The tips you gave me worked like a charm. Chase is actually a Labradoodle. 4 months, extremely intelligent, born and raised in a barn until I got him. He only had one accident in the house and was completely housebroken in 2 days. His buddy is a Maltese he loves to hump, and Charlie snaps at him every time and growls. I was told it's a status thing on who's dominant. Your tips worked great. Thank you so very much.
I would first like to thank you for the emails. I greatly appreciate them! Your approaches have helped me with King already. When he's jumping and I simply ignore his behavior, as you said, he stops within a very short amount of time. Also, praising him with just simply saying good has worked great. I'm not sure if that has worked or made a difference for anyone else but it truly did for me. Thank you for free tips and advice. I'd not be fortunate enough to have something like this otherwise.
I have gained so much valuable insight in understanding my German Shepherd a little bit better than before, thanks to TrainPetDog. I've encountered TrainPetDog as being different from other online sites out there when it comes to helping me with understanding my dog. TrainPetDog offers reading material and training that is in a language that is easily accessible to the everyday person fond of his/her dog. The training material is user-friendly and personalised. I struggled a lot with socialising my dog before; all the sites, and training manuals I consulted, failed in making me know what to do to turn my dog an obedient dog up until I came across TrainPetDog. For what they are able to help with, they really charge a below reasonable amount of money - I know I paid more elsewhere - for worst results! I fully recommend TrainPetDog for you and your dog.
This course covers a lot, but doesn't actually give specifics of how to train your dog. For example, it says in order to teach your dog not to bark, you should first teach them to Speak. But it doesn't give any instructions on how to actually train that. This course would be an informative read for free, but not worth it for the cost.
I’m training my 11 week old Doberman.
My 10-week old Doberman just doesn't have the attention span for heeling, but Sally told me how to keep him engaged for 10 minutes at a time and gave me a couple of other games to play to teach him to come.
First and foremost, thank you for the emails. They are quite helpful to me! Your methods have already helped me with buzo. When I simply ignore his conduct, he ceases in a very short period of time, like you mentioned. Also, simply complimenting him and saying excellent has worked wonders. I don't know if it helped or made a difference for anyone else, but it did for me. Thank you for the free advise and recommendations. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to have something like this.
Yes I did receive your tips and we tried out the ignoring bad behavior when she was nipping my daughter. I had my daughter turn her bad and ignore her and then Ellie just kinda stopped and looked. Then when she laid down after that to get her toy, my daughter bent down and then petted her and told her she was a good girl. I do look forward to all your tips.
I had a wonderful experience with Roxie as she
Noticed that I was not paying much attention to her
Jumping on me and she sat down and behaved herself and after a few minutes I petted her and she
Was happy. Am truly noticed change with your tips.
Thank you very much
You are fabulous! I have read and read on the internet and haven't found all the tips you've given me. I feel so much more able to control my dog and prepare him to be in an airport, on a plane, and to simply be in the house and on walks without constantly barking.
Barking and pulling on his leash
This has helped me so much. I was traumatized by my dogs being attacked by two pit bulls and needed to talk to someone about it to know how to handle it in the future and help my dogs recover from the trauma.
I wanted to talk about the fact my two male dogs which are two months apart are fighting and wondered if I was handling it correctly and why it was happening.
My first clue should have been the low quality of the website. Some of the videos were good, but no where do they say that it is a monthly fee. Beware.
Update: I tried to log back in (after being charged the $37.00) to try to request a refund, but my account was already canceled. That means I paid $37 and instead of canceling the membership when the month was over, it was canceled immediately without being refunded Probably the worst experience I have had with an online vendor.
Hi Brian,
I am sorry to learn about your experience with us. I hope you have contacted our customer support at info@trainpetdog.com to resolve the issue.
During ordering, we offer a FREE Trial for a monthly membership site - and we don't charge for it for a month. Customers can cancel their membership during the free rial and they won't be charged for it at all. Even customers can cancel it after they are charged and they are immediately removed from the recurring payment. Also, if customers ask for a refund, they are refunded immediately.

Nancy
What a SCAM! User name and passwords no longer worked. I also ordered the "hard copies", and then never received them. Once I notified them of this, they said they couldn't find a charge for these items. SO, I provided them a copy of my credit card statement which clearly outlines I was charged for both the online and hard copies... but guess what? Nothing. No refund. They no longer return my emails... but they were happy to take my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. RUN!
