I recently purchase capris and a top which were both exactly what I hoped for but to big. I needed to call customer service which like anything now days demands patience. I want to give a shout out to my rep.(unfortunately I did not get her name) she was so kind, patient and so helpful. If my wait time was a reflection of how customers get treated- it was worth every minute. I very rarely do reviews but I felt this company deserved my time. I will definitely be a future customer. Thank you!
I ordered and paid for a E gift Card. It was to be delivered in 24 hours. It has now been 5 days. I have sent an email. No answer to my enquiery. My credit card has been charged however.
I like that I have an entire YEAR to decide if I like an item and send it back if it doesn't perform, if it fades, pills, wears out, or I just don't like how it fits. This mostly makes up for the $9 shipping fee - although often they offer free shipping with a minimum order which isn't hard to meet (unless it's just a few dollars' difference and then it's a pill finding something small). I do have to pay return shipping but in a year I can collect multiple items and send them all back together for a flat price. They have cute, well-made (mostly) clothing from a variety of manufacturers - although I wish they would offer more pants (real pants, not leggings) that fit curvy, muscular women. I keep a running wish list and watch for sales!
I am so angry that title nine will not return emails or phone calls, and you cannot reach them during COVID. Why are they not working form home like all other vendors? I ordered an item at the beginning of May- and its June 1st, and I cannot track it- and they will not call back. I have asked by email about 12 times for someone to call- and to boot, I have been charged the full price! Highway robbery.
I purchased a shirt w/them & it was so unflattering. The price was expensive, too. The cost to send it back was a rip-off, too! And then don't get me started on how long it took to get the item back to them. When I contacted them after a couple of times w/no reply, they finally responded w/ it will be a few weeks to get your money back on your credit card. What a shi**y company! I would NEVER do business w/them again! This company SUCKS!
Tip for consumers:

Purchased a shirt & returned the unflattering item!
Really frustrated with this company. I have purchased about $500 worth of clothing and love my items but when I returned two items, I never received a refund. I contacted Title Nine twice and they said they refunded my credit card but they did not. I'm hoping to get it resolved but I should not have to spend this much time and aggravation.
Tip for consumers:
Don't expect to get good service if you need to return items.

They ship the products with UPS Innovations so it takes up to three weeks to receive your package. They sent my order in multiple shipments so it took even longer for the subsequent packages. I ordered two of the same sport bra and the first one was the correct bra but the second one was a bra not even on their website and I had to pay $7.25 shipping to return it. I tried phone, customer chat and email and they simply don't respond. It is as though they laid off all customer service during Covid19. I reordered the bra off the Patagonia website for the same price and free shipping and returns. I wonder how long my refund from Title Nine will take...
I placed my order a month ago. Order still hasn't arrived. Order tracking says it was delivered to the post office in my town 8 days after purchase date. One month later still nothing! Title Nine's phones are not working due to COVID and their live chat is also down. I have sent 4 emails and NO response. I am just hoping to get a refund at this point and feel very cheated. Something is not right here. I even reached out to them on Instagram and they told me there is a delay due to Covid. Okay but a month? We have received multiple packages from different companies with no issues at all. I feel scammed.
I purchased 3 items from Title 9 clothing. Two of the items didn't fit. I returned the items. I had to pay $16 for shipping for items that didn't fit. For a mostly on-line retailer, whose items you cannot try on in stores, they should offer free returns for items that don't fit. I will not be shopping at Title 9 in the future.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure items fit before purchasing, ask questions about all the measurements of item, otherwise will have to pay extra for return shipping, after already paying for shipping for delivery of items.

