It is so good to see that people working at Titan Power Plus are actually
Concerned about their customer's experience. I was thinking about ordering a set
Of cables but was concerned with its compatibility with my ipad 12.9". I placed
My queries and they got back to me with answers almost immediately. They
Addressed my concerns in a detailed manner and I ended up ordering from
Them.

I can't be more pleased with how employees at Titan Power Plus take care of
Their customers. I found out that one of the cables in my shipment was defective.
I mailed them regarding the issue and not long after that they got back to me
Saying that someone would get in touch with me shortly. They did so and the
Process to initiate replacement was immediately started. Since then, I have
Received my replaced item and am currently putting them to good use.

It's NOT lightning fast or even faster than the cable I already use. I emailed them & was asked if I was using THEIR plug or whet brand was I using. I'm using the Samsung plug that came with my Samsung tablet. THEN I was asked to download a battery monitor app & send them a screenshot even though I informed them my tablet was OFF while I was charging it. They want you to dl the app so they can blame some bull$#*! on your device to try & get you to buy the plug and, if you already have the plug, they'll find some other excuse to blame your device.

I've had my Titan charging cable a while now and it's great. It has decided to stop working but they have sent me a new one immediately! Nice and friendly customer service who go out of their way to help. Thank you.

I had an issue with one of my charging cables, I messaged Titan Power and dealt with the support team. They were very prompt at responding to my issues and arranged for a replacement cable to be sent out to me. Team was very professional and understanding.

Great products, I have order a lot more so I can have one in each room and my car. Can't wait to dump all the old cables and plugs I have built up over the years.

I have never used cables like these before. They are so strong and the connection to the phone lays flat so there is no twisting and turning of the connection. I would highly recommend Titan Power Cables. They are the best!

I bought it this year but if you send it from other countries other than the EU we have to pay customs and vat! Then it will be expensive Just to let you know, I am very happy for have bought them

Avoid! I paid extra for Priority Insured Shipping and it's been weeks with no package! Customer service doesn't respond! Multiple attempts to contact them, should have purchased elsewhere!

I'm buying from them few times which was OK not the best but OK.
But the problem again when I bought the Titan 3-in-1 Multi Cable × 1 it's broken it's not working it's a steel I try to come to contact them they playing a nice game with you but they're not here to help you don't trust them

I use these chargers for charging my iPad and iPhone and I must say that the service provided by them is exemplary. The charger also has a cute little light that keeps blinking so there is little light always around. I ordered them for my daughter also and she also loves the quality. The prices are also extremely reasonable and the service provided by them is nice.

The best part of all these charges are that they are not only affordable but also durable. So much better than all the previous chargers that I had brought and had supposedly spent more money on. The services provided by the company were also good and the product arrived to me in due time without any delay.

The quality of the cable that I ordered from Titan Plus is absolutely outstanding. These charge my phone very fast and lights that blink on the top of the cable is the cutest thing I have ever seen in any cable. Definitely recommended.
