Emily was extremely helpful in answering our concerns about our puppy biting and provided an excellent email outlining some helpful hints and recommendations.

I got some great advice from Sally and will put it into practice starting tomorrow.

I had cancelled my subscription and we were going to be traveling home with our dog tonight so I didn't expect the call. However, it was really helpful and reassuring and Sally said we would not be charged.

Good tips to try! Please let clients know the day before your call back. Mine came at 3 in the morning g. Eastern and west time makes a huge difference I order to be prepared.
