The tips you gave me worked like a charm. Chase is actually a Labradoodle. 4 months, extremely intelligent, born and raised in a barn until I got him. He only had one accident in the house and was completely housebroken in 2 days. His buddy is a Maltese he loves to hump, and Charlie snaps at him every time and growls. I was told it's a status thing on who's dominant. Your tips worked great. Thank you so very much.
I would first like to thank you for the emails. I greatly appreciate them! Your approaches have helped me with King already. When he's jumping and I simply ignore his behavior, as you said, he stops within a very short amount of time. Also, praising him with just simply saying good has worked great. I'm not sure if that has worked or made a difference for anyone else but it truly did for me. Thank you for free tips and advice. I'd not be fortunate enough to have something like this otherwise.
Same as others. Signed up for their free trial and was immediately billed for a month. Have never been able to gain access to their actual site and was recently billed for anoter month even though i sent a cancellation notice. Why is a site like this allowed to exist?
I have no login info and every time I go to the site I can only access the free video for people to purchase the program. I would be very grateful for the URL and login credentials so I can begin using the program.
Thank you
I am wondering whether the claims of this company are fraudulent? I signed up for the training program they charged my credit card but I have yet to receive anything from them or hear anything is there anything of when I will receive something I have even called Paul they're 800 number number and left messages and have never heard a thing from them I know it is too late for me to receive conversation baconversation back but I hope to prevent somebody else from falling into their prey.
I was misled by this site and never even realized I was signing up for a monthly charge on dog behaviors, etc. I did NOT want all of this advice; I have trained dogs my entire life. I believed that I was making a one-time-purchase of a very thorough book about Cairn terriers. I then noticed another charge of $37.00 auto-pay on my charge card. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I also demand that I be permanently removed from their website. If not, I promise that I will pursue this matter.
Tip for consumers:
Do not trust this site. They hook you in as they discuss what you really need to do if you love you dog and want to train it in the (their) correct way. All of a sudden you are signed up for a "trial-pay" without even realizing it.
They show you the picture of a book while the whole time having you believe you will receive the course in a book, then they charge you $37.00 and then send you a "Thank you" email and asking for more money to get the course in a book! I canceled and I want my money back!
I copied and pasted it but I will try it again. And again I will copy and paste it so there is no mistake. I am sending you one of the emails your company provided me with after I paid for the course. I am sending it the evening of Tuesday Sept. 11th.
So I read this companies response back to me and it asks me to send them some info so I find my original info for the purchase to prove I bought the training stuff and copied and pasted the email she gave me so there would be no mistake... AND IT BOUNCED BACK AT ME IMMEDIATELY! Really? You gave me an email that doesn't work? And this is suppose to assure me that you are a reputable company and that you are going to fix the problem and give me the link so I can use the product I bought? Seriously?
Tip for consumers:
you can see that my email with the info requested has bounced back.
It wasn't anything that I was expecting and I couldn't get online either to their site so I wrote to paypal which is what I used to pay for it with. I bought this some years back now. Anyway, I told paypal what was going on and they reimbursed me my money because they were not giving me what I bought. So at least I got my money back,. Tonight a friend of mine was talking about her granddaughters dog having issues and I told her I still had this training thing and she was welcome to use it to see if there was anything of use on it. So I went to the emails I had and clicked on the link and nothing... the website will not come up! Piece of trash. If you do want to buy it I suggest you use paypal who will back you up if you want a refund. Visa will too but it's more difficult.
After reaching this site from a YouTube video on grooming Bichons, I came to a cartoon video - about Bichons. I first thought,"this dog looks like any other" so I did another search for pet dog training Nancy Richards and came to another site. Clicked on training for Alaskan dog and sure enough, it's the same video with the other dog type mixed in. I do not understand why this individual or business is able to perpetuate this scam since at l say 2005! I saw on ripoff report 25 claims dTing from 2005 to present. This is why the commerce department needs to regulate the internet under consumer protection. BUT, our Gov't is in the process of shutting down all agencies which means little illegal scams like this will be pervasive and the billionaires will continue on taking their money in off the backs of the rest of us or millionaires! SMHO!
Purchased the training from TrainPetDog.com and found it to be outdated and pretty much useless. They advertise a full 30-day and full 120-day refund on their site. Requested a refund through their site, by telephone, and email, none of which will provide any documentation of cancellation or refund status. They have figured out the loophole with VISA and Mastercard... don't provide any confirmation of anything, and they can keep your money, even when disputing the transaction with the credit card company. I'm out $178. It's a perfect way for them to do fraudulent business, especially during the pandemic. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU EVEN THOUGH THEY MAY COMMIT TO DOING SO ON THE PHONE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TRAINPETDOG.COM. THEY WILL COLLECT YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NEVER HEAR FROM THEM AGAIN.
Products used:
None of them
I noticed the reviews go back to 2007. Why are these people still around and still ripping people off!?! Really? Let's shut it down! Being reported as we speak. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY. All the info You need is available online for FREE!
I paid for the training course but when I did not pay for the elite dog club after 30 days Now I can no longer see the training course.
ALSO my credit card suddenly had fraudulent charges and I had to cancel it-
This company is questionable at best.
