I recently corresponded with transformerland.com about selling a decent-sized collection of vintage action figures from the 70s and 80s. They were fast at communicating. They were fair and transparent in their offer, and the offer they made was competitive and reasonable. In the end, I sold to a local collector for less than what transformerland.com offered just to avoid having to box and ship a collection consisting of several hundred items (probably a thousand little pieces if you count helmets, guns, backpacks, vehicles, etc). The collector even grumbled that with the last collection he tried to purchase, he was out-bid by transformerland.com. So this seems like a great company to deal with, at least on the front end when it comes to getting an initial offer. I can't speak to any more than that. But if you have a collection you're considering selling, reach out to them!
Twice I've sent emails asking for a quote on figures. No response, and it has been a month. If I'm not worth your time, you're not worth mine.
Really fantastic selling experience! Matt was great to work with from the first interaction. He offered a fair price for all of my items. Selling was easy and straightforward. I highly recommend Matt and transformerland.com to anyone looking to sell their collection.

Found this Transformer site online, and was wondering if it was a better option than eBay. The answer was definitely yes. Matt was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. After a few emails and pictures, he provided a fair and accurate price and when he received the toys, the check followed. I highly recommend doing business this way, without the hassle of auctions. Thanks again.

I had only a couple of pieces to sell and wanted them to end up in the hands of someone
Who cared about these toys. Transformerland is definitely the place to go to achieve that
End. Everything about the exchange went well. I sent the toys and asked for a check
In return. Matt acknowledged receiving the package and the check arrived several days
Later. I trusted the reviews I'd read and they proved to be valid. Thank you, Matt. Wish
There were more like you!

I had a very positive overall experience in selling my old Transformers to TransformerLand and Matt. He was very prompt in returning emails and communications. Despite the concerns of friends about mailing my items and waiting on check in order to receive, they were extremely prompt upon taking care of payment back to me upon receiving and inspection. I would recommend doing business with TransformerLand and would say there are no concerns doing business with them.

I've sold several collections to Matt beginning with MASK. It was a leap of faith to trust someone with these loved items but Matt & crew have not disappointed me. They are fair and up front and if they can't get back to me right away they usually will tell me.

I had an excellent experience working with the owner, Matt. He was quick to respond, gave me a fair price without any negotiation necessary, and we were able to do business quickly. He gave me easy instructions to follow and I was able to send him the items without hassle either. Soon after he received the toys I received my check in the mail. I found his site to be very well laid out too. I highly recommend working with him.

Outstanding experience selling a collection to transformerland. Matthew Camaratta was very professional, reasonable and trustworthy. The transaction worked out well for both parties and I would gladly buy/sell from transformerland in the future. Their site is also an amazing reference for transformers fans or collectors. Highly recommended.

The best place to purchase, sell, and/or learn about G1 Transformers. I would highly recommend anyone to go there first and let them make you an offer for your collection before going through the hassel of ebay.

I can't speak for others, but I've now bought and sold with TransformerLand.com and have had nothing but great experiences each time. They've even alerted me to some upcoming preorders.
They're doing a really good job over there! Highly recommend the site.
Tip for consumers:
Read the descriptions for each toy you're interested in. It tells you exactly wht's being sold. Read the site as well - It says they have small children and may take a bit to get back to you, but I've never been disappointed.

Another stellar transaction with Matt at Transformerland. My package arrived today, sitting outside being rained on. Thankfully, everything was very well packed with proper dunnage, bubble wrap, and zip lock bags, so the contents were perfect inside. Thanks!

Nothing but good things to say about Matt from transformerland.com. I had an old collection of transformers I was looking to sell so I submitted the list on his website to get an estimate. He replied VERY promptly, like within the hour with a rough quote. After sending him some pictures and more information about the collection we came to an agreement on price.
I was a little weary of sending him the collection through the mail before getting payment, but google eased my mind as there was virtually no negative feedback about him or the site, only glowing reviews. Sure enough, a few days later he paid me what we agreed to and I couldn't be happier.
Matt is a gentleman and an a trustworthy business man. I highly recommend his site if you are looking to buy, sell, or trade transformer toys.

