Emily listened to our questions and concerns and provided suggestions to help us resolve the issues we described. We are first time dog owners and appreciate having someone to talk to as well as an online program to assist us in training our new puppy! Emily stressed the importance of only rewarding the behaviors we want to see for our puppy. She also reinforced the importance of providing our puppy with at least 14 - 16 hours of sleep.

Oh, my, this was so very helpful. And I really appreciate that Sally sent the directions for all the things we talked about to me by email so I can share them with my wife and help her understand how important it is for both of us to do the same thing with the dog.
