Too Faced

I feel so bad reading all of these negative reviews from people who didn't receive their beauty products or just had a plain negative experience. For me, everything arrived perfectly with extremely fast shipping! I will surely be ordering again and I hope things start to straighten up for other people so everyone can have a good experience, not just a few!

This is by far the best Mascara invented. Without mascara I appear to not have eyelashes because my eyelash hair is light in color, short and thin. However, after I apply the pink tube (non waterproof) it is like I have full and thick lashes. Washes off easily with soap and water or eye makeup remover.

I have personally purchased and used the Too Faced Peach Eyeshadow palette and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The palette itself smells divine and works beautifully as well. All of the shades are easy to blend and apply. They can create a wide variety of looks, from smoky evening looks to simple daytime looks, so the palette is therefore worth every penny in my books. Would highly recommend this palette.

The Natural Matte Eyeshadow Palette is really beautiful. I've been looking for a palette with all matte, neutral shades and this hits all the marks. There's a wonderful range of shades and each one is usable; no wasted colors here. The only issue that I have is that there's a good amount of fallout and that's why I subtracted one star. To remedy this, make sure you tap your brush to get excess shadow off prior to applying. I find there's still good color payoff even though I need to do this. Also, as with most of their products, these shadows have a sweet scent to them.

I recently purchased the Too Faced eyeshadow palette and I am absolutely in love with it! The colors are so vibrant and blend seamlessly. The packaging is also stunning and makes me happy every time I use it. I've received so many compliments on my eye makeup since I started using this palette. I highly recommend the Too Faced brand to anyone looking for high-quality, beautiful makeup products.

The colors are beautiful and VERY pigmented. I am naturally pale, cool toned with blonde hair and pretty much every color on this palate looks wonderful against my skin.
I highly recommend this company to each and every girl/woman.

The brand are famous for consistently dreaming up products that send the internet into a full-on melt down, but where to start? There's soooo much good stuff, it's hard to know where to begin.
So test any kind of product you want and you will not regret

Sooo much love to this brand, If I can I would buy all the products which are offered, I have a big number of them in my make up case... Mostly love eye shadows and foundation with bronze, they are fabulous!

Amazing foundation pretty good coverage and with me when I wear foundation for a long period of time it starts to cake up and itch and I find that it didn't happen with this product would definitely purchase again or recommend.

I've never tried a TooFaced product that I didn't like. My current favorite is the Born This Way foundation as it's full coverage but doesn't look cakey at all. I've been a long time fan of their Lip Injection lip plumping gloss. It does sting a bit, but it works!

I love their products but they have made it rather difficult for people to shop outside the US. The American site doesn't take international cards and if you want to shop in the UK, you ought to pay $30+ in delivery, plus taxes on top of the original price which is just a huge turnoff. Haven't had a similar experience with any other store and if their products weren't cruelty free which is a must for me, I would've ditched them entirely for other brands.

I just bought some of their cosmetics products, and it turns out to be absolutely fantastic.
I really love the mascara and pen eyeliner of them. Ultra quality products. Super long-lasting and smug proof, they are. Worth the money.

Their pallets are best ones I've ever tried! Eyeshadows are long-last, colors pigmentated as they should be, and even the smell of their eyeshadows is perfect. Price is not the lowest, but product is with it for 100%. I use a peachy one for more than 1 year, and still it is the best one!

My mother and I were at too faced today :) We both had a great experience thanks to the heart melting welcoming, the patience, the vibes and the knowledge the wonderful workers explained to us about the products. I really wanted to leave a review about the customer service. I had ordered a kennel from Chewy and the tracking said it was delivered and I never received it. I emailed the company and they apologized and sent out a replacement that same day. I received it shortly after that. About a week later, I found out it was delivered to a neighbor. I contacted Chewy and told them about the mistake. They thanked me for letting them know, and asked if I would donate it to a friend or animal shelter. I am so impressed with the customer service and integrity of this company and will continue to purchase items through them. Thanks Chewy!

I have been using the Too Faced brand for a few years now. It started whwn my uncle bought me my first tube of lip gloss from them. I love the quality of their products. Pigments are rich and it is a bit pricey but I believe that the cost is fair for the products.

My favorite pallets I have ever had. The variety of the shades is so nice and it smells amazing, The mattes blend nicely and the shimmers are so buttery and smooth. There's a nice mix of neutrals and pops of color.

I have been ordering makeup from their site for a while now. Sometimes I have made orders and they never give me a tracking number and it takes an entire month to come in. The last order I made was an order filled with gifts for some friends of mine and they sent me a box with nothing I ordered, but the two samples that i had wanted with my order. It took over a month to even get to my home and when I called they said they had canceled it. They said that everything I ordered went out of stock. 5 products all out of stock at the same time? Doesn't make any since to me and why would they say it is in stock on their website. Normally it will say if it is out of stock. They are supposed to refund me, but they never even told me they canceled it or anything beforehand. They are very unprofessional and I will not be ordering from them again. Too long to ship and sometimes you apparently don't get what you ordered.

Quality has gone down a bit. I have loved most everything I've gotten, but did not care for the unicorn tears lipstick, and I really have to work with PBH (primer, major blend, it's very dry and chalky) however, they have the best blush I've ever used, their bronzer is amazing, their sweet peach, sugar pop, pbj, bon bons... all the palettes are incredible! Just hoping a few tweaks and they'll be killing it again!

I placed an order on August 23rd for 3 eye palettes during their Semi-Annual Sale. I received one eye palette with an invoice that only had "0" under the quantity for the other 2. I emailed them on the 17th inquiring about the other remaining products and didn't receive an email back. I decided to wait until 4:00pm today and then I called the customer service line. The service rep informed me at first that my items shipped to which I informed her only one item shipped and I have an invoice from you to prove it. She than said oh yes the items you ordered are out of stock. Really? When was someone going to tell me? Also when was I going to get a credit for the items I didn't get? I mean I contacted you Too Faced. Looks like the name really does suit your company.
