Love this site! There are always sales going on (usually around holiday weekends) but either way it's really user-friendly, and make sure you sign up for their newsletter, I got a discount code when I did!

Extremely poor customer service, incompetent customer service team who can't even bother to check the content in emails and ask repeated questions which is REALLY ANNOYING. Refund process took over a month.

http://www.toryburch.com/ is the real tory burch site that is tied to all the stores and outlet stores. When they have a sale it is the best ever! With great customer service and fast shipping. My only complaint is they will mark items down left and right- so you need to watch everyday to get the best price. It is worth the hunt if you are a tory fan! Really great site for tory items and great prices. If you have an issue go into your local store and they should be able to help- the customer service is so much better.

I am shocked to report that despite numerous attempts to order produts online from the Tory Burch UK website, it is still not working after 2 weeks! How can a business sustain this? I have spoken to customer services numerous times and emailed several times too! No-one was helpful! I even suggested that I would pick up the order from store if they could deliver but I was told this was not possible! No suggestion as to how to remedy the situation was offered and no form of compensation was suggested either!

My second pair of shoes (very expensive btw) and after 6 months they are completely destroyed. I work in an office so, Literallyits a very gentle use. These shoes are made with very very bad quality, to be HONEST. Never again!

PD: Very uncomfortable too.

This was my first time ordering directly through TB's website…. BIG MISTAKE! I typically order TB items through Nordstrom, Saks, and etc, but figured since the TB warehouse is in my state, I should receive the items in 2 days. Boy was I wrong! My order was split into two separate shipments and once the packages finally arrived a week later, one of my items was missing. Customer service could care less and said I had to wait 3 more days to see if the other item will be delivered. Only two tracking numbers were generated by TB, so it's evident that the item was left out of my shipment. Waste of time!
My mother also recently tried to order from TB.com and had to cancel her order due to the warehouse's slow processing times.
TB needs to improve their order handling and customer service ASAP!

I bought a pair of Tory Burch boots late last year, early this year and the bottom of the shoe sole already broke off. Completely waste of money, their quality sucks. I will never buy another pair of shoes again from them.

I bought my wife a watch as a birthday gift which I paid CAN$ 379.94 and we are excited to open the box but the watch is not moving.
Noone likes birthday present is not working.
Maybe the battery issue and i talked on live chat she said free to return and next day i returned and after the Toronto store open we can visit and buy a new one.
But only I got back CAN$ 295.70! $84.24 less than what i paid.
I talked on live chat again and she said international fee does not include
This is not what i expected and i paid $84.24 one time wearing cost.
I need you to do something, make me understand it more or pay back UPS fee.
The watch is not working. This is not my fault you should check before sending to someone.
They don't care after selling stuffs. No more after service. Dont' tbuy online who knows it is happen to everyone.

I recently purchased a gift for my daughter who lives in another state on Christmas day which they knew was a gift, these morons placed an invoice in her box, not a gift invoice but a billing invoice, when I called them to discuss they said it is their policy to place the billing invoice in the gift box. I said that is a ridiculous policy which other store would something so ridiculous? They were not willing to offer anything to compensate and needless to say I am very annoyed and will not purchase from them again. If I could have rated them.no stars I would have! Just frigging out of their damn minds.

I bought a pair of sandals ($350.00) as a Mother's Day gift. They did not fit so I started processing a return online and was notified It was just over 30 days and they would not take them. The shoes are still being offered at full price so I am shocked. If they had place them on clearance I could understand. I have a $300 scarf and anothe pair of shoes I just received and they are going bag. Long time customer but I am done.

I ordered an espadrille online and returned to the store and the gal went to a back room for 10 minutes and came back with no printed paperwork from a cash register, only my paperwork, stating it will take a few days for the return to be processed. Usually, I don't follow my returns record (because I return so much) but this situation was odd so I checked my credit card record and sure enough, a month had passed and no credit for the shoes. I phoned them and then they gave me the credit (after a few phone calls). At least, they did it without any proof of return, so that was good. But I have to wonder if the gal at the store decided to just steal my shoes instead of processing a return! Or maybe there is something with corporate being greedy. Watch out if you return, check your credit card for the proof.

I ordered a pair of sandals from Tory Burch.com and decided to return them right after I got them. I sent them back next day and customer care got them on 2/8. I waited for a week and did not see refund to show. I called the customer service and they stated the refund would take 14 business days. That is 3 weeks. I never had to wait that long for refund from other business. They are using customers' money to make interests. Will Never order from them again.

I went through the southwest shopping portal to buy a pair of pants from tory burch. Tory burch promised 1024 southwest miles for the purchase. Two months later they took the miles a way from me and would not give them back. When i asked why they at first stated no reason. Then after two months of pressing them they finally said i bought the pants to resell I still have the pants and i sent them a picture of them on me. They simply do NOT want to give up the miles. Lame excuse to get out of an obligation. Still not resolved 3 months later!

I now have had TWO pairs of Tory Burch Wedge Enamel Khaki flip flops come apart at the toe -the piece of rubber that divides your toe has come out of the hole. The first pair I wore for about 2 years and just threw them away at $65/pair. Now less than one year later, my new pair just broke in the same place. I took them to a shoe repair shop and I couldn't believe another customer had brought in another pair of the same exact flip flops, color and all, that he had to repair for the same reason.
Tory, for the money you charge for your flip flops, use better quality materials! I tried to superglue the piece back in the hole but it worked only for a few hours of walking in them.

My daughter broke my beloved Tory burch sunglasses that I got as a present from someone very special.