I purchased athletic bras. Only 1 fit properly, returned 2, only partial $ return as had to pay for return shipping as well.
I have emailed multiple times since you cannot call or chat. I placed one order. They are shipping in 3 shipments. I keep trying to cancel and they keep shipping. I have to pay to return. What a scam. They have lost a customer. I am so disgusted with their customer service. BTW, I ordered sports bras and the first two were so horrible, I returned and tried to cancel the rest.
I ordered two items from Title Nine. I like one, it didn't fit, and the other didn't match the photo closely; the fabric was a big disappointment. Here's why it was, to me, a big hassle to return items with them: 1. Naturally, there's a charge to return items. $$$. Also, returning was inconvenient. 2. I couldn't drop off the return at my neighborhood UPS location, the Post Office is nowhere near my house, not a convenient location and always a line. 3. The whole refund process is super slow. Be prepared for it to take a long time before the credit shows on your credit card. (details and photos of emails below).
Personally, I'm shopping elsewhere where it's easier to make a return.
Personally, I'm
On May 27th I received an email that they'd process the return in 2-3 days. Then, today, 20 days later, saying they just received my package with their slow return mail and it will be another 7-14 days before the return is process.
I am unsure as to how to correct an issue when I keep repeating the same thing over again. I feel like I am talking to children less than 6 years old. I order a product, receive the wrong product, pay to ship back, and get another wrong product, and pay to ship back, over and over again, now we are on the 3rd order of incorrect clothing. I am returning the product, getting money back for it, and I will have lost $24 on shipping costs and received NOTHING for my time, labor, research time on their site and shipping costs. Don't waste time/labor or money here, it's not worth your personal loss of revenue.
Tip for consumers:
You are dealing with people that cannot ship correct products, and don't care what you receive. It is not worth the headache and I am certainly not posting my receipt and other personal INFO so that their employees will dox me online and reveal my personal information all over the internet. This is an honest review as I normally don't waste my time with this crap because I don't have time for this.

Most everything on T9 is available from REI, a co-op with far better environmental practices, and ofter better prices. REI and other outdoor retailers provide more info about the products - for example, the manufacturer, which T9 routinely hides to make it more difficult for customers to shop around.
T9's pitch is the great outdoors but their marketing practices are destroying it. Women-owned or not, such hypocrisy is unacceptable.
The catalogs. They're relentless, and good luck stopping them. T9 ignores catalogchoice.org and DMA filings. I mistakenly bought one item from T9 in 2016, got a wave of catalogs, FINALLY got off that list.
Then they tracked every USPS change of address, so further waves, each of which have taken multiple steps to cancel.
Every time, a promise that they'll never ever send me another catalog. I'll never be shed of T9 catalogs, nor will you if you get on their list.
Ordered on May22, received email from title nine stating shipped on May 25, began watching tracking. UPS logged the package on May 28 (why this three business day lag?), then on June 3, it was logged as transferred to USPS in my city (St Paul, MN). UPS tells me to begin tracking it with the alternate #, but that doesn't work in usps.com. I contacted Title Nine by email today (agree with previous reviewer, why don't they at least have somebody answering phones, three months out from the main Covid lockdown?), since it has now been six days- with the package presumably in my city, and I still have not received it. I live in a safe area, and am home all the time, so the package was not stolen. If you are listening, Title Nine- please reply to my email and use a better shipping method next time, your clothes are expensive and it is not right to make the buyer wait 2+ weeks for receipt and have all of these unknowns in the shipping process.
I LOVE Title Nine's clothes... SADLY, my latest purchase at end of June (2020) ended up missing in shipping.
My post office (Horrible customer service -except for filing missing mail report online) denied receiving it, then no one from T. N. acknowledging my concerns sent from their email form online- UNTIL... I emailed them directly@ ' *******@titlenine.com ' in which I then forwarded them the formal response sent from the USPS re: my missing mail.
I heard back in 2-3 days -polite, apologetic AND and they have credited the charge.
Per their fair request I'm 'on my honor' to return pkg (they will pay shipping) IF it shows up - or tell them if I wish to keep and they will then recharge my credit card.
SO I haven't been criminally robbed - but IS concerning SO many of us have struggled with not receiving our orders! Will I chance ordering from them again? Hmmm?
Title Nine ships from CA via FedEx SmartPost which takes 2+ weeks to get to the East Coast, in part because the USPS makes no guarantees on delivery time. Title Nine fails to disclose the long transit times on their website. In addition they charge $9 in shipping when FedEx SmartPost costs a manufacturer around $3 per parcel. It's an economical shipping method for a manufacturer to use but then why are tripling the cost in order to make extra profit off their customers? Why not pass on the savings to their customers, especially if it takes so long? If they had a fast shipping method it might be worth the extra fee, but it's ridiculous that customers have to pay extra for a slow & unreliable shipping method.
Ordered a dress for travel and two weeks later I am informed they "oversold " the product and would not complete the order. The kicker is the exact same sress is still showing as "available " on the webpage. Too late now to order something else. Bought another dress and they sent it in a different print than ordered, in fact one that wasn't even offered when I ordered. Either poor oversight on their site or another case of "overselling " and hoping to get away with sending something else. Also, shipping takes forever. 5-7 business days takes 3 weeks. My package traveled back and forth to the same two cities three times before finally coming here. For top dollar prices, it is a poorly run company. Look elsewhere.