Excellent resource. Been after some G1's and when I couldn't locate what I wanted on their site Matt was able to find them in their back stock. Also had an item come damaged, fault of the delivery company not Transformerland. Matt was quick to respond to get a damage claim processed and is already sourcing a replacement. Will be returning for more items and referring friends.

I found some old toys in my garage I didn't need to hold onto any longer and wanted to sell. I happened across TransformerLand and contacted them. Matt promptly responded to my inquiry, told me how much he thought they were worth, gave me packing instructions, and clearly explained how I'd get paid (I chose PayPal, though he offered other options as well). Within a few days, my toys were off to find a better home and I was paid. It couldn't have been faster or easier. Five-star service all the way!

I recently just finished a transaction with Matthew Camaratta, who represents the site transformerland.com, and I decided to leave a review of my experience, simply because the bottom review on this page caused me to be wary. I don't know what that person went through, nor do I know their whole story. However, from my experience, I would recommend Matt to anyone interested in selling their collection. He offered more than a fair price, and he never had any type of attitude with me other than being both friendly and courteous. I was amazed at the nasty attitudes I received when contacting other sites (Curt at tfsource.com, I'm looking at you tough guy). There was a bit of a mix-up with the payment, but Matt resolved that in a prompt and professional manner. So in short, I would go with this site again if I had anymore Transformers or older toys to sell. Hopefully this review helps anyone on the ropes about this whole process.

IF you're looking to sell your collection Transformersland is a great place to do it. I emailed Matthew about what I was selling and he emailed back a price, after very brief negotiation we settled. Stayed in contact during the whole process.

If you have TFs to sell, contact Matt first.
He may be a little slow in responding to emails (by slow I mean 1 day) but he answers every one of them and that's what counts... other places will just leave you hanging. He's also very accommodating to a customer's requests and the prices he offers are very good.
I would recommend this site wholeheartedly.

Transformerland is the best place to purchase Transformer toys. I been a customer for a few months now, and I've had no troubles. Everything comes as it was described, and they even accept payments through the mail!
Matt Camaratta and Transformerland have earned my business forever!

I just recently sold Matt my entire G1 collection from 84-90 and he was very professional about everything. I've been buying from TFL for over 12 years and never a problem. Buy with complete confidence and you'll have a great experience.

A few months back I sold a massive collection to the TransformerLand gang. After communicating back and forth, we came to an agreement, I sent off the goods, and a couple weeks later received a check.
Easy and smooth process, and I would much rather sell the toys I don't want any more to the folks here than deal with eBay. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be coming back.

I'm very happy I contacted Transformerland before listing my son's Transfomers on Ebay. Matt offered me a fair price, and he was courteous and responded promptly to emails. I chose to go through Escrow.com, which cost $25 but was otherwise satisfactory. 3 cheers for Matt!

I have been doing business with Transformerland.com for a couple of years now and I have to say their service is top notch. When I wanted to either sell some items or offer them as part of a trade agreement, Ben & Matt always offered a fair price for my items and/or we were able to agree on what items were fair in a trade agreement. If an error was made, they handed it well with no hassle and the problem was solved smoothly. I highly recommend this site to anyone looking to buy or sell Transformer paraphenlia.

I'm a first time online buyer so naturally I was a bit skeptical to do business over the net. But the transaction process was user friendly that made me feel comfortable and it all went rather smoothly. My second transaction went even better than the first, I even received my items faster. Matt is a good guy he is trust worthy and always delivers like a reliable soldier, that's why I've given him the nick name "Ultra-Mattnus"

I had wanted to sell my entire Transformers collection for a while and just happened to stumble on Matt's website. I'm so glad I did! Matt is very informative and he gave me a good price for my collection. Dealing with him was hassle free and a great experience. I would recommend him to anyone for buying or selling TF's!

Transformerland.com is the BEST place to sell your old/new transformers. Matt gave me the best prices by far. His response time for emails when communicating is outstanding. You now have a new customer for life, thanks Matt.

I found a group of pristine vintage Transformers in my parents home and offered them to Matt - he gave me a decent price and I knew they were going to people who would appreciate them. Dealing over the internet can be a disappointing experience (especially when you are in different countries) but Matt was a gent. I would reccomend this site to anyone (which is a super interesting resource anyway).
