I charged for the training dog product and I never received. I thought the website might be a scam so I tried to use my cash app card but it would not accept then it stated I could use PayPal. If I do not receive the product by tomorrow I am going to dispute the charge. They try to trick you by giving a 120 day guarantee to get money back if you are dissatisfied. INTERACTIVE WEB SERVICES FZE IS THE NAME THEY USE FOR PAYPAL PAYMENTS.

I requested everything I already listed, but you disputed and did not refund any money, everything was done before the 120 days, but you did not acknowledge any of my request, I do not mind to pay for the pain book, nothing elite, and nothing interesting either, but all the other charges you did not refund, you probably cancel the subscription but never give me ANY REFUND! You sound like an angel, but your company only sucks money from honest people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT, ready all other reviews! All the same, they just keep your money!

Do not trust them with your credit card! I order a hard copy training book. They issued 3 different charges one for $101.95, other for $37.00 and the third one for $97.00. I do not know the reason for 3 charges when I only want was the hard copy book. Also they charge me for international fees 3 charges for a total of $7.08. As far as I know Santa Monica, CA is still part of USA. After they got my credit card they charged me for whatever they sell without my authorization and refused to give me credit for the things I did not order but they say I did. I called them and they also denied the refund ant told me that my complain was outdated. My purchase was made on 12/27/2017 and I started to complain as my fist billing date Dec 12/ 2017 to Jan 11,2018. I did not wait long to dispute but they absolutely denied my claims. Be careful with this people, they are professional thief, after they get your credit card number they charge anything they want. I have been charged total $247.05 for a book? This is the most expense book I ever paid for, but I did not order.
I purchased this product on a Saturday a week ago and even before I exited the site from ordering decided that I do not truly need their services. I went on their site right away to cancel which they say you can do. I in put my information and statements asking politely to cancel and refund me my $67 which is 92.22 in Canada. But the site would not allow me to submit. Endlessly resetting and asking me to prove I am no robot but in the end I waited for Monday. Thinking surly a phone call to customer service will fix all. I get a message, which I explain that I signed up but decided not to want it while still in the site but wasn't able to go back and cancel. Asked nicely to cancel and refund me my money.

I tried to buy a hard copy book on how to train an American Staffonshire Terrier and I spent $37 first and then they asked me another $97 which I stupidly PAIED.
I wanted that book very much. I have never received the hard copy of the book I received a 140 pages in a spiral folder with General infos about that dog breed that I could easily research myself. THEY ARE A BIG SCAM AND NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION THEY WILL KEEP ON CHARGING WHATEVER THEY WANT ON IT.

I, like so many others, was sucked into the cute little cartoon video with the cute little Abby Chihuahua being a bad puppy and her owner at her wits end dealing with animal control threatening to take poor Abby away if she doesn't get trained. It's a shame because people who are sucked in by that adorable cartoon video and don't check for reviews before joining are going to be left holding nothing but a big bag of dog poo. That's not right. I'm reporting this site on Yelp! And to the better business bureau to get it shut down asap. I bought one of their books which is fine... Really disliked how they give you the "free" Elite Dog Club for one month then automatically charge your card $37 a month after. I went on there anyways to check it out while it was free for me. Personally it wasn't something I would pay $37 a month for so I canceled the subscription before they billed me. During the 2nd step of the 3 step process to cancel they offered me a ONE TIME FEE OF $37 TO HAVE A LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP! This upsets me because I'm sure there are people that enjoy this site and these poor loyal customers are being taken advantage of.

I too was lured in by the information that this course had all the inside scoop on my Siberian Huskies (AKA "Sibies")! So glad and lucky that I google'd the "company" to get to the reviews. I was tipped off just as I was about to put in my credit card information... I looked for the VeriSign logo, which I did not see. It IS awful the way scammers go to such great lengths to get your money.

I paid a one off 37usd amount and received absolutely nothing except email after email asking you sign up for the training course. Which I already had and paid for.
I had a one off response to one of my many emails to the company saying they would get back to me which they never have... signed by Nancy Richard's.
Using their website... which is terrible... I raised a 'ticket' asking for the dachshund training manual to be sent to me with a screen shot of my bank account showing the payment being taken.
I received no reply to this.
Similarly to another person on this review site I entered the information about 8 times before the Catcha robot check worked. It doesn't work as it should. It really is a terrible website.
I still live in hope the manual will come as I'm desperate to train my puppy and I've paid for it.
However I think this trainmypet website is a scam and I don't advise anyone to use it.
