I needed a Toyota hilux and found a 3rd yr a/v checked exporter at official site of Alibaba.com and made inquiry thru this site.In jan 2017 I paid exporter usd7000. 00 but never got my car, I uploaded my claim 6-8 times and my claim/account was cancelled.
Chatted days with customer service. They always promised to forward my case to higher persons. I never got followup emails. They kept saying that I canceled my claim. How stupid! Why should I cancel my claim if I am still waiting for a solution/refund. Customer service is not staffed with knowledge girls.One day I got a phone call from a man asking me to cancel my claim so he could call the exporter instantly asking the Spanish police to help. I communicated thru Alibaba and I hold them responsible for the scam. Exporter is 3rd yr goldsupplier and a/v checked so I may assume it is safe to deal with him (thru Alibaba)
