Most unprofessional bunch of people. They promise you anything and everything while booking a trip but finally provide you close to nothing. The final itinerary was provided almost close to 12 hours prior to the departure and had nothing includedthat was promised. They stop responding to your calls and leave you to defend yourself. I contacted them from a different number. The day to day itinerary provided is of no use and is only to lure customers. Do not fall in trap to the itinerary provided. Look into the inclusions at the bottom and you would find nothing that the itinerary speaks about. This is finally what these cheaters would give you. I met atleast three more parties in Dubai who had a similar experience with these cheaters. Their sales, operation and booking teams are out of sink with each other. A classic case of left does not knowing what right is doing. They are no more than lower middle class agents for companies in other countries. Anyone wants further details can contact me on *******211. I can forward all the chat shots they promised me before booking the trip vis a vis what they finally gave. To summarise, they can promise anything to lure customers for booking with them, but are big CHEATERS. Beware of this company.

We go to Singapore & Malaysia all friends with Travbond and we wanted to experience cruise. There were a little errors on the team's part but the experience was dam nice.

An awesome tour to Delhi. The guide Lalit was very helpful, jolly and punctual. The food and accommodation was nice. We were back with happy memories and a relaxed weekend.

Very well managed sales team, who will cheat & make u fool by telling lie in every sentence...
Once u become fool by paying advance amount, they will start playing with you for more amount... And make u feel what kind of big "Bakra" u are... because if u cancel, u will be in huge loss. You will find huge
Communication gap in b/w sales & account/admin team. Now if u want to continue with same package as discussed with sale, You will have to pay additional 30to 40% more from discussed package.
And if are agreed to pay additional 30 to 40%, then you need to pay at initial stage and follow up with them for hotel & flight booking. Here want to add one more point, they will never respond you in phone so easily, u need to continue trying to reach them.
Then the last surprise they will give with day wise plan in your traveling destination, where you will again get huge communication gap. And if you want as discussed with sale the package cost will increased by another 20%...
And they will give this surprise just before one day u travel... this is my personal experience what pain I have gone through after choosing them.

Guys humble request if you want make your travel program smooth and easy, don't go through them... they will make ur holiday horrible, which u will never forget.
Simply money eater... and pathetic service team as well as best lier sales team...

Destinations were very interesting and amazing, being our first time in Europe. Travbond and the driver were helpful, organized and accommodating, couldn't ask for more.

We had a honeymoon package to Mauritius from 18th April 2019. We enjoyed at lot and service was very good and staff was very cooperative, Hotels categories are also good. Thanks to Travbond team.

Biggest Fraudulent Company. They are not eligible for any stars. It was my worst experiance dealing with them. They will promise something and will give nothing. The entire 15 page itineary they provide is completely fake. When you make the payment they will say that itineary was just for information. Biggest fraud person is Karan who just wants to sell the package and grab your money. I have raised complaint against them in national consumer forum. Employees are not bothered when you say you will take action, like Dheeraj Soni who did our hotel booking said " Aap kuch bhi kar lo muje farak nai padta, mai khud naukri dekh raha hoon".
That is the level of this company so please beware before booking any package.

The week we were gone to sri Lanka was jam- packed and filled with so many activities. It was a bit tiring but good fun at the same time

My thiland trip was very memorable only because of travbond they arranfed everything in a systematic manner. Also everything is good weathere it is hotel or food or anything.

Our guide was Smith. He is a very dynamic and funny guide. We learned a lot of facts about Berlin. I highly recommend this tour to anyone!

I went to Dubai with my family in December 2019. Dubai is really wonderful place and we really enjoyed our six day trip. We stayed at sheikh zayad road's premium hotels near Burj Khalifa. Our trip consisted of Abu Dhabi, yes Island, Sharjah and few other

The city is really very expensive and full of luxury, taxi fare comparatively to India are very high and not at all reasonable Thanks to the travbond team while doing the booking they adviced us to book the transportation through them when I visited their banglore office they guided me all the necessary things which are required while travelling. As we haven't found anything in the customer review sections so we agreed with them to ensure everything gets smooth. During our visit to Dubai, we visited Burj Khalifa top floor and witnessed water fountain along with some traditional performances in dubai mall by professionals.

If you ever visit Dubai and looking for a reasonable package I would recommend you to include breakfast and dinner with your hotel packages like we did As food is really very expensive if you opt for going to restaurants.