Don't bother.

I wish I had seen these other reviews before placing my order. I placed a generous order on June 2,2020. And by June 11th the tracking information for the shipment stopped updating. It is now June 16th and of course there is no one answering a phone and your only means of communication is through emails. I have emailed 4 times and still there has been no response. They have my money, I have no shipment, they will not respond - I Feel Robbed! How do I get my money back?!?!
The shipping policy is misleading. It says 5-10 business days. In anticipation of my summer vacation cruise, I placed an order on 3 June and when I checked today, it will not arrive before 18 June. Called Customer Service who said, "It's 5-10 business from the date THEY SHIP IT," not 5-10 days from the ORDER DATE, even if it is in stock. I needed the order to arrive by 15 June so I could take it with me on vacation (swimwear for the cruise). When I explained/complained, Customer Service said, "if you're not happy, then just send it back when you return from your vacation," with no concern that I will not have enough time to order or buy a replacement in time for my cruise. That is an unsatisfactory answer to a problem they could have easily resolved. I will definitely NOT be ordering from there again.
Ordered the end of may, still not here. Your customer service really sucks, never get a email or call back. Written 8 times still nothing. Last time I order from you.
It's fine to have to charge for shipping, but don't pick a slow transit. Most/many popular online retailers ship for free and/or charge a bit to ship something a bit quicker. That is why they charge a fee. Title 9 charges shipping for slow shipping and then charges MORE for more items (no free shipping ever!). THEN THEY CHARGE FOR RETURNS. Skip this retailer.
Tip for consumers:
Don't patronize anyone who charges shipping to and from.
I purchased online 5 Title Nine dresses in June, 2020. I did not receive an order confirmation email for several weeks after this, but my credit card had been charged, so I wasn't concerned. Finally, an email confirmation was sent to me on July 4th. I received the dresses mid July. I tried them on and decided I needed to return 4 of the 5 dresses and exchange the 2 of them for a different size and color. After realizing they do not have anyone manning the phones during Covid, I emailed Title Nine asking for guidance. I also tried to chat online, but I kept getting the"no one is available" message, so I gave up there. A few days later, after not receiving an email back, I sent a second email. It has been about three weeks now, with no email reply. I decided to simply reorder the 2 dresses. I am now waiting for those to arrive. I went online and tried to get a return label to return the 4 dresses, but I kept getting a "our time has expired. Please resubmit your order number and start again" message. In other words, Title Nine is not available for questions or guidance through phone, chat, email. We are talking about almost $400 with of returns I am now worried about getting my money back from.
Tip for consumers:
Know that during Covid returns might not be possible

I tried to place an order to be shipped internationally - after a few emails and phone calls, I found out yes! My order can be shipped to Denmark. Oh wait no, a day later "We do not ship internationally" WTF? I spoke to at least three different people and placed the order and they could even quote me the shipping. They canceled my order - I go through the entire process over and over and over again. Finally use my father's credit card (which has NEVER NEVER NEVER been a problem) Well, neither has my card but guess what it doesn't work at Title Nine. Hmmmmm. A pattern is emerging. They want my 80 year old father to call in the credit card and order. Give me a break! GET YOUR $#*! TOGETHERE title nine, seems I am not the only person who has had problems wit your shipping service.
