The tips you gave me worked like a charm. Chase is actually a Labradoodle. 4 months, extremely intelligent, born and raised in a barn until I got him. He only had one accident in the house and was completely housebroken in 2 days. His buddy is a Maltese he loves to hump, and Charlie snaps at him every time and growls. I was told it's a status thing on who's dominant. Your tips worked great. Thank you so very much.
I would first like to thank you for the emails. I greatly appreciate them! Your approaches have helped me with King already. When he's jumping and I simply ignore his behavior, as you said, he stops within a very short amount of time. Also, praising him with just simply saying good has worked great. We plan to train our puppy with the techniques you have suggested, particularly the avoidance of jumping up and general obedience training. I have only been receiving this information for a few days now but everything I have tried from your advice is working great. The ignoring your dog part when she jumps up on me has been especially effective and when I ignore her instead of yelling at her or telling her no or get down and it is starting to work and she just stops after ignoring her. I had paid the subscription to be a member of the site but could not access it. I tried my email address but that didn't work. Frustrated, I contacted your support and logged a ticket. In 24 hours they responded. I could gain access and start reading the tips. Thank you for being so prompt.
While the content in this program is good, the program itself is difficult to navigate. I have to really search my emails and then the website to find my course. The site is extremely slow to move from one topic to the next. It does, however, have very good content that has helped me with my new puppy tremendously. I have leaned on the "call with a trainer" that has come free for the first month with the program. I also appreciate that option. I just think the bones of the actual course needs to be easier to access and navigate through. I am not computer illiterate, I actually work in the technology industry, if it is hard for me, it will be hard for those not as tech savy.
I liked the flexibility of online course. I can learn and engage my pet on my own time, rather than on a set trainer schedule. The price is reasonable as well.

This was really good. You listened to my daughters and their concerns with training their puppy, then gave them step-by-step directions for what they needed to do. As we added more concerns, you put all the steps together into a plan for them. They both feel confident in carrying out the plan.
Because of COVID, we can't do in-person training or take our puppy to classes, so this was super helpful.
All the information provided to me so far has been very helpful. The things they have told me are training concepts I never would have considered and I'm looking trying them with our new puppy. They are constantly trying to sell me something, but it's a business, so what can one expect!
I recently adopted 2 Min Pin sisters and after reading the horror stories of other owners I was afraid I had made a mistake. However, I found this training guide and it is working wonders. The girls are responding to commands and I am very pleased with the progress we have made.
The call went really nicely, Thomas was helpful. He asked questions and provided suggestions and insight into my pup's behavior and capacity for recognizing suggested and attempted aspects of training.
Better potty training methods.
Thanks for the tips I can tell you that just for the past two day my dog discipline is changing for better. Have been practicing the ignoring trick once he starts his jumping etc .Now every time he jumps at me I ignore and then he sits waiting for my little pat and scratch on his head. Its a tremendous trick. Once again I appreciate your time and concern.
What a precious time talking to Sally and learning how to help my 4-year-old daughter learn a bonding greeting with our 11-month-old German Shepherd! I also learned how to keep the dog from jumping at and on everyone!

While the tips to training my german shepherd puppy have been somewhat helpful, almost every email I receive says I have to get the German Shepherd Lovers book or course to get all the info. It says you're most likely making mistakes, but won't tell you what the mistakes are. I understand they do need money, but that's just plain mean because if they really were german shepherd lovers, they would care more about the dogs/puppies than their own wealth. I came across this through an ad so I probably should have expected this, but it is quite upsetting that I am constantly bombarded with the payment link and I'm not receiving the information I was told I would be provided with.

I was going through videos and tutorials about how to train my australian Shepard and I care across this website, I signed up for a free 30 day trial thinking this is whatever. The next day I started receiving emails and links to full books on how to groom my dog and training, it is all hand written by a professional and I love it, I still have another 25 days to go! I would really recommend it.
Your email is absolutely working because on the day that I register on this, I follow the instruction on how to calm down Pat and it's working. When we have a visitor that is strange on his smell, he barks right away, but as soon as I shhh him and tell him it's okay, he becomes quiet right away. So I am very thankful for your help to teach me how to train and discipline Pat. Again thank you very much.
Do no use this site. It is a total scam. The information is not customized to your dog and you are charged for your membership the moment you input your card information. I hopefully will be receiving my money back after filing for fraudulent charges...
I was a bit overwhelmed with training two dogs and having 3 children aged 7 and under, but Sally helped me see what the first three things are I need to be doing and how even the young children can learn and use the commands.
I learned that dogs need time outs just like kids when they don't obey.
Very unhappy with this company's cancellation policy. I've called their customer service line (and actually got a human once, who assured me that the matter was resolved), emailed them, submitted trouble tickets to them, and completed their cancellation form online. No joy. I have since been charged two further months for this service and received yet another automated message today notifying me of an upcoming charge. Interesting thing is that they have apparently cut off my access to the site while CONTINUING TO BILL ME. Avoid this company at all costs. It's too easy to get good info for free of thru your vet or trainer.
This was great! I'm sorry to monopolize Sally, but she did so well in telling me how to finish potty training my dog and how to work with Heel and Sit last time we talked, I really wanted to talk to her again and see what else she could tell me.

We started with "come," but Sally helped me see I need to be teaching "heel," "sit," "leave it," and "stay." Doing this will help the dog want to work with me and see the work as fun.

We learned so much. We've had dogs for 50 years and they were well behaved, but we were really frustrated with Roscoe and everything Sally talked about our doing seemed so sensible and simple to carry out. We can't wait to start doing more training as part of our daily routine.
