I gave my assessment to them and they gave me a totally wrong answer and told them that the answer was incorrect. They kept trying to persuade me that the answers are right and took a whole day for them to look for the problem when i actually found the problem and ended up submitting my own work myself. Asked for a refund through live chat and they suddenly responded so slowly(they normally responds to live chat within minutes.)

Anybody, what's the best way to sue transtutors? This is a disaster, not a company!

I told them to totally correct the assignment in 48 hours, they added 1 (one), I am not exaggerating, one sentence in 48 hours. Then I say this is not good, they promise to redo it in 12 hours. In 12 hours I get the assignment, guess what, without that extra sentence. I failed, of course. Now they don't want to refund the money.

I should have read the reviews before I actually started to use the site... to late now I am out of $1,000 due to the scamsters charging my account 10 times over for a single assignment. (Which I failed, as an added insult to injury)

Do not trust this site. I ordered an assignment through their site and when I received the solution it had nothing to do with the assignment requirements. I requested many assignments on this platform; unless your assignment is short and can be done within one week, you will have an issue regarding delivering on time and delivering the correct assignment. They will start lying and wasting your time and even if the assignment is incomplete or incorrect, they won't refund you. I have a pending order with them, and they failed to deliver it as requested. I requested a cancellation and a refund, and they agreed to cancel but refused to refund me the amount. I will post an update about the status of my order.
