I read all these people that they're holding their money for year two years you can't get it. You know have my money about $1300 since January 2022 (requesting withdrawal) This is out of control. Something needs to be done every time you call they say they working on it. They're going to send it, your first withdrawal 250 and then you could take the rest out again. I've been asking for this since January 28,2022. Can't we get together and do something.?

Been trying since January 2023 to get my money many many emails many many phone calls same excuse the company that writes the checks there's an issue do not use these people it's a scam I'm looking to put together class action suit if possible

$1,000 payout requested in May 2023. I've sent numerous e-mails and receive no reply. I've gotten customer service on the phone 7-8 times, sometimes they pass me to a "supervisor" but it's always the same thing, they're having "issues with their payment processor" and have me in line with the next batch of withdraws.

I have lost money with this website and so have thousands of other patrons to the site. Topbet will happily take your money and WILL NOT pay out when you request it. This is a scam and they are open for the sole purpose of taking your money without any return. I am in the process of filing a class action lawsuit against them. Made $500 deposit over a year ago because they match it 100%. Like a previous review said, they could say 1000% cause they're never gonna pay you. I turned my $1000 into $3500 and have been trying to collect the bull$#*! initial $250 since October, 2019. Same lame excuses as everybody else is getting. I've already mentally written it off. They are located in the philippines, so who's gonna go there to fight it? They have us right where they want us. i even threatened to show up and collect my money, but the agent told me they don't have a brick and mortar type of operation. What a bunch of crap.

I have been waiting 5 months and topbet makes the same lame excuses that im sure they tell anybody. Ive already kissed my money goodbye. I requested in feb and they say they are still waiting for "third party payer" or "tracking 3"

I have been doing business with TOP BET for more than 5 years and in the distant past they were at least "average" for the industry when it came to payouts. It seems that in the last 12-18 months they have chosen to "steal" money from their clients as they do not process payouts at any level. As of 10-7-21 they owe me $120,000 with an additional $2,500.00 payout request that has not been paid. Do yourself a favor and look to another gambling site as this site is a scam and should be shut down for such criminal practices. Clearly the ownership of this site has no integrity and has no intentions of paying out customers who win from time-to-time.

I put in my withdrawal request for $2100 back in February 2019 shortly after the Super Bowl. It is now almost one year and I have not received my payment. As with the others I have received the same responses from my weekly emails blaming it on their third party payment company and telling me that they will make my situation a priority. Whatever you do stay away.

I have tried multiple times to receive a withdrawal and it never happens. They also never answer the phone. They will let you deposit but will never pay out. Avoid this site! Just wait until your state gets sports betting unless you feel like donating money to this company.

Withdrawal filed June 2022 until now I did not get my money. The customer representative train to do run around but if you are trying to deposit or fund your account they will help you but you can not withdraw you money.

Had a withdrawal of $800 back in April 2018. Called a few times over the following 5 months and kept getting the same explanation. We are waiting on the tracking number to send the check out. Then they reversed the withdrawal at some point. I put in for the withdrawal again until I reversed it a little less than 3 years after my original withdrawal request. I've ran the $800 up over $4000 and just put in for another withdrawal. After my withdrawal request they took out over $375 because a promotional bonus I used only allowed me to win a maximum of $100 so they took the excess $375 back. Not expecting to receive any money. About to contact Curacao gaming to see if there's anything they can do about their license.

They will essentially take deposit after deposit. When it comes time to cash out, it will take months and chances are you'll end up never seeing a dime. That's exactly what happened to me. Stay clear of these thieves.

I submitted a withdraw of my funds in June 2019 and have not received my money. I call them and they refused to answer my questions and don't respond to my emails. Spoke to counsel who stated that after speaking to the U.S. attorney general that they will attempt to subpoena Top Bet. Don't not use this website AT NO COST! It's a complete scam, I promise you and have proof for anyone that wants to see. I will be posting on my twitter, Instagram and Facebook. I also have a reporter from the Times interested in doing a story on how top bet scams people and no communication.

Have been waiting for a payout distribution of $450 since May 2019 - that almost 10 months! I periodically email there "Help" team, and always receive the same palaver - we are working on it, we see your distribution in the queue, we'll expedite your distribution, etc. ad nauseam. These guys are nothing more than cheap petty thieves.

I used this site a good bit from 2013-2018. They were never quick to payout but I cashed out 6-10 times and it took 30-60 days per cashout for check to arrive. That ended when I processed a withdrawal for $900 in August 2018. Here we are 2.5 years later and no payout. Everyone else here has summed up their tactics. Am curious if anyone has gotten paid? For a smaller amount maybe?

Been waiting months for an initial $250 payout of $2,800. Same lame excuse every time I email or call waiting on third party vendors as if any business would just think it's okay to source out not paying its customers and never following up with them. Eventually after calling once a week for several months they just blacklist your number and put you in a queue every single time you call which will take you directly to a voicemail that disconnects you. And they just stop answering emails altogether. Everyone who's been burned needs to get together for a class action lawsuit!

Just going to add to the list of complaints... this website is NOT LEGITIMATE. I deposited money for a couple years winning, losing, winning, losing. I finally went on a good run and won $1000, I put in a withdrawal request and after sending in all the necessary documents, I've been waiting 2 years and have not received any of my money and just like all the others I get the same lame excuse about waiting on their 3rd party provider. Don't waste your time or $ because you'll never get paid even if you win. Can't even believe a business like this could exist and still be operating. Bull$#!+

Why do I have to give it any type of star rating? They deserve nothing! I have a substantial amount of money with Topbet and started my initial withdraw request back in July 2023. As I sit here four months later, obviously still no money and now they have stopped responding all together. Lesson learned the hard way...READ REVIEWS FIRST! All of the reviews are right on point. I don't normally write reviews but do not use this site if you expect them to pay you out. They give you a $100 with no deposit upfront. It's too good to be true. I deposited more money and won some big bets. I have been waiting for a payout for over 6 months and call them every week. They do not care and will not pay you your winning.
Join this site if you are okay with giving away money and not seeing a payout. I'm telling you as a friend. Do not use this site. You will thank me later.

I fell victim the their $100 match bonus scheme. I had to win and bet thousands to get a withdrawal status. My first withdrawal of $1000 was approved on February 20th 3021. Still have yet to receive payment and it's August 31st. They keep telling me that they haven't revamped updates from payments team.
