Review for Trendy Fashion Company
I had a terrible experience with Trendy Fashion Company and strongly advise others to avoid them. I ordered a dress worth 1,600 INR and waited 2-3 days for shipping updates, but none were provided. This raised doubts, so I researched the company and found numerous fraud allegations.
I immediately contacted their customer support via email and WhatsApp to cancel my order. They assured me that the order would be canceled and that I'd receive a refund within 7 days. However, the next day, they shipped the product instead.
The dress I received was completely wrong and of poor quality—not even worth 300 INR. Since then, I've been trying to reach them for 5 days with no response. Their website isn't working and doesn't show any return options either.
This company is a complete fraud. They scam customers and provide no resolution for their mistakes. Beware!
They show something else and send some rags without any bill. They have fake reviews on there website.
These scums are scammers, taking people's hard earned money.
People got ad of such websites alot on their social medias and give in by placing order. These scams also lead to decrease in trust on genuine small businesses.
