They kept changing the delivery date. We got tired of waiting, so we decided to purchase something else that match the bedroom set and canceled the old order. Well, they decided to send the valances to us. They charged delivery fee, and I had to pay $27.00 more to send them back. I email them requesting the delivery fee to be waived. They did not. We received the refund for the balances only. We spent a quit bit of money from this store. It will never happen again. The worst customer service ever.

There is a lot of websites that you can get free shipping after you spend so much and you can still use their discount, not with Touch of a Class. The shipping is expensive and then you have to pay for the return. Their products are not cheap. Actually, it is expensive, so they should be more flexible and accommodate the customers, especially when you cancel an order, and they SHIPPED IT anyways.

I would recommend buying from a local company or Amazon so when they do not send what you ordered, then you're not responsible for paying a crazy amount for shipping to return the item, when you already paid to have the item shipped to you! I've had a business before where I sold furniture and bedding and would try and satisfy my customer's needs. Not true with this company. Terrible service! Do not buy from this company, I had a terrible experience with them and so did others as you can see with their terrible rating.

Customer service dishonest. Purchased an area rug. The rug had imperfections. When I reported this to them they told me to take the rug outside on a sunny day and lay it on the ground! Are they from "PoDunk"? They string you along and outright lie to you saying they have refunded my bank... NOT! Never again will I purchase anything from them. Customer service is key to me doing business with a company. They don't have it. Buyer beware!

Comforter Set, and curtains, extra pillow shams were very costly. I paid approx. $500. This was the worse spurge I ever made. For the price, It's definitely not worth it. After a year my comforter started raving and coming loose around the seems. Although the colors were perfect in my new home and new room. I am So upset with this product.

The product was not quality material. After a year comforter threading started coming undone and the enter stuffing(cotton) started shifting to one side and the bottom of the comforter. Not happy I spent almost $500 on this set

No support or response from anyone after two emails to customer service. Appears they have no need to respond after their 45day (everything) return period. Beautiful and unusual products but you pay a premium for them. All I wanted to know is if there was a manufacture warranty that goes beyond their 45 days. Anyone want to buy a beautiful clock for $69.00, doesn't work anymore but its only 6 months old!

Let me start off with customer service is horrible. They answer the phone and not even give a name. So overpriced ordered curtains they were cute charged $22 for shipping. I had to call 3 times to make sure they cancelled half of my order that was ordered by mistake. They do not send email confirmation when items are shipped or a receipt what you paid. This has to be a small Mama and Pop shop. Will not order from here again
I would never order from these people ever again. Terrible service, took forever to get a refund, they missed 2 shipping dates. Refund was $20 short but am fed up with trying to get hold of them when there is 50 people in line on the phone.
4 hours of total hold time for customer service. Zero response on exchanging an item, only to be told they don't "do" exchanges. $25.00 for a return label! They are just pimps for the actual items you receive. I spent hundreds of dollars, and expected some "class". Major fail.
Wish I had read all the terrible reviews on pretty much every item they sell. Pure trash, use foreign country Pakistan and pay next to nothing for the item and charge usa customers ridiculous high prices. Love our grandchildren, but these guys are hard on soft furnishings. Decided to get slip covers for two chairs. Cheap, but expected throw aways. They are. Decided to order a love seat cover, cheap, but again throw away.
Placed order, two days later an email from Amex that seller had changed the amount charged. I thought probably related to postage issue. A week later checked the code for delivery. No information posted, sent an email. "Not sure why it is not shipped, but will expedite". The next day an email, "sorry item is unavailable, sorry for the inconvenience".
Went to their website, and was able to place an order for same item. Did NOT complete the payment information. In my age group we call this bait and switch.
So with Touch of Class, watch carefully.

First time I ordered from them I received a defective bedspread with 1/3 sewn upside down and raw edge showing! After 2 weeks of contacting them, I was told the item was sold that way, and they couldn't send a new one. Still waiting for my refund! Many unanswered emails.

