He only had one accident in the house and was completely housebroken in 2 days. His buddy is a Maltese he loves to hump, and Charlie snaps at him every time and growls. I would first like to thank you for the emails. I greatly appreciate them! Your approaches have helped me with King already. When he's jumping and I simply ignore his behavior, as you said, he stops within a very short amount of time. Also, praising him with just simply saying good has worked great. The customer service does not exist, they took $67 from my account after I cancelled my subscription, and when I logged a ticket and asked for a refund, they call the next day and say "they have enrolled me in the elite dog club"
The help desk ticket & customer service does not exist. Do not give your credit card to them - I am a very unhappy member.

Site is not as advertised. It's purpose is to sell, sell, sell and not provide what is offered. When I attempted to cancel something not ordered, my total order was cancelled and no refund was ever sent. Luck I have a min-pin with more brains than TrainPetDog's webmaster. Truly a California rip off company. Hope it goes broke soon.

Like so many here, I am glad I checked reviews before I got conned. Red flag for me was " We guarantee your credit card info is 100% secure". Who would promise that?
According to the web their address is 8721 Santa Monica Blvd, Suite 1010, Los Angeles CA except there is no such place. 8721 Santa Monica Blvd is in West Hollywood. Google Map shows it to be an outdoor strip mall of restaurants, a VCA emergency vet, etc. No suites. Number 8721 is an empty store front with a For Rent sign.
I would encourage you to take your complaint to the FBI Internet Crime Complaint which is www.ic3.gov since it is credit card fraud and econsumer.gov to report an international scam. The only way anything will change is if the victims report it!
I think it's pretty terrible that this company does not give the person The Choice of paying either $37 for online access or $37 for the hard copy book. You lock us in to the on line subscription without giving us a choice I think that's terrible.
Because you mention specific issues for pomeranian's. I've had 3 pomeranians in my life and they are challenging so I am curious to see if your publication will cover the issues I previously experienced.
I did not realize this program would be reading. It was presented as though it would be video. The question, if we wanted the book as well, prompted that to be misleading. I have tried to read thorough some of it and, in no way, want to sit at my computer reading all of this. Many of the things I skipped over, as it appeared they were tips for show dogs. It's just a lot of fluff. I would not recommend!
Then I went to request a full refund on their site. I tried several times to follow the procedure and message through their websie. It would not let me submit a request. It continued to tell me my email was incorrect, I even copied and pasted it. I tried several times. I also kept checking to see the all of the information was correct, and it still would not work. I emailed for a refund and hopefully it will get done since there is 120 money back guarantee.
I am very grateful for your comments! I have a newly adopted Beagle -Allie - she is nine years old. She was used for breading and only just got spayed in the past month. She is very smart, but knows littlie behaviourally... the loving and loyal characteristics are profound, however.

I have sent several texts and purchased entire elite training program but haven t spoken to a person about Lolo. I know he s 5 and had a botched hernia operation fixed. I d like to know why such a beautiful dog had been put in a rescue and is it due to behavior problems.
First, The booklet I received for my "specific" breed was clearly generic and used for other breeds, as it wasn't edited well, nor was it terribly accurate. The site access to "free information" all seems to lead to more books to buy.
Second, I left messages for months to get someone to call me back to discuss cancelling my monthly "subscription." No one calls back. When I finally gave up calling and went to the website, it gave me an inducement to pay another $37 for a lifetime membership. For "faster" service, it told me to log a ticket which the system won't submit. Nor will it submit your cancellation. I had to go to my bank and initiate a dispute in order to stop the payments.
Tracey, Abby was a Chihuahua in your video but a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in mine, lol! They ask the breed of your dog and "Voila!" That's what Abby becomes! Since Cavalier King Charles Spaniels never bite anyone, I immediately knew it was a scam. I can't imagine a Chihuahua biting anyone (at least not seriously enough to call animal control) either!
Thank you site jabber! Unfortunately I had put my credit card info in then got suspicious while they kept saying my order wasn't complete and kept trying to sell me more. When I didn't want to buy all the extra's they never gave me a chance to confirm the order just suddenly said the order was complete. I immediately ( before even leaving the page) asked for a refund! I will let you know how that goes.
Also when I tried to cancel the order all their troubleshooting FAQs definitely indicated a scam. I just wish I would have checked sitejabber a few minutes sooner.!
My first clue should have been the low quality of the website. Some of the videos were good, but no where do they say that it is a monthly fee. Beware.
Update: I tried to log back in (after being charged the $37.00) to try to request a refund, but my account was already canceled. That means I paid $37 and instead of canceling the membership when the month was over, it was canceled immediately without being refunded Probably the worst experience I have had with an online vendor.

