Purchased item on their ebay store. Item broke after first use. Seller agreed to a return and refund but only refunded half of the money saying they couldn't find a fault with it. Then completely ignoring any messages. Feedback left after the purchase has also disappeared so their seller ratings are fake. After the refund was going to buy the same item from them again as I understand that sometimes you get a faulty one but after all this experience I won't be spending a penny with this business anymore. Shame really that you are willing to loose customers and reputation for the sake of £20.
