They spelled the name of my team wrong. I was refused a full refund. Awful return policy should probably be investigated. See how my team name is spelled pundue instead of purdue. Don't shop here!

I will never buy from this company again! I bought 2 jerseys, one for my wife and her nephew, and the one for my wife did not fit. I requested to exchange it for a larger size and was told I would have to buy a new one. It is surprising that this company is still in business and I would highly recommend not using this company to buy anything!

I ordered a jersey, and it did not fit even though it was my normal size. They made it good, and I was a little worried because they were overseas! I am very pleased with their service.

I ordered for my son for Christmas. When I received the jersey it was not done right the name on the back should have been Kaufman-Renn. I sent an email regarding the problem. Lisa replied to my email within the hour and had the order placed correctly and expedited it to make sure we received it in a timely manner. Lisa did a great job! I will only order jersey's from topsmartdesign going forward! They stand behind their product 100%

If you have money to spend on items you won't receive and enjoy lousy customer service this is the place to do business. They are so far out of touch that they asked me to write this review knowing that I have contacted them numerous times due to not receiving my purchase. I have asked numerous times for a replacement or refund and received neither. They just tell me to be patient, it is in the US and I will receive it. Tracking shows it has been in Jamaica, NY for over a month now and I am still waiting. I would not recommend purchasing from this company's website! You've Been Warned!

Ordered a custom college football jersey and was pleasantly surprised not only how fast they completed and sent my jersey but also it came much faster than anticipated. Any questions I sent via email were answered very quickly and efficiently.

I wouldn't leave 1 star if I could. I ordered my son a jersey for Christmas on Thanksgiving. Still haven't received it. Now I'm scrambling to find him something to open. This is why I HATE online shopping. No body can give me a straight answer. Trash!

Look very closely (2) different names of shoe company. And using same back drop to take pics. Wicker furniture same picture on wall. Same door in background but, they took off wall decoration.
That should tell you something.

I ordered a jersey a month ago and still haven't received it. Customer service gets back to me immediately via email with excuse after excuse(1st the pandemic then a snowstorm). They assure me if I don't receive the item, they'll issue me a full refund. But I've requested it twice and they ask me to just hold on because its on its way. Their tracking must show something other than what I have access to though. Because mine says it's been sitting in a warehouse in Jamaica Queens since 12/3. Today is 1/4.

Finally received order 2 months after I ordered it and it isn't the correct Jersey. I emailed the company and was told I was got my order. My request for a refund was ignored 3 times. I'm beyond feed up with this company!

They replaced the bad jersey at no additional cost.

I ordered three jerseys from topsmartdesign.com (two basketball, one football). The basketball jerseys look legitimate. The football jersey looks pretty good, too. But, the customization offered was worth a five star review. My name and numbers came out near perfect. I'm definitely going to order more jerseys in the semi-immediate future. Shipment arrived in about three weeks, too.

I ordered a jersey that didn't originally come before I needed it for my wedding due to postal services. Once the jersey did arrive, my now husband was so in love with it that I kept it. I did receive a refund, and because I wanted to be honest repurchased it so that I could honor the sale. Thank you for providing great service.

The product (LSU "Burreaux"#9 football jersey) was top notch in both construction and color brilliance and sized as expected. Even got it tricked out with 2019 Nat'l champ patch. Our daughter loved it! Will def use them again.
