I ordered a jersey, and it did not fit even though it was my normal size. They made it good, and I was a little worried because they were overseas! I am very pleased with their service.
They spelled the name of my team wrong. I was refused a full refund. Awful return policy should probably be investigated. See how my team name is spelled pundue instead of purdue. Don't shop here!
I ordered a jersey on January 5th, 2024 and it arrived on March 8,2024. Once the product arrived, it exceeded my expectations. It was a good quality jersey, good fit, and stiched patch work. The price was fair and the product was good. The unfortunate part was a very long and unreliable shipping process. The products are coming from China and are supposed to take about 25 days to arrive. The product they shipped never arrived. The customer service was responsive and said they'd ship another one. Two months after the order, the shipment of the second one arrived. It was worth the wait I'd say.
This review is 1 star for the same reason as the other 1 star reviews here. It appears to be a pattern with this company. I placed an order on 1/5/2024 and today is 2/9/2024. I never received the order at all. The tracking number is a dead-end and does not provide any info. When I contact TopSmartDesign they have excuses and just say be patient. But there is no indication that I will be receiving this item. I feel like I was just scammed out of my money. Do not buy from this website.
It has been over a month since I made my order and the only update is it's in Jamaica NY waiting for it to get to USPS. Very disappointed.
