They are crooks and are being investigated for mail fraud and some of these Arabs and Russians will likely be extradited and imprisoned. If you send them money, you will never see it again. They use your money to make money for themselves.

I wish TradeCryptoMasters would add the option to place conditional orders. For example, if a sell order is executed, it would automatically activate a conditional buy order and vice versa. Otherwise, my go-to choice for trading.

Lots and lots of assets, and all the instruments I truly need are here. The platform itself is really neat, and really easy to navigate. Trade Crypto Masters is my recommendation, they are really good at what they do

Being their client for a while now, I can say I'm satisfied with my choice. Real nice people on the customer service team. Slick platform. Really cool. One note: Please add some more exotic forex pairs, variety is important to me..

1. They don't have a registration. So not supervised by th Banque of England or any other European supervising institution.
2. They claim their office is in London. I am sure it is not.
3. They try to drag you in by luring you into 'credits' which they provide. From that moment on they got you in their trap.
DON'T FALL FOR IT. IT'S AN OBVIOUS SCAM. YOU WILL SURELY LOSE ALL! YOUR MONEY.
4. Because it's not registeren you don't get any money back.

Requested a withdrawal as I did not want to loan money from a bank to give to them, Amara johns who was helping me kept on opening orders after I told her not to, I closed them loosing profits, then She opened 3 that were red minuses and a few hrs later closed them herself which emptied my funds account

I got conned into depositing $250 US to these scum bags and the next day I tried to email the so called broker David to return my deposit cos I had a off feeling about this company after looking into it and that piece of $#*! broker David $#*!ed me around all day with excuses when I simply asked for my deposit back and still would not return it be aware of these thieving scum bags every one,David you are no broker you piece of $#*! don't fall for there bull$#*! not a happy Aussie

Their support has always been good in helping me. Indeed, a great broker company. The only drawback is their support team isn't available on weekends.

One area where TradeCryptoMasters could improve is customer support, which can be a bit slow now and then. But once they get back to you, they are helpful and knowledgeable.

I opened an account with the min of $250US. In a week the broker grew the account to around $4300US. I Was pressured after the week to put in more money in to b=get the pro's help all the time but to do that I needed to put in $*******US to continue with their help. After saying no; We both decided that the best course would be for me to withdrawal everything. I asked for there help and they said do the withdrawal yourself. I initiated it and then get numerous calls that I need to talk to finance. Fiinance wants banking info and wanting me to pay a brokerage fee of 20%. Ok, fine take it out of the profits and send me the rest. No, they would do it. I asked for sending my original back and they could keep the profits. No couldn't do that... SCAM. There is no ZERO on the site for a rating.

They're not just my trading partner but also my trading teacher. They provide amazing educational materials for trading, where you can learn some really useful stuff. So far all working well for me.

I am using a Gold account, I find the 1 on 1 meeting with an analyst a real boost to my game. That said, I think I need more than that. Any chance to allow more weekly meetings?

PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND ON THEM. I DOWNLOADED A APP, WHICH SHOULD BE FROM 'ELON MUSK' CALLED 'QUANTUM AI'. IMMEDIATELY I GOT CALLED BY A +44 NUMBER, I DID NOT PICKED UP AND THEN I RECEIVE AN EMAIL ABOUT AN OFFER FOR THE APP I DOWNLOADED! I JUST FELT THAT IT WAS NOT OK! I TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME TIME TO REVEIW THE APP AND IF I NEED HELP I WILL CALL OR EMAIL. I JUST DELETE THE APP, FELT BAD. AND THEN I STARTED TO RECEIVE PHONECALLS FROM ATTACHED NUMBERS. IT WAS INSANE!THEY WERE KEEP CALLING ME! I BLOCKED THEM ALL, THEN IT STOPPED FOR 30 MIN AND START ALL OVER AGAIN! THIS IS SO HORRIBLE! I HOPE NOT MANY PEOPLE FALL FOR THIS. YOU WILL JUST LOOSE YOUR MONEY. BE CAREFUL!

Be very careful when it comes to trading with this site, I put all my hard earned money in it and loss so much, Until I got a hold of capitowlassets and they got me some of my money back.

In general TradeCryptoMasters is,,good but there is room for improvement.Nevertheless,, I am quite,,satisfied with their services and, consider them my daily broker.

Great tools and signals. Profitable deals and good services. It would be useful if TradeCryptoMasters could include more advanced feature.

Sept 18,2023 Update:

They have me on an auto-dialer since the calls come in regularly between 8-8:30am every weekday, and 2:30-3:30pm as well. It comes in from a different province/city number in Canada each time. They must have a few people working this scam call center since there seems to be different people half the time leading the conversation with the identical script. They can't be taking notes in their database to keep track of the fact that I've called them out each and every time by the end of the call if I play along with them initially. It's all BS hype and no substance, pitched from low life, low level Indian scammers with ZERO knowledge in trading platforms, only seeking to get access to your money to take you for a ride.

Make no mistake about it, this is a scam, to entice you with returns on an "AI software trading platform", developed to show you little details other than your fake trading account making returns, so they can have an "advisor" pat you on the back, & convince you to put more money into your account, and keep you doing that until you one day want to do a withdrawal. That is when the nature of the scam is revealed since that is when they "ghost" you, and you lose everything. It's a little more elaborate than the gift card, or extended warranty scams, & targeting a different clientele base which they can take more money - from people who have more money.

Anyone reading this should know that the initial deposit is just the hook, since once they have you on it, they will manipulate the "trading software" in your fictitious trading account to help solidify a belief that you have stumbled on something real, and then they will tell you another $10,000 is necessary to get full use of the platform, and pressure you with other "benefits" and such until you one day realize there is no chance of getting anything back, since the whole point of the scam is to lead you down a road to you giving them as much money as possible before you learn that it's a money pit.
