We appreciated Sally's ideas, but we aren't sure that any of them will work in our situation.

The ideas Sally presented are very do-able and we realize that we have not been consistent with this dog like we were with his "sister."

We got Duke at 8 weeks old. He initially managed very well to go on the disposal pads. About 10 weeks he started to go on the carpet and wood flooring, I was very concerned. I took to google to see why the change, this is when I came across your website. The emails and videos assisted us in getting a schedule for his eating times and potty breaks. Well things started off ok I used my card to no problem. I tried to buy the hard back Training book and informed there was a problem with my card. I tried to get to customer service and. That didn't work either. Like the rest of these of the business I'm overwhelmed with Emails. I joined used my password, got an appointment with a specialist for training tips. And the Emails continue to remind me to do these things. The tips I have received have been good but I haven't been able to order the book. I'm getting Two puppies and they continue to just show my program as one puppy,. It's beginning to aggravate me and I'm close to just pulling the plug on the whole thing. I realize this is a business my wife about three weeks ago and I don't have time for all repetitious Emails.
