I loved the advice in the first two emails, I really needed that kind of help with Klaus. Its good to know what to do, and what not to do regarding training him. He has been barking like crazy when he misses me, or wants attention, so that email about the right and wrong times to give him attention were very helpful. I needed that. This past Saturday night, I was in tears because I am having so much difficulty in training my puppy. I thought I had found the answer with this website, I was so happy! The back of my mind told me something was off, but I was running on a mixture of very little sleep and desperation. As soon as I ordered, I thought, I better put this name into Google to see if it is legit. I can't say I was surprised when I found this page, and quickly went to my credit card to dispute the charges (I was not sent any dog training info from the "business", such as it is. Anyway, I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card today, and they reversed the charge. It's sad that this is the world we live in today, so many scammers out to make a quick and dirty buck. I also filed a report with the FBI, hopefully these jerks will get shut down.
My dog has been doing better than usual, but again like I said, 7 kids in the house, the youngest at 5, it is a bit harder to train Sable. But other than that, he has been doing great and he has been respecting his owners and know who's boss. He still bites a little but less than he did at the start. This experience has been fun for me and Sable.
I appreciate this trainer so, so much. As a first-time dog mom, I knew nothing so the course is wonderful and Sally gave me lots of good ideas and suggestions that make so much sense!

My little Mindi is 3 months old so we are starting a little late with some of the training but she's bright and willing and I believe we will catch up before too long. I have also shared the tips with the people who come to her most often, so they know to apply the same rules and keep Mindi's training consistent from day to day and person to person. Ignoring your dog when she climbs up on you has shown to be particularly successful, and when I ignore her instead of shouting at her, telling her no, or ordering her to get down, it appears to be working, and she simply stops when I ignore her. Not everyone can pay that stuff (me included) and at least having free or discounts during the quarantine would be very special, since people are losing a lot of money because of the situation with the covid-19.
