I need to get my dog socialized and under control before I take him on an airplane. Sally helped me realize all the things I need to do and teach him, but gave me ways to do it that I think I can do. I feel hopeful.

This was excellent. I had tried and tried to get on a call, but I live on the West Coast and when the email comes in the middle of the night, all the slots are full by the time I get up and try to get a call. I finally got through and the advice was worth the wait!

Thank you so much for the imformative information. I am practicing your tips, and I am enjoying the success. I wish I had this information on hand 11 years ago when I got my first Maltese. All the factors you mention in the video, with regards to the attention seeking, I have experienced. It is very embarrassing. I am sure this time round, it's going to be different. Thank you. This is my first puppy and I really want to do everything right, so I was so happy to talk to Sally and find out if I'm doing everything the way I should. She gave me great tips for the problems we've encountered.

Emily listens to my questions and gives me excellent feedback and excercises to work on.
She explains the different behaviors, sends me videos to watch and is always looking for updates on how her suggestions have worked out.

We're still experiencing severe PULLING during leash training, even with usage of Slip Lead Leash. And I haven't moved toward directly socializing the new dog with my female pack due to his aggressive body language.

I really appreciate all the help and ideas I got from Sally. We will change some of the things we are doing and see if we get better results.

I am so glad to talk to someone. I can't even get into a vet's office here for 2-3 months, so I have had nobody to talk with and I haven't had a dog for 40 years. Sally really helped me and encouraged me.

While the content in this program is good, the program itself is difficult to navigate. I have to really search my emails and then the website to find my course. The site is extremely slow to move from one topic to the next. It does, however, have very good content that has helped me with my new puppy tremendously. I have leaned on the "call with a trainer" that has come free for the first month with the program. I also appreciate that option. I just think the bones of the actual course needs to be easier to access and navigate through. I am not computer illiterate, I actually work in the technology industry, if it is hard for me, it will be hard for those not as tech savy.

I got my puppy Bambi at 8 weeks old. She is 13 months now and she's already got certain words down pat. The words no, stay, come here, potty, and the word chicken. She definitely knows what chicken is. All I have to do is raise her bowl off the floor and she comes running for whatever I'm going to feed her. Whether it is chicken or not, she eats anything I put down for her. She already behaves very well. I do things a bit different than what the PetTraining Guide book states, regarding Bambi's bath. But the book is very thorough and I recommend it especially for new puppy trainers. Treat your baby like a family member and just love them wholeheartedly and have patience, patience, and patience!
