TransTutors has been reported to offer discounts, coupons, or other compensation in exchange for reviews. This has been shown to lead to biased or misleading reviews.
Had issue with the free trial plan, I have messaged them here and got call from them where the issue was resolved and I have received the refund.
THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM I HGAVE EVER INVESTED IN! Completely dissatisfied! DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS MONEY! I had needed some help and my teacher wasnt replying so i came here. I shouldve stuck to Chegg or the other sites I usually use because not only did it say there was an answer. That was wrong. It was a blank document. Not only that, but i spent 20 dollars on help I DID NOT GET! This inevitably led me missing a deadline due to having to figure out something entirely on my own! WHY PAY FOR A SERVICE THAT DOESNT WORK! At least let me get my money back. I tried to talk to them... they absolutely refused.! YOU CAN REEAD THE ANSWER IT ONLY SAYS THE SOLUTION CAN BE FOUND. But doesnt say how?!?! WTF!
I find this to be an extremely convenient and easy site to use, and very user friendly for a novice user like me

I used their tutor services for math. Had a good experience and the communication was ok. The first thing I search on a tutor site is for easy communication... seems like this was the case.
Don't trust them, they will ruin your reputation in your school. They simply copy the documents from the Google search.
