Was disappointed in content.Advertising was training but was all about grooming.The old saying "if it says free 5 days " be cautious.
Well things started off ok I used my card to no problem. I tried to buy the hard back Training book and informed there was a problem with my card. I tried to get to customer service and. That didn't work either. Like the rest of these of the business I'm overwhelmed with Emails. I joined used my password, got an appointment with a specialist for training tips. And the Emails continue to remind me to do these things. The tips I have received have been good but I haven't been able to order the book. I'm getting Two puppies and they continue to just show my program as one puppy,. It's beginning to aggravate me and I'm close to just pulling the plug on the whole thing. I realize this is a business my wife about three weeks ago and I don't have time for all repetitious Emails.
Very re-assuring plus she gave me good ideas to try and things to be aware of.

I am greatly encouraged. I thought she should be potty trained by now, but Sally says I am doing great for only having her for 2.5 weeks.
I am in awe of how Sally picked up on my dog grieving the loss of my husband. I know I have a lot of grief and she was his dog but I never realized that dogs grieve and miss an owner who dies. Sally gave me a lot to think about.

So far I have found the tips very helpful. Applied to ignore when Judge is naughty and find it really works. He only gets a pat and "good boy" when he has obeyed a command. Jury is very, very obedient and I very seldom have to reprimand him.