We were hoping for a magic bullet and are disappointed that you feel that as a Husky he may not crate train. However, you have given us some ideas to try and sent us some links to websites and a YouTube channel for Husky owners, so we ae hopeful.
I am so appreciative of the call and all the tips and the Bubble Training ebook. Sally was really sharp in realizing that my living situation had changed and my dog was reacting to the fact that he and I live alone and she thinks he is trying to protect me.
Bubble training
All advice was informative
To be honest, it is a good thing for people who are busy.
I get my puppy on October 13 so I am glad to get the email about training her. It has helped me prepare for ownership of my little girl. Please continue to send the emails to me because they will give me the confidence to care for my little "squeaky toy".
I ordered a Papillon training course from train Pat.com and they have not sent my product they took out of my account the money but I have not yet seen the product I cannot get a hold of anybody there to see why I have not eaten received my product. I have tried many many times to contact them I cannot find an 800 number for them. They keep sending me more emails to buy more product in to join their website they want us to keep giving them more money for nothing something needs to be done about these people!
I've just been getting the emails with tips so far. And i am loving them! I've only had 3 emails so far about tips & tricks but they've helped immensely - things i haven't even heard of anywhere else!
The only thing that I wish would be to have the answer in the emails, not wait for the next email to get the answer to the previous one!
Extremely pleasant and most helpful. Amazing the results you can achieve using your calm and somewhat layer back approach. I have learnt that time and perseverance eventually prevail and get you, and your dog, the best result.
Thanks for the tip for training Rio. What I have liked so far is the thing I hadn't thought. For example, the attention she seeks by jumping all over me, the trick seems to work. I am beginning to understand Rio better, especially since it has been over 15 years since I last had a dog.
I emailed last week regarding the modules in the training course. I have completed 131 of the 162 listed, but cannot find the other 31 articles. The articles that I read are definitely helpful. I received an email response that said I would have a response within 24 hrs. but have never received one.
On point and very helpful, I found the expert I got to speak with to be supportive, clear and helpful. She was ready with a number of good suggestions that I could put into action. I am so grateful for the opportunity to speak with her.
More than one thing, being consistent, and researching the elimination diet.
Yes, they should!
My dog is taking care of me and I am her herd, especially in this pandemic. I need to let her know which situations are hers to take care of and when I can take care of things and she needs to quit. Sally gave me great tools and understanding!
This is the most helpful thing I've ever found. I was at my wit's end with my dog - overwhelmed - and now I see how to make her the kind of dog I want.
My experience for my first call to one of the trainers was such a great experience. She was very professional, and was had to address all my issues In had in regards how to stop my six month puppy from chewing furniture and computer charger cords!
I learned that puppies need lots of sleep - just like babies. Using a frozen treat to help them relax and create less stress in the crate.
I would definitely recommend it, especially if they're having challenges with their puppies because it's well worth investing in that extra support to make sure your family members grows into a well behaved dog.
I called to enrol my dog Hank in a puppy training course and was pleasantly surprised to get a person and not a machine. Wendy explained the program, and asked me questions about my dog. As promised, I was sent a list of training tips that Hank and I have been practising.
I just want to thank you for your emails and training guides. I am absolutely amazed at how quickly he is responding. I will tell you this little story:Yesterday is his second day of training. Your tip on only reacting to the positive REALLY works. So he was just going to make a wee in the house and I clapped my hands together and said No, picked him up and took him outside and just ignored him until he made his wee...and then I made a huge fuss. Later on in the day I took him outside to see if he wanted to wee and he started playing with me and biting my feet so hard it hurt. I clapped my hands together and said NO and he stopped, looked all dejected and went to make a wee and then turned round all excited. It was so cute...he knew I wasn't happy with him so he went to wee to make me happy. It really does work, thank you so much for your help. I have a 5 year old Beagle as well and I will definitely be subscribing for your emails for my Beagle. Thank you again.
I didn't expect to actually get free tips to help me with my dog, it may not be the whole course but it was really useful.
I feel bad I can't get the whole course but I'm still a student so I can't really buy it, but later on I probably will since it's been so good.
I find these tips to be very helpful. These emails have been helping Diesel and I train him to sit, and stay. It also helps with me preparing to leave, as he learned he must sit until I leave the house.
It's great to have right at your fingertips. Just go to it and everything you need to k os is right there. Working great for Bella's training. Thank you to Nancy for this great system as well as the grooming book.
I appreciate this service so much. It is so helpful when I have a problem and reassuring when I find out I'm doing the right thing.
I found a few things I was doing wrong, so was able to correct them and she responded.
