This platform totally scam, too many rules and agree with other reviewer star one this platform only wants your money, i cannot withdraw my money too after become seller in this platform, must be aware of this platform, google and mozilla already warning me but i*m ignore the warning so now this happen to me too, please read this all reviewer star 5 many of this only from their worker, buyer only from their worker too make your sales big and then you can*t handle your store until your point score get deduct drastic, please read this and don*t get scammed, i already get scammed until bankrupt, if only i listen google and mozilla dont open this website this will not happen, but i must face this and give to you all user dont use this platform, really!
We registered TradeKey as Golden member 2 years ago, and when we purchased the services we just started the business and does not have any export experience, TradeKey started working for us and we started receiving inquiries initially we received less inquiries but within 2 months the inquiry count increased and after our 4 months on TradeKey we got in connection with one European customer who asked for prices. TradeKey helped me a lot to make professional dealing with that customer and we received our first order. After this order he became our returning customer and we shipping them more than one container in every quarter.
Apart from this we received multiple inquiries from TradeKey from which we have done trial orders as well as huge quantity orders, we specially would like to appreciate the TradeKey team for their professional work for us, specially they keep us in loop on every buyer and keep strong follow ups from buyers which increases the order closing chances. They sell my products like they are selling their own products.

On gold members, there are some supporters that helps suppliers and buyers to connect each other to get great result on trade. And they are very kind and have knowledge about what they have to do.

I am a old member at Tradekey.com i see good people here to business with i in china is a trader and do business online with help of tradekey.com worldwide.
I was ready to get VIP membership but due to Sitejabber and after reading good and bad reviews, I changed my mindset and thinking. Moreover, the representative who was dealing with my business got unprofessional and started to play rude conversation. İ was wise enough and took the chat's screenshot.
They are a professional scamming organisation. They literally call on your number from a United States of America number although they are based in Pakistan. They show no professionalism at all.
I am also sure that the site is potentially full of fake businesses and fake sellers.
On the other hand, Tradekey.com has proved to be a trustable B2B platform. My Company has already been registered at Tradekey.com since the start of 2015 and I am progressing with my business around the globe, exporting our product to major markets around different countries in the world. Most of the companies you are going to find in this site are crooks. They do no support security payment, they don't refund and they do not allow to reviews... They are crooks too.
I was very optimistic when I joined Tradekey. We are a genuine distribution company so I was interested in getting genuine buyers. As soon as I registered on Tradekey website, I started receiving many phone calls from their reps with membership proposal. They promised me with all kinds of new top buying leads and said if I upgraded to Goldkey, which is 2k, by the way, then I'll realize profits in less than no time. About 3 months now, still not even ONE buyer. Yes they do pose as inquiries themselves and YES some people commenting in this forum are still part of their gang. This is the worst B2B site whatsoever and oh they claim to be Muslims, such Hippocrates! BECAREFUL PEOPLE! TO BE FOREWARNED IS TO BE FOREARMED.
Due to this negative experience, I will do everything to post reviews on Tradekey until otherwise. But I know from experience that God favours the afflicted and we should leave vengeance to Him. To all Tradekey reps, GOD IS WATCHING!
I own car parts and used cars business. I have a showroom in a small town in Texas. My business of car trading and parts selling was growing but then the pandemic came and ruined my business. I hoped to continue my car business during the pandemic but the market lockdown was imposed and we had to stop the car trading and parts work.
I thought of going towards online business but I had no particular idea of managing, dealing or contracting with clients on the internet. My close relative recommended that I should hire any B2B platform to get away from the struggle of attracting clients towards me.
He recommended me to read Tradekey reviews and Tradekey feedback before getting in touch with scam free Tradekey.com for my B2B clients issue. I started to get in touch with the representatives of Tradekey. He was quite cooperative and jolly and he offered a discount on their packages. I accepted the discounted package and started a membership. The B2B platform offered me many clients above my expectations in the first week related to my products. The increment in number of clients was experienced with time and my business was in full swing in March 2021.

I have an update on my complaint with Tradekey.
I have been contacted by tradekey in order to remove the reviews I have posted on several sites about the fraud I experienced with tradekey.
A tradekey manager named * from QA Dep. Contacted me with a view to entering into an agreement.
In exchange for the return of the amount paid in advance for a deal that never existed, he asked me to remove the reviews that were damaging the image of tradekey.
I informed them that I would withdraw the complaints as long as they returned the amount in dispute.
The shane said yes and that he would send an email with a written agreement for me to sign that I would accept the terms discussed over the phone.
After a week I received nothing and contacted Shane who said he would deal with the matter the next day... until today, no response.
Once again they tried to deceive the customer with promises that they already knew they would not realize, just wanted my company to remove the reviews.
Once again they prove that they are not trustworthy and are only in the market to deceive customers and make easy money.
Once again, avoided doing business with this company and don't pay anything in front.

I would like to report and warn anyone thinking of doing business with tradekey.
Last month after a lot of pressure from a Tradekey account manager, my company, of import and export, agreed to a 6 months premium package.
In exchange, Tradekey would put my company in contact with premium suppliers for the acquisition of a commodity, recycling waste paper.
After a few unsuccessful weeks, the account manager informed me that he had a supplier, in the United States, ready to supply the requested product, but for this to happen we would have to advance 2000$ USD to ensure the reservation of the order and that this amount would be deducted from the global value after closing the contract with the supplier.
Much pressure was made and after many contacts by mail and whattapp, we agreed to advance that amount to make the order.
After several days and much exchange of messages we discovered that there was no supplier and tradekey simply refused to return the money.
When I sent an e-mail informing that the process would be handed over to our lawyers, all our contacts at tradekey, account manager, customer support, sourcing manager, disappeared.
Tradekey is a fraud, with accounts in China that no one can get to and a bank account in the US in the name of another electronics company.
The name of the company in the US is DIGI DEVICES LLC.
Be very careful this company is a total fraud.

In all the business links providers have registered and operated with before now, I have never witnessed the kind of excellent customer service delivery with significant results like my present experience in Tradekey.
A smart account manager, Calvin, handle management of my account (business products) in less than 5 working days that make a week, and gave me the results I have not been able to achieve for many years I have operated with some other Organisations as a premium member.
