This call has helped me immensely in understanding the dog we have.
I purchased this product on a Saturday a week ago and even before I exited the site from ordering decided that I do not truly need their services. I went on their site right away to cancel which they say you can do. I in put my information and statements asking politely to cancel and refund me my $67 which is 92.22 in Canada. But the site would not allow me to submit. Endlessly resetting and asking me to prove I am no robot but in the end I waited for Monday. Thinking surly a phone call to customer service will fix all. I get a message, which I explain that I signed up but decided not to want it while still in the site but wasn't able to go back and cancel. Asked nicely to cancel and refund me my money.

I then called back and said thank you for canceling but what about returning my credit card charge. No response back and the charges are still on my credit card.
Please don't purchase this scam product. Their own site says full refund but they make you jump through a ton of hoops and then ignore you!

This was my first time on a phone call with a trainer and I liked Sally because she was knowledgeable and helpful.
I appreciate Sally's time and wisdom and encouragement with this puppy I'm fostering.
Very encouraging. Sally felt I was doing a great job and just added a few tips and the "leave it" command.
This was different because I was really upset about my wife's breast cancer diagnosis and her treatment plan and Sally explained it to me so I feel more comfortable with all that. She then suggested that I not add anything new to what I'm doing with my dog until we get the schedule of my wife's treatment down and then sign up for another call and she'll add a couple of things to what we are doing. Whew!
I learned a lot and enjoyed talking with Sally about herding dogs.
Very reassured that we are doing most things correctly.
Emily was very kind, helpful, and gave me some great ideas.
I liked how Sally said to teach my dog to increase his focus, but I was sorry she didn't have any new ideas for helping my dog to be friends with my husband.
I understand what Sally said and if it was only me to do it, it would work, but my neighbors who think they know it all about dogs are involved in these situations.

I am excited that a command my dog already knows can be used to break him of herding me.
This course covers a lot, but doesn't actually give specifics of how to train your dog. For example, it says in order to teach your dog not to bark, you should first teach them to Speak. But it doesn't give any instructions on how to actually train that. This course would be an informative read for free, but not worth it for the cost.

Emily's advice on 1/23/23 was very useful, and she was professional & knowledgeable.
We're still experiencing severe PULLING during leash training, even with usage of Slip Lead Leash. And I haven't moved toward directly socializing the new dog with my female pack due to his aggressive body language.
I feel like I just learned a boatload of information and I agree with given tips. Reassuring on what I'm doing.
