny said he was looking in to it). Do not order from this website unless you like to throw away money.

I ordered a part for my son for Christmas. When I received the part it was wrong I needed to return it I left a message on the customer service number and we waited six weeks to get a return call. When the customer service representative call me back which her name was Lori explain to the situation and she had the audacity to tell me that after 30 days they could not take it back and get me the right part I need it even though it took her six weeks to call me back. I have never dealt with a company like this before I would not advise anybody to order from them. Very sad they need to train these representatives better. I wouldn't even give it one star. Also I sent an email to the owner of the company with no return phone call.

These clowns screwed me out of 150 bucks. I called them wanting a refund after waiting 6mo and they told me I have to file a dispute through my bank. I did this and my bank immediately reversed the amount Titan scammed me out of. 5 weeks later my bank charged me again saying Titan fought it. Ordered an air cleaner at the beginning of September. Called the first time and they stated they needed to get with the manufacturer and they would email us. No email so after 6 phone calls and an email saying they needed a year make and model which was provided at the time of order I get told by Craig that he made a mistake and that I don't get to ask him to ship it overnight because of his mistake. I told him he needed to make it right and to, d me to shut up and listen to him and told me I must be a Biden supporter and to, d me he is going to cancel my order cuz he doesn't need to deal with someone yelling at him over a bull$#*! order and that I was the type of person if he were to ship it overnight I would $#*! cuz it didn't get delivered til 5pm. So long stormy short the are crooks and I would stay as far away from them as possible and unfortunately I can't post a picture as I don't have the product

I ordered this hogtunes amp and speaker kit back on 10/5 /2022, and then cancelled on 11/7/2022, and made a phone call and sent several Emails asking for my refund. Todays date is 10/17/2023 and still have not received any response, from both Emails and phone messages, and still nothing. I have hired a lawyer, Benjamin Palatiere, he is located right in Texas close to the titan business, he is still in litigation with my case at this time. Im hoping anybody reading this review will check with him for your case against this scam business. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY (titan) AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. Poor communication, lies and sent tracking numbers that wasn't for my items, I spent over 4k in the first week of December, got 2 a month later, a 3rd item 3 months later and still have revealed a 4th Item. They don't answer thr phone a barely respond to emails, I had to buy 2 items twice because bike was in shop and was told item should be getting toe soon which was lies, was told by Chris that he would refund my money on the 17 o Feb for the 4th item I'm still waiting on my money, but I had to buy form a different vendor and got MRI in 2 days. These places shouldn't sales Parts They don't have or know they can't get.

My husband ordered a Metzeler tire, rotors and a rim for the fraudulent non-existence of a company. He was told the tire was out of stock. So, everything was shipped but the tire. My husband then called them and said just wanted a refund of the money and he will get a tire from someone else. They tried to convince him to buy other stuff instead. He declined and asked if he could just get his money back. Lori said OK, and that Chris was going to send a check for the tire. He has called Lori 25 to 30 times. All she says is she is going to tell Chris. Chris has not reached out to my husband. He made his purchase in March of 2022. He had the Tumball Police Department go there for the theft of his money. I ordered a Dirty Air Rear Air Ride and an MRI Electric Kickstand from Titan Customs. I received my Air Ride but not my kickstand. I tried calling and emailing Titan for 2 weeks trying to inform them that if my kickstand was supposed to arrive with my shipment it was not included and if it wasn't I inquired as to when I could anticipate receiving it. I left 5 emails and 6 phone calls and no one ever responded. My order was paid in full and I was getting frustrated with no response. Since the shipping department could not respond to my inquiries I tried calling other departments to see if I could get through to someone that could get me someone to talk to. Every call just went to the same general voicemail box. I decided to send a polite email to every department listed on their website inquiring about my shipment in anticipation that someone in the company might get it and say what is going on? Why isn't isn't anyone following up with customers? Instead I received the very opposite They said that they were going to cancel and refund my order because I was harassing their staff and it would not be tolerated. If trying to find out status of a shipment that was paid for is harassing then they don't know the first thing about customer service. This company is a joke and so is Chris Dading that sent me the email stating that. I will say they did respond promptly when I sent an email to every department, but couldn't once respond to my other 11 contacts in the past two weeks.

Worst of the worst. Completely stole my money. Zero explanation for it. Took my money, wont answer calls or emails. Worthless, dead beat people.
I placed an order in July of last YEAR! I knew it may take time so I was patient, obviously, as it's been almost a full year. With me calling multiple, multiple times throughout the year and emailing and trying to find out the status, I have yet to receive my MRI center stand that I ordered almost ONE YEAR ago. I finally spoke with someone and cancelled my order. I was told I would receive my refund within 7-10 business days. We're on day 14 now and still no refund. No explanation. No emails. No returned calls. No one answers my calls when I take time out of my day to try and resolve this. At this point, I shouldn't be surprised. I will never understand how this business is actually still in business. The reviews and reputation titan carries at this point speaks volumes. It humorous to me at this point that the company will respond and comment to the very few positive reviews received but yet silent to the reviews that explain how the business truly operates. The audacity to over promise and under deliver, while taking customers hard earned money is astounding. At the utmost very least, the company could at least have the decency to explain situations to customers if unable to fulfill orders. The company also, at the very least, could provide a timely refund and try to resolve the issues rather than just having the customer "figure it out". We're not talking about a measly $7.00. We're talking about seven HUNDRED dollars. Thankfully, unlike this company - there are still great businesses out there - who treat customers like actual people. Matt himself, from MRI has answered my call each and every time I reach out to him. He has taken the time to try and fix YOUR MISTAKES at HIS expense. He actually took it upon himself to help me with my center stand instead of having to go through you all. I ordered from Matt and my stand is now arriving in less than a week and at a cheaper price. Although I have had to pay almost DOUBLE what I expected to pay for a stand, I am so thankful for Matt and MRI. I expect my refund ASAP, enough is enough. I will be contacting my bank and taking further legal actions.
