This is my first puppy and I really want to do everything right, so I was so happy to talk to Sally and find out if I'm doing everything the way I should. She gave me great tips for the problems we've encountered.

Emily's call was on time and she was very helpful in how to address our little Bode. We now know and are excited to start working with him in a different way.

Emily's advice on 1/23/23 was very useful, and she was professional & knowledgeable.

We're still experiencing severe PULLING during leash training, even with usage of Slip Lead Leash. And I haven't moved toward directly socializing the new dog with my female pack due to his aggressive body language.

We implemented your advice on jumping yesterday. My 5 year old daughter likes to play "chase" with Nala and when she is caught Nala jumps and nips. I explained your trick to my daughter and it worked the very first time she tried it which was a reward for my daughter to see that our training works. Now when I try to explain training to my daughter she is very responsive.

Great suggestions to implement - focused on the objectives of the call - only comment is to make it more interactive with time for questions etc. Because time is limited, it felt like we ihad to cram as much as possible into the session.

I am so glad to talk to someone. I can't even get into a vet's office here for 2-3 months, so I have had nobody to talk with and I haven't had a dog for 40 years. Sally really helped me and encouraged me.

I've found this to be a great experience I'm learning constantly how to improve the well being of my puppy and learning tools to make the best outcome for my puppy to grow and be happy and learning with my puppy

Fletcher seems to enjoy learning new tricks especially when a training treat along with praise and affection are added to a training treat.

Stay away from this. All I wanted was the hardcoblver an somehow 300 dollars later I apparently order all this other stuff. So I messaged them saying i wanted my money back that was 12 days ago i got one answer stating I'd be refunded but still no money an that wont answer

The emails you have sent me has helped me a lot with the toilet training and have been amazed in how it has helped me with the toilet training. With the one two it has helped me heaps with training Satan and I'm very grateful in the tips I have received.

I think that your tips in dog training is working. I've already seen a change in my dog. I take him to the park every day and his companion. Thank you. You are a blessing to me and my puppies. LOL! I came SO close to ordering this training for my Pomeranians! Luckily, I was too lazy to complete the order last night. Imagine my surprise when I went to pull the page back up and saw that the 'special' limited offer that expired at midnight the night before was STILL available! RED FLAG! I then googled reviews and here I am! Ordinarily I seldom check small items (less than 40$)--reckon I'll be changing that policy asap!

My Credit Card stop the transaction. I was informed by my credit union, The billing is Cyprus. Now I don't know if the Greek or Turkey half of the country. In1975 I was there when both side attack this resort island. Buyer beware.

Very helpful. I had thought that since our previous dogs just left alone the area behind the gate, this one would too, but I wasn't thinking about how young he is or that I am just making him more curious about that area.

WE have had a lot of advice on how to get our dog to only pee and poop outdoors, but most of what we have gotten has to do with a slow transition and what we heard tonight is just pick up the pee pad, put him on a leash, and give him notice that all peeing and pooping is outdoors from now on.

I couldn't believe it when Sally said the peeing is marking, but the fact that my dog did it to get my attention while I was talking to Sally pretty much proved it! I'm so glad she recognized the marking and had some things we can do to stop it.

Great information! I had no idea where to start other than to just stop and hope she quit pulling and I now have a training plan.

So far I have received the paper copy of the training guide. I have yet to receive the download version I paid for or the videos. All inquiries have been ignored. The last inquiry was undeliverable. What gives. I am extremely dissatisfied with this program.

I have left you messages Monday & Tuesday. I do not want to continue with this club. I have used the service in the first month and not after that. The call with the dog trainer was helpful. But now, please disenroll me & credit the fee back to my credit card.