During ordering, we offer a FREE Trial for a monthly membership site - and we don't charge for it for a month. Customers can cancel their membership during the free rial and they won't be charged for it at all. Even customers can cancel it after they are charged and they are immediately removed from the recurring payment. Also, if customers ask for a refund, they are refunded immediately.

What a SCAM! User name and passwords no longer worked. I also ordered the "hard copies", and then never received them. Once I notified them of this, they said they couldn't find a charge for these items. SO, I provided them a copy of my credit card statement which clearly outlines I was charged for both the online and hard copies... but guess what? Nothing. No refund. They no longer return my emails... but they were happy to take my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. RUN!
I ordered a Papillon training course from train Pat.com and they have not sent my product they took out of my account the money but I have not yet seen the product I cannot get a hold of anybody there to see why I have not eaten received my product. I have tried many many times to contact them I cannot find an 800 number for them. They keep sending me more emails to buy more product in to join their website they want us to keep giving them more money for nothing something needs to be done about these people!
This is a total scam. You give them money & they do nothing. A recording says someone will call you back, but they do NOT call you. Do not be fooled like I was. I believe this is a SCAM & they should not be allowed to sell online.
Stay away from this. All I wanted was the hardcoblver an somehow 300 dollars later I apparently order all this other stuff. So I messaged them saying i wanted my money back that was 12 days ago i got one answer stating I'd be refunded but still no money an that wont answer

LOL! I came SO close to ordering this training for my Pomeranians! Luckily, I was too lazy to complete the order last night. Imagine my surprise when I went to pull the page back up and saw that the 'special' limited offer that expired at midnight the night before was STILL available! RED FLAG! I then googled reviews and here I am! Ordinarily I seldom check small items (less than 40$)--reckon I'll be changing that policy asap!
My Credit Card stop the transaction. I was informed by my credit union, The billing is Cyprus. Now I don't know if the Greek or Turkey half of the country. In1975 I was there when both side attack this resort island. Buyer beware.

So far I have received the paper copy of the training guide. I have yet to receive the download version I paid for or the videos. All inquiries have been ignored. The last inquiry was undeliverable. What gives. I am extremely dissatisfied with this program.
I really feel for the people reviewing TrainPetDog.com, yet I am very thankful for your integrity of posting warnings to others. I was saved from the criminals by the skin of my teeth. I filled out their form and received 3 error messages, on a frquently used and never turned down credit card account. Thank goodness I had already been burned by PayPal and their policy of accepting all charges against your account with no questions and not being available to you to protest.
Just as I was about to try the fourth time! --Vystar Credit Union called my phone,, with a suspicion of fraudlent charges. Although the CU rep did not say the company is fraudlent, she did inform me that they have several different banks that handle their accounts, all overseas, Cypress, India, etc. That is what stopped my charges, they needed an international account, i. E. Paypal to process. Thank you all for your time in posting theses warnings.

The info contained On this site is free online on other sites. I could never even sign in to the elite club. BUYER BEWARE!
Luckily I didn't get any of the products that I was offered but subscribed anyways. I only unsubscribed today because I got two creepy emails. The first one was: Is your dog's life worth a $1 to you? This was because I wasn't clicking on any links I was sent and didn't buy any products. But the last one is what really shook me. It said; Hunter, is your dog dying a slow death? I'm glad I found this site and the reviews.
I got a new dog and wanted to train the dog the best that I could. I thought paying for this program would give me the best possible information that I could get without having to take my dog to a trainer during these times. That is not true; the information is slightly better than what can be found with a quick google. The site is also horrendous and the process of paying for your program includes half-a-dozen pages trying to upcharge you. I read through everything and got the basic package, or so I thought. I randomly get charged for my membership again because I apparently signed up for their elite membership, even though I intentionally clicked no to it. You'd be better to just google any questions you had about training your dog and stop greasing these pilferer's pockets.
