I have been dealing with TMD for more than two years, I would like to point out their customer service, as it is the best and there is no equal to it, you may encounter problems, but be sure that any problem will be resolved within a short time

I didn't need more capacity - just a move to TMD!
When my previous host started a campaign to pressure me to add more capacity due to 'IO Faults', I moved to TMD as they included more capacity with no extra charge. They made the transition very smooth, and have been super responsive to any and all minor questions that have come up along the way. Way to go TMD!

For long time working online with hosting and web services providers I can say that TMD is one of best around the world. Reasonable prices, high quality service and professional technical support.

Their servers are not update and in case you ran into problem with their server due to the outdated server, they basically say to move to their dedicated servers.
I am using Laravel 7 and their mysql server is out dated. So much trouble that I easily solved by moving to an alternative provider. I even find a cheaper service that easily run my app somewhere elese.
Their customer service does not respond to the request of any refund even being the party to blame. Nor is their support team helpful. They basically say to move to dedicated hosting.

Why isn't TMD hosting ever on any best WordPress hosting review sites? I've been using TMD Hosting for 10+ years to host client websites and projects of my own, and they are one of the better WordPress hosting services out there. Their auto-installers for WordPress, and many other apps, make it so easy to set up a new addon site, and they even have a domain registration system for only $15 renewals.

There's never been any downtime that I was ever aware of and my sites always run smoothly, and what sets TMD Hosting apart is their support, they always respond in minutes to any question and they are on call 24/7, even on Holidays. I am very satisfied with TMD Hosting and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable web hosting service.

I had a $495 charge appear on my credit card for this company that I never heard of or used. I had to google them. I didn't even know what this company did, nor would need this service. They were able to find the transaction, but could give a crap. Told me, "it is entirely your responsibility to keep your payment and CC details safe..." I asked for details about the transaction and was given this bull, "We are fully responsible for our customers personal data and as far as I understand you are not, in fact, a customer of ours but not your card has been compromised and used by another entity." WTF? Even though the CS rep could see the purchase had customer details that had nothing to do with my name and knew right away it was a fraudulent charge, rushed to refund it with my CC company on the line. Now I have to wait 5 days with no CC to get a new card, new number, and that number I have had of course for years, had it memorized and it is tied to tons of accounts. Don't tell me I need to be responsible when your company, especially a TECH company has weak security that allows it's customers to check out with CC info that has nothing in common with the holder of the card. (Name, address, email, etc - didn't ask for security code) Quoted comments are directly from a chat conversation with the CS rep with TMD Hosting.
