It is always so helpful to talk to Sally because she has a lot of ideas I have never thought of.

Very good information. We realized we were doing things wrong, but didn't know what to do to correct what we were doing.

The things Sally told us make a lot of sense. We will all work with LIly and now we know how.

Well things started off ok I used my card to no problem. I tried to buy the hard back Training book and informed there was a problem with my card. I tried to get to customer service and. That didn't work either. Like the rest of these of the business I'm overwhelmed with Emails. I joined used my password, got an appointment with a specialist for training tips. And the Emails continue to remind me to do these things. The tips I have received have been good but I haven't been able to order the book. I'm getting Two puppies and they continue to just show my program as one puppy,. It's beginning to aggravate me and I'm close to just pulling the plug on the whole thing. I realize this is a business my wife about three weeks ago and I don't have time for all repetitious Emails.

Very re-assuring plus she gave me good ideas to try and things to be aware of.

I learned all kinds of things I've never known or needed to know!

I am greatly encouraged. I thought she should be potty trained by now, but Sally says I am doing great for only having her for 2.5 weeks.

I am in awe of how Sally picked up on my dog grieving the loss of my husband. I know I have a lot of grief and she was his dog but I never realized that dogs grieve and miss an owner who dies. Sally gave me a lot to think about.

This was a great phone call. It had been a while since we had had a puppy in our family so several good reminders and tips as well as what I was asking.

I feel like I got answers to all my questions and ideas of what to do for all the situations with the puppy.

I feel more confident of what I am doing and how to handle the situations with my dog.

I am relieved to know that there is something we can do to solve our problem with our dog.

I feel so much better after talking to Sally. She concurred that our dog's sphincter is not developed yet is why she potties outside and inside. She told me to start leaving for short periods of time so I feel better about having to leave for a little while tomorrow.

It was interesting that Sally has worked with a dog very much like Dagwood and had some tips from that experience.
