The tips you gave me worked like a charm. Chase is actually a Labradoodle. 4 months, extremely intelligent, born and raised in a barn until I got him. He only had one accident in the house and was completely housebroken in 2 days. His buddy is a Maltese he loves to hump, and Charlie snaps at him every time and growls. I was told it's a status thing on who's dominant. Your tips worked great. Thank you so very much.

I would first like to thank you for the emails. I greatly appreciate them! Your approaches have helped me with King already. When he's jumping and I simply ignore his behavior, as you said, he stops within a very short amount of time. Also, praising him with just simply saying good has worked great. I'm not sure if that has worked or made a difference for anyone else but it truly did for me. Thank you for free tips and advice. I'd not be fortunate enough to have something like this otherwise.

I have been charged TWICE for receiving absolutely NOTHING! I cancelled my order within minutes, yet was still charged. I have sent in three disputes as per their web page, none of which have been responded to by this company. Their web site doesn't work at all except to charge your credit card and it freezes so that you press the back button and that is how they keep recharging your credit card. Don't fall victim to this company! I'm disputing it through my bank as we speak. They disputed my dispute saying I was a "recurring patron"...

Glad I've read these other posts before getting sucked in too! It all sounds too good to be true & obviously is. I keep getting emails offerings a course at a discounted rate which expires at midnight the same day & yet is still available a couple of days later!? As a scam it's pretty poor because this just gives it away by making you suspicious. Having waited we've actually managed to train our shih tzu ourselves:-)

Wow... Thank you, everyone for saving me from getting ripped off. Was about to purchase this program... But I'm in despite need of some real dog training tips. First time dog owner, lifetime dog lover. Have an incredibly awesome 6 month old Chihuahua and the cutest ever 2 month old (furry ball of energy) Pomeranian. That are driving me crazy... Please help me someone!

This business is a scam! Unfortunately I fell victim! I cannot get in touch with these people ever and they take money out of my account every month! Damn thief's! They prey on innocent people who just want to help their pups! Do not gasp victim

I was rather unfortunate to find this website when I was looking for some advanced training material. On requesting their e book, the requests just went on and on and everytime my account got debited even when I tried to put out, problem is they have my credit card number so it was easy to suck you dry. After numerous emails and tickets, still have not heard anything or received the DVD's and books I paid for. Through their face book I managed to get to a bid that referred me to a "human" who conveniently replied, but have heard nothing more.
Piss poor effort on the e book and service. Be warned this "company" is a scam and avoid using them.

Legal department, or upper management will not return phone calls regarding concerns. Beginning to feel very bad about this company. Apparently this issue will go directly to their insurance carrier. Additionally the headquarters appears to be in a different country, I was charged additional fees because it was from other country.

Complete scam. I have paid for the training book about two months ago. I have left dozen messages n received three calls back with we r sorry its on its way n still no training book. I'm frustrated n upset at how there r people who take advantage of others to make money. I will not stop calling n making it a priority in calling as many times as i can through out the day n night until i receive what i have paid for. I too wish that I had read the reviews prior in wasting my money, time n energy. Karma is a beautiful thing. How many people can u screw

I almost got sucked in to this training course. At the last minute I decided to see if their were any customer reviews. Thank goodness I did! After reading them on this site I decided not to go ahead. How do these people sleep at night, stealing people's hard earned money, nothing but thieves. Need locking up!

It seems like bait and switch. I paid for something and now I can get so much more if I pay more. What did I purchase then? Do you not stand by your original product. That is how I am reading this process, about 1 minute in.

I though that it might help because pet store and group training is not being offered in my state at this time.

Several months ago I joined TrainPetDog for what I thought was one month for $37.00. They have been charging my account for all the months since then. I will have to check the records to see exactly how long. My husband handles all the accounting and bank statements; he figured I had ordered something beneficial. He asked me what I was getting for the $37 monthly. Well, I have never been on the site! During all those months! We immediately cancelled the card and got another one. NOW, we get emails from them that the card will not process their invoice.

This is a rip off. You can find the answers to all the training they offer FREE on other dog sites.

I would like a refund of all money taken from my credit card account during this time. They don't deserve even one star!