My husband suggested to call, and I scoffed him off saying, " what are they going to do about it?"
But I did call, and because my friend ordered them online, the VERY nice lady in S. Fla who helped me, put all of my uneasiness to rest. Not only wasshe able to look up the order, find it, and not only did I not get charged for ANYTHING, they sent me a brand new pair (overnighted) at no charge! She was probably one of the nicest people I have ever talked to! I don't remember her name, but I do know she has a daughter that is a special education teacher down there. Super sweet! It completely made my day, week, and month! I hope somehow this review can make it to her!

I bought a frame for my eyeglass last year and gor disappointed with it. It is made of plastic and it kept falling down to my chin because it came too loose in no time. I regretted buying this and they are so expensive. I have plastic sunglasses that are cheap but i have no problem at all. They hold on tight enough on my face. I wouldn't suggest to anyone to get this brand.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy any Tory Burch eyeglasses frames.

Unfortunatly we can't put 0!I place an order on the internet for Jessa moccasins the seller does not provide the city on the delivery note. And send my package to another address in another city. It is visible on the dpd germany package tracking, neither the delivery address nor the city are exact. Customer service response it's been more than 5 days, nothing can be done. Not only is it their fault but also not a word of apology not a voucher nothing. Last time I ordered from them it was outrageous. I lost 237 eur

I received a gift from my daughter and returned it for a lovely navy blue tote bag which I might add was $200+, however I still had a balance of $35 which was applied to a gift card. At the time I was happy with my exchange and thought I would check back later to use the gift card.

Later turned in to two years as I was unable to use the card due to surgeries, ets. I was in Las Vegas where they have a Tory Burch in the Fashion Mall. I searched and found a pair of Flip Flops I liked and gave the gentleman the gift card to apply to my purchase and he said it expired. None of the stores I deal with have an expiration for gift cards. He told me to call the number on the back of the card. This is the most impersonal number you will ever encounter. I tried to get an operator and they say "Goodbye". And that is it. Guess you are just out of luck.

June 14 i place an order online
June 22 package arrived with 1 item missing. I called and was told tory burch will file a claim regarding the missing item. The box was not tampered. I asked for claim number but did not provide one.
July 3rd called tory burch again and was told theres no answer from UPS it will take more than 8 business day.
July 6 i called UPS and theres no claim filed by Tory Burch. I called Tory Burch customer service representative acted like she did an investigation. It turns out the item was sold out and all she can do is refund me my money.

I bought two pair of shoes lately from Tory Burch- both pairs are waist of money, exctremly uncomfortable and hurt my feet. Impossible to break them in. I have been going to the local store and they have told me that they can't stretch them but they can't credit me because shoes are worn; what a sneaky business. Of course the shoes are worn, that's why I bought them. But when I bought them I didn't know that they will be of a stiff, poor quality material, that was not revealed! I emailed customer service and I got the same answer. Girls, don't waste your money buying Tory Birch shoes! Your feet will be in pain, you will not be able to use your shoes, and oh, remember, "you can't return them because you worn them" Disappointing.

I purchased aTB McGraw leather hobo handbag at Nordstroms in 4-2018. By 8-2018 I had gone through 3 exchanges of the same style bag. The gold grommets where the metal hoops are located for the shoulder straps pop out after about 3-4 uses. I returned the first bag through the mail, for the 2nd and 3rd I went into the store. Two different store clerks told me TB handbags are hit and miss regarding quality and are notorious for being returned due to quality issues. Will never buy anything TB again!

I bought 2 bags and one iPhone case which I get 30% off if you spend $700 or more. After few days I decided to return the other bag and I was told that I will lose more money if I return the bag which is true but I didn't realized that I will lose $200 if I return the bag. I saved 262 when I purchased the 2 bags and iPhone case but if I return one of the the bag I will lose $200 which is soo stupid so it means the other 2 item that left I was only saving $62. Btw the sale is 30% off if you spend $700 or more. The way they calculate is sucks they don't even have automatic machine to do the work. The sales person were the one calculating when you do a purchase and return using they're calculator. Cheap high end store is that what I call it. So it means they can make mistakes anytime when you purchasing stuff there. You have to make sure they charged you right! Sucks!

I have been buying Tory Burch shoes for manys Years. I still cant figure out why. Other than I have a wide foot and only wear flats or small heel. The quality is horrible. I pay between 135-300.00 for shoes and if they Last a year thats a lot. After a few wearings the tongue comes out. You have to get some crazy glue to glue it back down. Ive had 3 pairs where the sole actual cracked in half and they were less then a year old. They wont take anything back. They dont care if its defective. They never stand by their product. I have 40 pairs of shoes. I can officially say I am dine. I found that Talbots shoes fit a wide foot perfectly and last for years. They should be ashamed to charge such high prices for such an inferior product

Of course they canceled my order. And I was charged for pants, they emailed me 24 hours sale, I ordered the top as well to have a match, they never send me the pants. They basically lied, it's not the first time theybdo it. Will never order from them again, because they are not reliable company with expensive staff that made in China and not a great quality. I will share my reviews. When you call them, they just don't even care

Beware of their "Private" online sale where they unload knowingly defective merchandise you will be stuck with. I called and emailed only to be told "all sales final". If you don't see it and try it on, don't buy it.

They have had my returned item for over 14 days and have still not refunded my money. I tracked the parcel and I contacted them by phone and email. They promised to refund me last week. Still no money.

I had the worst experience today, I order online used the wrong credit card and want to cancel to place a different order and was told that it was impossible. Which puts my credit card in a jam! Will not order here again