Touch Of Class is definitely legit! They have exceptional quality merchandise and their prices are excellent in comparison. Their products you do not find every and anywhere which is very appealing.
I have been a committed customer for several years and have never been disappointed with my purchases with one exception: A grande bedspread was unfortunately too small for my high mansion bed. This was the first time it ever happened. I recommend Touch Of Class to everyone!

I recently discovered there are two companies named "Touch Of Class" and I am not sure I made my review on the correct site. The one I use is strictly home decor ,bedding etc. Please check it out if you have not been to their site. You won't be disappointed!
I ordered curtains and they arrived so wrinkled I had to take them to the dry cleaner for pressing it cost me $80. I called touch of class and they said it's too late you're stuck paying your $80 you should have called this 1st and we would have given you adjustment but since you didn't call us 1st we're not giving you anything. How horrible I'm out $80 plus the cost of the curtains. They didn't care if I was a satisfied customer or not. The will not work with their customers regardless of the issue. So unfortunate for them and us.
If your smart you'll never order from this company! Don't know how they stay in business! Purchased Xmas tapestry and animal picture, both with LED's. Both work but no automatic timer. The picture has no On/Off switch. So take it down and pull out a battery is your switch. My fault, this was in the reviews.
Quality material and fast shipping. My order was large and placed on Jan 4,2021. Feel terrible for those who had to go through so much headache. I used their drapes and redesigned it for my tall windows. It looks like custom made and i am getting lots of compliments.

Online ordering is challenging because you never really know how bedding will look in a room. BEWARE! Touch Of Class has a horrid return policy. You pay for the return & for the original order arrival if the shipping was free. Not worth returning so customer are stuck with the purchase. I will never order from them again. Lesson Learned: ALWAYS check the return policy prior to ordering.
I ordered or tried to order a comforter from this site. Online said it would be shipped August 31. September 1 comes… no shipment, no communication. September 7 I called and the "customer service" rep said it was pushed back to September 9. Here it is September 10, no shipment, no email. In fact I have NEVER gotten an email from them although the agent said it is automatic. Just tried to call on Saturday 1:30 eastern time (which their hours say they are open) and it says "customer service is closed". I'm cancelling my order so I don't have to get further aggravated. Really a bummer because I can't find comforters like these anywhere. However I don't think THEY have them either… just the cool PICTURES of them. Don't order anything from here. They are liars

I called this company this morning to check on a promised refund for a moldy rug I had to return. Spoke with Jordan (spelling?) who was very polite and helpful. The refund was processed this morning, she said and it showed up in a couple of hours on my credit card statement. So I hate moldy rugs but at least there was no hassle returning it & getting a refund! 5 stars for customer service, one star for selling a moldy rug, so 3 star average.

Evangeline bowl with orbs. Catalog code R110 MM S3. Item came on time, but it is not what was on the picture. Heavy, oversized, overpriced and maybe good only for huge tables in huge areas. Most important that return is on you. They provide label ONLY if item comes damaged, otherwise customer has to pay for returning bad item. Would not recommend to buy from them.

I recently ordered a vanity chair and then saw all of the negative reviews which were very concerning. I contemplated cancelling my order. However, within 2 or 3 days of ordering, I received confirmation that my order had been shipped. I received it within a week. The chair was exactly as described and shown online. It's perfect for what I need. It's unfortunate that others have had such a poor experience, it shouldn't have to be that way.
I ordered Heirloom Rose Euro Shams and standard shams. I also ordered a throw pillow. I am so excited. They look wonderful. It is exactly what I was wanting. I ordered a different name from a different company. They looked similar in the picture. I wasn't sure. They other company did not offer the same things Touch of Class did. I wanted my room to look "old". I even found discontinued wallpaper that coordinates with it. Thank you Touch of Class. I love your Heirloom Rose. I even made me some shades to match out of the curtains.