I own a AKC English Bulldog puppy that I was contacted by this company concerning training option. They advertise expert training insights specific to my breed. They bait you with so called ideal packages that once you pay for they never deliver! I have had to cancel them through my credit card company! I gave them over a month to deliver the printed material and they never delivered! What they did do was continued to solicit me for more "Secret Expert Tips"! They are a Rip Off!

Trans ID *******623. When I fill out the cancellation form and press submit, the screen goes blank. I want to cancel all charges. I don't want any products or services from TrainPetDog ordered on 4/6/2020.

Do no use this site. It is a total scam. The information is not customized to your dog and you are charged for your membership the moment you input your card information. I hopefully will be receiving my money back after filing for fraudulent charges...

Very unhappy with this company's cancellation policy. I've called their customer service line (and actually got a human once, who assured me that the matter was resolved), emailed them, submitted trouble tickets to them, and completed their cancellation form online. No joy. I have since been charged two further months for this service and received yet another automated message today notifying me of an upcoming charge. Interesting thing is that they have apparently cut off my access to the site while CONTINUING TO BILL ME. Avoid this company at all costs. It's too easy to get good info for free of thru your vet or trainer.

I did reply to an email asking me to but I'm assuming no one read it as I'd not had a reply. What it said was - " when I saw the advert it said it was for a free 30 days hints and tips with no mention of needing to sign up and pay for a course". My email further said "it becomes free if you are not completely satisfied you get a full refund". This is not what free means. I would have looked at the course as an option but not now. I have also I've no doubt their subscribers are happy with the product but for me I like upfront honesty

This company has taken a total of $740 dollars from my account, with absolutely nothing to show for it. I'm now trying to work with my financial institution to see if I can recover any of my money. I had to completely cancel my card and get new one to stop the bleeding.

I didn't order their delux training programme but it still has charged me. If you email to their customer support, you get an automated email saying they someone would contact you in n two days then email content goes blank. I have not got my refund yet. They just keep charging you for the product you have not purchased. Please stay away from this trainpetdog website and fall for them.

This company doesn't even deserve the one star that I gave them. I have never expected such low costumer service in my life. Even though they offer you a 120 day guarantee you will never see your money back. Then after the first month the charged my bank twice for the $37 elite club and when I tried to let them know they called me a liar. This company is a big waste of your time and money and I would suggest you find any other program to train your best friend

The information which you find on their portal is pretty much like anything you may find on dog training on internet for free. Elite Dog Club's catch is one-on-one consultations which you may book weekly, BUT you are always late for booking that consultation week after week or there are technical issues on their site. If you ask for support you get no help or feedback. Do not waste your money on TrainPetDog. They are scammers.

Purchased for a once off fee of $37 per month to then find it appearing monthly. When I finally managed to get it cancelled they offered another "once off" fee for lifetime access. Surely getting ripped off by you was enough the first time without another "once off" fee.

Signed up for basic course then had a guilt trip put on me to try and get me to sign up for other courseswhich I definitely did not, was really smelling a rat! So far $150 taken from my credit card. Unable to find a direct way to communicate with them. No response to emails or ticket. Unable to get through on phone. Now in the hands of me bank.

I have two 2 year boxers. I noted after reading all these (-) neg reviews, the dates, the breeds, and how close credit card data was entered. Every earlier review has owners with different breeds. The dates goes back to 2014. If you watch the cartoon with boxers, not the nose is not a boxer nose. The nose was my first red flag along with the lack of the dropping side cheeks

I hope you came here before falling for this SCAM

On their video (which I fully watched, twice) they state a 37 usd offer "only until midnight tonight"... however I see bellow a mouthful of people who were scammed on this very same amount. Glad I found this reviews... not buying!

We also offer payment by Paypal - where you would have only paid $37 for the Dog Lovers Membership product. Its a pity that you didn't try our product and just left a review even without trying our service.

This past Saturday night, I was in tears because I am having so much difficulty in training my puppy. I thought I had found the answer with this website, I was so happy! The back of my mind told me something was off, but I was running on a mixture of very little sleep and desperation. As soon as I ordered, I thought, I better put this name into Google to see if it is legit. I can't say I was surprised when I found this page, and quickly went to my credit card to dispute the charges (I was not sent any dog training info from the "business", such as it is. Anyway, I was able to dispute the charge with my credit card today, and they reversed the charge. It's sad that this is the world we live in today, so many scammers out to make a quick and dirty buck. I also filed a report with the FBI, hopefully these jerks will get shut down.
