Sent my order in mislabeled box. It arrived on a Saturday. Promotion ended Sunday so there was no one to contact. I reordered assuming they had send the wrong size or that I had ordered incorrectly. I emailed immediately. They told me I had placed two identical orders but that I would have to pay to ship back the incorrect (I assumed) merchandise. When I opened the second order, the net did not fit the trampoline. They emailed saying that "the warehouse manager said the order was correct". I took pictures and sent them. They asked for more pictures. They said my telephone was disconnected (a lie as I had called them several times at this point). When I asked to speak to a manager, they were always "too busy". First they said they would make it right and pick up the wrong merchandise and refund my money. I asked for an email to this effect. It didn't come. I called again. They refused to refund either order or pick up their merchandise so I have reported them to the BBB and will be going to small claims court. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