I found this site while searching how to clean pet urine from Laminate floor. Sounded great. I signed up for the download on how to train my Boxer. Which was informative and my user name and password did work. I even purchase a book on Boxer training that was advertised as a hardback book, what I received was a small spiral notebook, with so many grammatical errors I became very concerned. I tried the "Elite" website to ask a vet question and never received a reply. I have cancelled by subscription of $37 and will be contacting my bank asap. DON'T FALL FOR THIS. AFTER READING REPORTS FROM RIP OFF AND THIS HOW CAN THIS WEBSITE STILL BE IN BUSINESS. HELP US POOR ANIMAL LOVERS FROM THESE SCAMMERS
DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THIS SITE. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT! Am so pleased I read reviews before signing up. I've been caught by a different company selling cosmetics who use the same tactics. My bank balance suffered and so did my stress levels. THANK YOU TO ALL WHO TOOK THE TIME TO LEAVE A REVIEW.
I keep getting emails from them stating I signed up for thetr service on 7/10/ 17 never heard of them before however I do believe they must have gotten my i fo for a very $#*!ty rescue group that I recently adopted a pet from and I say $#*!ty because they gave me a dog that they say was spayed and 2 month s later she went into heat now a month after that still haven't gotten a straight answer if she has even had shots so after severl attempts to fix and going to there web page its says site might me hacked. Great rescue group dog not fixed dont onow if sje has had shots and now my info out there great www.animalaid. Org on ft lauderdale fl be very weary with them no good

Please do beware Nacy Richards and co are CROOKS they will bombard you with e-mails making all kinds of claims and offering free this and that sign up today so as not to miss this free offer etc. Avoid at all costs you will be robbed blind I can only warn you.
Have been charged every month for services I cannot access online. I have repeatedly called to cancel and emailed. No response. Don't waste your money.
I'm on disability, I ordered the course and also paid for monthly membership thing. Thought it was my phone, that it wouldn't bring up any of the sites I received. After $150 plus $37 elite members fee, still no access to anything. I tried to let them know I coudn't bring stuff up. Fraudulent charges on card, so card is temporally frozen. Then I get text monthly payment not going thru, called and they were supposed to return my call. GOT CANCLED, (Ok by me I guess after seeing the other reviews)won't get my money back, but no more charges either! I did receive the paper back book though, verry expensive paper back at that price! Any way hope others have better luck, me im an IDIOT, and in dept for something I believed could help. Good thing for other reviews, I will cancel frozen card and get new one so no more fraudulent charges can be made, it won't exist anymore. As to that a big THANKS, good luck to anyone else and as for the company, carma sucks.
Sorry to learn about your experience Wendy. We will refund your charges immediately. Can you please email to info@trainpetdog.com with your email ID?
I talked to a trainer several months ago and the advice helped me solve my problem with my dog. Therefore, I cancelled my subscription. However, I keep getting calls from trainers. It is annoying.

We are sorry about this Mark. There was a technical glitch that got you added to the call list again. We have identified the problem since and we are fixing this asap. You will not be contacted again.
If you have Canceled you subscription, please be assured you will not be charged, even if you have received a call by mistake. Apologies again.
The trainer was 15 minutes late in calling. I called her 4 times and she refused to answer. When she did call, she gave me this stuff about having other people to talk to.
Lots of good potty training advice! That's the most helpful.
Yes, I'd tell them to.
Sent me an email on how to train my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
Then tried to charge my account x3 in Cypress, HongKong and other foreign places for information that is readily available at any reputable socialization or obedience class. AVOID AT ALL COSTS... MY bank called me at 9pm about the attempted fraud!
I am a first time dog owner and I was lost. These emails helped a lot with my Frenchie. I do need potty training tips for a two story house. His crate is upstairs where be sleeps.
I was just about to purchase this program for my "specific breed" boxer when I decided to look for reviews. You guys saved me money, time, and heartache.
Do you treat all your customers this way and expect to just get away with it? Yes, my dog is a Shorkie but they could have come close to the right breed. They at least got her name right after awhile. After the original payment. They didn't contact me by email which is the only way we had communicated but called my house and said they had been trying to call for 3-4 days. There is always someone in my house to answer the phone. Finally, my Mom got a call from them saying something about them renewing a magazine subscription and them have charging my account for it. Not asking if they could but telling me they already had done it. Sure enough, they had changed my account four days before they even notified me I emailed them and finally called my bank and they are handling it as a fraudulent case. My $37.00 has been put back but I don't know which one it is for. They cancelled my membership for me but I think they said something about a free month. Who cares. I just want all my money back. You are 100% right. SCAM. I wish I had come here first!
Tip for consumers:
Don't. The dog breeds they say they will help you train don't exist. It is a general program. You can get better books for less money. They charge your credit card for other things and don't tell you until days after its done. It is A SCAM OF THE WORST KIND. DON'T DO IT!!!!
For $134, I got nothing of value! Then they try to sucker you for $37 a month!
You can get better information from a pet store book on dog care for $3.50!
Sorry for the delayed response.
If you can kindly email us to info@trainpetdog.com, we will refund the money.
To much add on, after you talk about how good the course is you want to add on. Which doesn't leave me with a lot of confidence in what I just purchased.
Bad Shih Tzu manual - I purchased their manual on how to train Shih Tzu. I recieved a manual on things already known and things are just rediulous as well.
I payed $37.00 for this and then ithe site signed me up without even telling me to another site for a montly fee.
I have called, emailed and everything to try and stop this and you just can't get a hold of anyone.
I received my bank statment and the $37.00 came out Along with a currency exchange fee.
Come to find out it is not located in California but in fact an untraceable location over seas.
This site should be shut down in my opion.
