The tips you gave me worked like a charm. Chase is actually a Labradoodle. 4 months, extremely intelligent, born and raised in a barn until I got him. He only had one accident in the house and was completely housebroken in 2 days. His buddy is a Maltese he loves to hump, and Charlie snaps at him every time and growls. I would first like to thank you for the emails. I greatly appreciate them! Your approaches have helped me with King already. When he's jumping and I simply ignore his behavior, as you said, he stops within a very short amount of time. Also, praising him with just simply saying good has worked great. I was insulted by your offer of a deluxe course in which I would learn things that should be, and I believe your video claimed, would be contained in the basic course.

I liked talking to Sally better than the guy I talked to. Sally agrees with what I am doing for "no bite" and what he told me didn't work at all and I got knocked down by my dog.
We covered "floor," "no bite" with a time out, "in the house," "come" and several other things.
It was fun and encouraging to talk with Sally and hear that her dog is so similar, but the things she is telling me to try are the things that are working with her dog.
Barking! Sally had several good suggestions including the time out for not obeying the command of "no bark."
I really appreciate all the tips to get my dog to walk with me, how to work with a terrier, and how to help my granddaughter and the terrier get along.

I, like so many others, was sucked into the cute little cartoon video with the cute little Abby Chihuahua being a bad puppy and her owner at her wits end dealing with animal control threatening to take poor Abby away if she doesn't get trained. I was thisclose to signing up for the $37.00, only by midnight, offer and the guarantee of a 120 day money back guarantee plus the elite club and the free calls with trainers and vets etc. Before I entered my credit card number I thought twice and decided to see if the lovely Nancy Richards had any reviews of success to make sure I wasn't getting something I didn't want and then I found this site as well as many others not boasting about the site but instead bewaring people about the site. It's a shame because people who are sucked in by that adorable cartoon video and don't check for reviews before joining are going to be left holding nothing but a big bag of dog poo. That's not right. I'm reporting this site on Yelp! And to the better business bureau to get it shut down asap. It kills me that the adorable Nancy has been at this since 2007 and it's now 2015 and she's still at it. Wow! That's all I can say and a debt if gratitude for the warnings. Stay away from this site if you value your money.

PayPal, which I used to pay the $5, was billed and paid them $37 from my bank account, to reocurr monthly. I did not authorize this. Not sure what to do. If this isn't fraud I don't know what is. I didn't really appreciate the trainer telling me I was provoking my dog and shouldn't be putting my hands in her food or petting her while she was eating.
I learned that my idea of making my dog more submissive is provoking her to be aggressive.
Note from the trainer: Any time I hear that you are using a baseball bat with your dog, you are going to get a lecture from me.
